On Santa's Moonlit Ride I would add beads & Kreinik thread to the reindeers path. I would also use gold beads on the reindeer's harness. Yes, they will stick out a bit when attached over stitching but so would french knots. Besides they are supposed to be bells, which would stand out from the harness.
I didn't immediately see watermelon on the Hobbit door, but once you pointed it out ,I couldn't unsee it, lol 😂 I would use the brown that's on the chart 😊
@@lauriehessler8639 same!! I am going to try stitching my door soon just to see how it ends up with the green. Jessie was the guinea pig to help me know not to do stripes 🤣
Lovin everything u r working on! The santas ride is looking amazing! I had to laugh when u were mentioning the black Friday sales...I went overboard myself 😂 "it's only $3!"...yea, 40 patterns later 😬😜😂 I got my work cut out for me in 2025! Lol Have a great holiday! Happy stitching 🐈⬛🪡❤️
Hi lovies! Loved seeing all of your finishes ♥️ I agree about the mill hill charms 😬 I took a class with Stacy Nash this weekend, and she said she stuffs the animal crackers with sawdust. She suggested going to a big box home improvement store, and just asking for some 🤷♀️ All of your WIPs are so pretty! The hobbit door is tricky. It sucks to pull out stitches, but you do want to be happy. Maybe save it for last and see how you feel about the green with everything else around it? I was absolutely enabled to purchase marsh monster after your last video. She is SO cool! I also have the humor or a 12 year old, and you two were cracking me up 😅 Thank you so much for bringing some joy to this Monday ♥️Big hugs!
@@wideeyedstitchingchild we're glad someone is laughing with us! Sawdust is interesting. I wonder if it would smell strongly of wood if I did that, and if I love or hate that idea 🤔 Happy to help enable you to buy more cross stitch patterns!!
aww mill hill santa is so cute! I love the nora corbett halloween fairy, she's definitely on my one day list, she's so pretty. Books are Magic is definitely on my list too, your fabric is beautiful and just perfect for it. Hobbit House is coming along lovely, I didn't realise how big they are! I'm sure it will look great whatever you decide to do. Santa's Moonlit Ride is gorgeous, I appreciate the french knot pain though 😂
Yes, I also can't unsee the watermelon either 😅 Call me crazy, but I sort of like the wrapping ribbon hanger on the Scottish Santa. You two are so much fun and have some really nice, cool stitching. Thanks for sharing! Zsófi
So happy to see another video from you! Loved seeing your finishes!!
