Pulsar Gaming is currently plagued with far too common QC issues (quality control) where many buyers, myself included, are receiving gaming mice that have defects, and/or are not functioning properly. This is naturally disappointing but what sucks even more is how much potential Pulsar Gaming has to beat major competitors at their own game, such as Logitech and Razor.
They offer competitive gaming mice with INSANE value from quality either matching, or beating, similar gaming mouse options but at significantly lower price points. Often $60 - $30 less expensive. Hopefully these issues can be solved in the future as my hopes for Pulsar Gaming are still high.

I purchased the X2V2 in Size 1, 2 and also the H to find the best fit.
ALL 3 mice were perfect, no clicking issues at all and I did a lot of gaming sessions!
I decided to keep the Mini and would have no issues recommending the mouse like many YT influencers also do.
I actually wanted to do the same thing and buy many mice from them.
Why did you stuck with the Mini in the end and would you mind sharing your hand size and grip type? Thanks!
@@hawkittyhawk Hi, so I have small hands (18.5 x10.5). I use a fingertip grip and found the mini perfect. I love it. The H was too high and the medium X2 too wide, but only very slightly. I could have used either, but the mini is just right for fingertip where I don’t rest on the mouse.
My friend did the same test and although he liked the mini he felt he needed more support as he uses relaxed claw. He ended up settling on the Atlantis Mini due to the bigger behind. He did say Pulsar was more premium feeling/build, but shape is king!
This is VERY helpful, thank you! My hand size almost the same as yours and I usually claw grip. I think I'll definitely go with the mini next time I decide to try them out.

Hows the qc right now man?
My X2H mini started freezing 2 weeks after I bought it. I don't know if its their 4k dongle, my usb port or something else. I used the same usb port for my sora 4k and cobra pro and no random freezing but when it comes to the x2h mini.. it freezes randomly from time to time. The only temporary fix that we (thanks to the awesome people from pulsar discord) manage to find is to disconnect the 4k dongle, use the mouse as wired for an hour or less then reconnect the 4k dongle. There's also some users with the standard dongle having the same problem.
That’s really strange. Pulsar seems to be having all sorts of issues rn.
Glad my X2H mini had zero issues, but yeah a friend had this sticky click problem. Only difference was color I picked the red model he had the white, but doubt it's relevant in any case.

Color determines which batch it came from..believe pulsar fixed the sticky clicks in later batches, red and founders released only in December, so I think the clicks were fixed before the release

Good video. I cant claw the Pulsar X2H the side buttons are to low for me so i accidentally press them while gaming. I'm waiting for a Size 3 version of the X2h and hoping for one customizing button on top. Its handy at least for me to have at least one.

I'd love MULTIPLE customizable buttons on the top. Two clicks isn't enough some times and I'm already using grenades and tactical grenades on my mouse wheel.

Sadly that's one of the reasons i still use Roccat burst pro.
Nice! I use side buttons cuz I don't have any other choice but I feel like it throws off my aim sometimes which is why it'd be nice to have more buttons where the main clicks are.
I'd love to try to design my own mouse someday.

I swapped from the Dav3 Pro and the GPX2 with both my copies having side wall creaking to the X2V2 mini. This happens when I apply the same grip strength that I apply when using any of my mouse with the left side of the Dav3 Pro and the right side of the GPX2(you can actually feel the plastic snap out of place a little when you flick the mouse and do a full sudden stop of the flick). My Dav3 Pro also has sensor issue where it would just suddenly drag the mouse down when you are doing fast left and right flicks. The X2V2 mini I received haven't had any of the sticky click issues that I've read about either nor does it have ANY SIDE WALL FLEXING OR CREAKING even though I'm using 2 HANDS TO FORCEFULLY GRIP AND PRESS INTO THE SIDES of the mouse, X2V2 mini is literally built like a tank. I haven't gotten any issues with my copy of the X2V2 mini and don't plan to go back to using Razer or Logitech products again. When the time comes and I do experience any of the sticky click or crunchy clicks, I will be swapping out the default Raesha optical switches to Razer Optical V3 switches which I can take out from my copy of the Dav3 Pro and use in the X2V2 mini.

My GPX 2 also has some side flex but ONLY if squeezing unnaturally hard.
And you’re right too about Pulsar mice being built like tanks. The X2H in the video was INSANELY solid!
I really want to get more mice from Pulsar and would love to have the X2V2 in both sizes and also both sizes of the X2H.

i got the original x2 a while ago and its a fantastic mouse, but i cant recommend it because i needed a replacement after like 2 days of use. the left click got stuck on the mouse and it became hard to use in game because i had to click really hard
Yep, that's pretty much what happened to the X2H here in the video. It seems to be the most common quality control issue among others.
It's a really bummer because everything else about Pulsar mice are amazing.
4 out of 7 X2H mini I received have minor lens QC issues (small dents/scratches/air bubbles inside). The tracking is not influenced but I have never seen this on other mice, including other models from Pulsar.

I’m actually considering getting it but there’s also rumors of a MM712 Pro version coming out this year with updated 3395 sensor and lighter weight, but we’ll have to wait and see.
The X2H in hand felt like a slightly taller Endgame Gear XM1R. If you think both are too bulbous, Ninjitsu Sora is a thinner version of both. If you like the X2H and haven't bought the 4K dongle, I'd just do that as an upgrade. Even 2K polling over 1K, it just feels smooher.

I just returned a white X2H from Amazon I bought this month due to main clicks. Main clicks feel mushy, like there's a double actuation. Kinda like a tactile switch in a keyboard where you feel the soft bump before the actual click. I didn't like it. I instead got the Xlite V3 medium which doesn't have this issue but the main clicks are so light. I kept getting accidental clicks just picking up and putting down the mouse. This one will be returned also. I'll probably just get a Superlight 2 black as I understand the white version discolors fast.

I think i have one brand to recommend you to, its LAMZU. I was a big Pulsar fanboy also. I had the Xlite Wired, Xlite V2 Mini, X2 Mini, and out of the 3 Pulsar mouses that i owned 2 of them have QC problem (broken scroll wheels on my Xlite V2 Mini, chronic side creaking on my X2 Mini)
So far I have 3 Lamzu mouses (Thorn, Atlantis OG V2 Pro, Atlantis Mini Pro) and they all have great QC, but again shape is king though, and I happen to love their mice shapes, so maybe try them out sometimes. Cheers

Atlantis (OG V2 Pro/Mini Pro) : Ambi mouse shapes cater to claw grips, OG is medium size, Mini is small size
Thorn : Ergo mouse slightly smaller than the EC2/Xlite V3, amazing for claws and palm because of more pronounce hump for palm support
Maya : Small Ambi mouse, slightly bigger than the Atlantis Mini and X2 Mini, shapes more neutral compared to the Atlantis Mini, good for any kind of gripstyle (haven't tried this one yet)
I hope this could help you in anyway, for reference I have 17.5 cm x 9 cm hand size (smol hands) and uses relaxed claw fingertip hybrid grips. So far the Atlantis Mini Pro is my favourite shapes out of the 3 Lamzu mice that I own, but some ppl can find it fatiguing because of the aggresivel side curve and narrowness of the mouse

Bought from a third party vendor in country and got screwed. No warranty on it and it disconnects and scroll is messed up. Super sad abt it because the shape is almost great.

Buying a Pulsar mice is just an expensive gamble, i had 3 (X2V2 size 1 and 2 and X2H), 2 of them had this issues

Ahhh I think you're right since it has the Focus Pro 30K. I was thinking it had the Focus+ which is the 3395 if I'm not mistaken.

I've tried both the atlantis and the maya, the atlantis is pretty good, the maya is average when it comes to feel and quality. I still think lamzu is overrated.
I had to return 2 mice to pulsar but now that they apparently fixed the issues, i would choose pulsar without even thinking about it.
PS: Older batches of pulsar mice still have the issue obviously, so people gotta make sure to buy directly from them and not from retailers for a while.

Not sure about that but pulsar support recognizes this issue as a flaw and offers replacements, i guess they would recall everything only for bigger issues since it is a very hard task (and very pricy) for a small company. @@hawkittyhawk
