And the main Point is i want the software to have a "button" for second row of macros on the buttons. its called "storm tactix" for cooler master and logitech "g-shift" . Do you if these brand like endgear and lamzu have this feature? i would like to get a MM712 wired but idk what is happening with cooler master tbh. no signs of the mouse.

There’s another option in Windows Services to set to Manual instead of Disable. That way the Razer services will start up when you open it, instead of having to go back into Services and enabling. When you’re done with Synapse, just restart PC and the Services will not start again until the next time you open Synapse.

Just here to recommend "onboard memory manager" from Logitech. I only use G-Hub to update my firmware if necessary, then uninstall it immediately.

You must have gotten a good one because I bought 3 of them because of DOUBLE CLICK ISSUES. I highly recommend Lamzu mice you get allot for the money without bad build quality like you get from Logitech

Having a VERY annoying issue with my Sora v2, if anyone has any advice would be appreciated. Basically the dongle has stopped working altogether. The mouse works fine when plugged in, and the dongle does connect to my PC as it makes the Windows sound to signify a USB device is connected. I also tested this by connecting the dongle then using my graphics tablet to connect to Ninjaforce, but Ninjaforce is saying the mouse is dead, even though it says the mouse is fully charged when plugged in. The LED on my dongle does not light up at all either. This randomly happened after using the mouse with no issue for around 2 months.

Have you done a mouse polling rate test online? The max I've reached is roughly 2,400 hz with the mouse set to 4,000hz.
