I have bipolar disorder and I’ve been multiple times institutionalized! When you are down bad you try to cling on any pinch of pleasure/relief you can get and that’s when I fell into different types of addictive behavior like smoking/binge eating, not eating at all/ scrolling endlessly amd porn! However I realized you can only beat discomfort by putting yourself through another form of “constructive” discomfort! I started to work out 5 times a week and invested my money in a personal trainer! It’s excruciating to push your self when you are running low on energy but I never felt better and more balanced! Doing the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it is my personal golden rule! Thank you Hamza for your videos!
