People keep saying he can't have OCD since his room is messy, but that's the thing people really don't understand. It's not really a controlled or reasonable thing, and he probably has to really choose his battles as he doesn't have very much expendable time after being locked into something for long periods of the day. I, person with diagnosed OCD, have the most horrendous room ever. I can't clean it because it'll never be done in just one day and going to bed at night knowing it won't be done or really even better is extremely disheartening and anxiety inducing. Sometimes I spend 10 minutes touching an object over and over because the first hundred times I touched it felt wrong and I get locked on until it feels right. It's obsessive and compulsive. I don't control what locks me in. It causes me a lot of distress.
Haleigh Champion I may be judged for my age but I do have a OCD an it's very hard living with it. But I may not have it as bad his him in the video. However I've never been late and never plan do. I've spent 10 mins just flicking up in down videos to make it look perfect.
I think most people have some form of OCD...like me for instance...I can only use my tooth brush no more than once or twice...then I will buy a new one...I wash my hands often or just use alot of hand sanitizer...sometimes I avoid wearing the color blue...or having anything that's blue... it's not an easy thing to deal with
Lee Lee There's only one form of OCD, severity within a diagnosis may differ by person. Having some obsessive tendencies does not constitute a disorder. OCD is debilitating to me and rules my day if I don't treat it properly. Everybody has quirks and little obsessions, but that I'm and of itself is not OCD. OCD is having near or totally uncontrollable compulsions to do something to the point of it becoming an obsession. Like being incapable of moving on unless you do in all entirety what you are obsessing over. It's not a preference, I don't even really care about a lot of the things I'm compulsed to do and I'm not always compulsed to do what I do care about.
Haleigh Champion hmmm Idk...I really think I have OCD...I will not use my tooth brush again...because to me it's too dirty...so basically I have a new tooth brush everyday...and don't like the color blue...because I think something bad might happen if I wear blue...unless it's my favorite blue shirt...or like bed sheets/blankets...also I always thought OCD was divided in to different categories like...hoarding...brain injury...mental rituals...getting things just right...medicine related etc...
This video is really great but it doesn't take into account people with different kinds of obsessions and compulsions.. Like some people with OCD aren't disturbed by being tidy but they have thoughts like - "if I step on a crack on the sidewalk I'll die", or "is the door locked?*checks* no but is it actually locked? *checks it again* but is it really really locked?"
shelly yastagirl I have OCD but not severe so off if something isn’t clean I leave it a mess but if I touch a crack or something touches the other thing I HATE it I sometimes clean the bathroom but it’s so annoying it takes a lot of time when I make my vertical my parents shout at me coz I take too long I tell them I need to put it the right amount I always do.
I feel like people nowadays think it is cool to have a mental disorder. It really isn't. OCD isn't being a perfectionist. Its being a perfectionist to the point where it disrupts your life. Wanting your pencils to be in a certain way isn't OCD, its called being neat.
I actually had a scene in this where the character was at school doing work with friends. The character had a paper (or something like that, I don't really remember) next to him that wasn't straight. It didn't phase him, but one of the friends had to stop and fix it, and makes a joke about having OCD. The character just kinda looks at him, and you can tell wants to say something but doesn't. Unfortunately I cut that scene out for time reasons, and also to just focus on one thing.
i never realized how serious this can be. Everyday, all the time, counting, fixing, redoing. My love goes out to the people with OCD. You're not annoying, or irrational, or irresponsible- you have a disorder that's valid and deserves attention. YOU deserve attention ❤
Elizabeth Johnson O.C.D. is very tough for me to get through, but I'm getting through it. Thank you for this. People just hear something about O.C.D. and assume that it's true, but half the time it isn't. Watching this video is causing anxiety because of my O.C.D. People at my school don't realize I have it, but it's getting worse so eventually they will realize it.
Elizabeth Johnson wow... I think I’m speaking for everyone reading this with ocd, but thank you. I (and probably many others) are so glad for people like you, who can see these videos and understand that it really is hard to live a normal life with these sorts of things.
Yes, some people with OCD would need to have the deodorant facing the front. A lot of people who don't have OCD would like that, too :) But some OCD sufferers might need it to face another way because of a colour or a word or a symbol, for example. Putting that out of their sight for them means that something bad will not now happen.
I don't have OCD but I must say this is incredibly well executed, people really romanticize mental illness especially OCD and anxiety, but this really shows that it is an ILLNESS not a quirk or a cute personality trait. I'm sorry you struggle, I watch my dad go up and down the stairs just checking to make sure the lights are off, having to drive back to the house to make sure the stove is off, even when nobody used it. I wish you the best of luck is dealing or managing your disorder!
Annabelle Grace not *everyone* says that they have a disorder to be cute.....they say they have it because they actually have it......speak for yourself because not everyone romanticizes it
teen g it is EXTREMELY mentally draining. I live my life in shame and embarrassment daily- even if a person isn’t aware of my OCD- just like the voice in his head I find myself thinking to myself “Just knock it off, you’re so weird and ridiculous”. But I can’t stop. There is NO way that I can continue to the next task if I have it in my head that I need to do that SAME one , just once more for the 5 time- even though it probably was the exact same the first time. Ugh! I could cry.
teen g Yeah.. Its so hard I’m usually late to school. I also have to check through my house twice, and if I’m sleeping over at someone’s house, if its dirty ill have to clean it or I cant sleep. And everything HAS to be straight. I wash my hands 5 times a day, so when I wake up I clean my house, also when I come back from school I clean.
I have contamination OCD. This means that my body makes sure I am always clean and I wouldn’t dare touch anything that someone else touched or isn’t clean. I wash my hands around 3-5 times as opposed to one, and it takes over my life.
I was late to school every day by about two hours, people thought it was because I didn't care, thought I had no respect for other peoples time, but little did they know I was trying soo hard to get there on time thinking that today would be the day when I would make it, that I wouldn't have to repeat my entire bath routine till it was just right. Thank you for posting this video, it touched me
that is fucking unbelievable. then why don't you wake up two hours earlier?? "yea only 2h every day" and try to learn respect others, that is disrespectful
Pinja K 1.it is a mental disorder and you are the person being disrespectful and not understanding here. 2.you never know how much longer your morning routine is gonna be so you can't plan a lot.
+Pinja K Let me guess, if someone has depression you're gonna tell them to stfu and stop crying over a stupid disorder? Why don't YOU show some respect?
Pinja K for some people with OCD it's hard enough to get to sleep and get enough sleep in one night to have the energy to control your OCD and you just think it's simple enough as waking up two hours earlier when anxiety gets worse when you don't get enough sleep. Not only that but some people with OCD have strict bedtime and morning schedules and changing that will cause them so much physical pain (I know from experience). So you're being extremely ignorant making comments like this.
My mom got me new boots and my OCD causes me to hate them because I can never tie them tight enough. I want them as tight as possible to the point where they hurt my feet because that comforts me to know they won't magically fall off. It's the little things that make you the angriest.
I switched to shoes that does not require tying up (hidden elastic), and started with a slightly tight one. As the shoes stretched, they became looser and I gradually overcame the need to have the shoes tight. But still, every-time I get new shoes that are slightly tight, I feel that comfort of being sure they wont fall off. Besides they saves a LOT of time..
I bought a skirt one time and HAD to return it or my dad would die. In 8th grade, we had to read a chapter in a book. After I finished, I had to read the chapter backwards or a family member would die. I had a frightening thought and by reading the chapter backwards I would undo THAT thought. OCD is very time consuming and exhausting. I lived in an apartment and had to wash the outside steps with bleach because they were contaminated. I did it while everyone was at work. I have an extreme case of OCD.
Even I had OCD, but it stopped when my life failed me. I tried and wasted so my time on that shit, that I got tired and slept inspite of studying. I was only one who failed in my class. That's when i thought enough is enough! I didn't cared how things were or what I said. Or what I thought. I didn't let it control me. Now look at me 6 years later, i have graduated and working. Live it behind and move dear. Don't think much , just let it go:)
Mate this is accurate af, I have severe OCD and I don't think I've ever seen something so relatable. I'm late to everything and I mean everything, but good job on this!
Still can't believe people think OCD is just about cleaning. I don't know how many times I have to fix something like how a paper is positioned to feel like my mom won't get in a car crash in the morning. Or how many times I have to count the stairs I climb up of to feel at ease, or count tiles etc.
Уерез Годы I agree. I wrote about in the description and some other comments that I actually have the same obsession with family members getting into car crashes (among other tragedies) and feeling like it would be my fault, and I have to do something weird to stop it. If you haven't already, please read the description!
i might be the only one with this type of ocd, but i usually have to touch things a certain way, or scratch my arm a certain way, sometimes or if i touch something with a curve, i have to touch the inside of the curve
Wil Mees specially when he does things twice and you can only do things either once or three times but NEVER twice. Ughh, I even got some ticks I haven't gotten in a while.
The worst part about its, is when you accidentally knock over the things you were trying to organize and you have a panic attack because it already took so long to finally figure how you wanted to order the objects.
Tiny Mayo When i was in kindergarten i would build cities out of blocks, toy cars, street lamps etc. with my dad. If my mother would touch one of the blocks as slight as possible i would get mad as fuck and start replacing it in the original position, it would take me minutes.
This video is so me. I hear those overlaying voices (rational vs irrational voices) all the time when checking stuff. It's so annoying but I just don't feel right if I don't check something a certain amount of times
One time my OCD made me take three hours in the bathroom 😥 it makes you do crazy stuff.not just have to clean your room and organize and stuff like a lot of people think
I remember this one ocd “tick” of mine was I would go and check on a cup I left on a table with a liquid in it, even if it was in the middle of that table, I would get up and check it.
Honestly I see more people saying (some probably lying) “I have been diagnosed with OCD!” than the people that you are pointing out. But, I do see your point.. it’s actually very sad that some people do not know the difference between having a disorder and being a perfectionist. Same with people falsely calling people things like “gay” and “retarded” when there are actually people that have their whole lives suffering, living in poverty, and even dying because of these things. People need a reality check... 😖😖
I have OCD as well and if you manage your time properly you can reduce the times you're late. I suggest organizing the counter items right before bed. Set a timer for each activity to avoid doddling. You can time yourself doing each activity and then total up the minutes to know how much time you need to get ready. Then add an extra 10 minutes to cover error. If you can be fixated on getting things to sit straight you can concentrate on your timing.
Mabeline Gidez right but then you have a compulsive obsession with time, and that can be even more stressful. once one obsession seems to get better, your brain makes room for another to get worse. all you can do is cope and do as much ERP possible.
Mabeline Gidez you're not supposed to do the activity that's enabling your brain to reset back into ocd mode every single time you are supposed to find other ways to get over the tic or compulsion
Mabeline Gidez No matter what he does the night before he's always going to find something wrong and think he has to fix it when in reality it's already perfect from the night before, i guarantee it's such a huge habit for him to constantly fucc around in the morning it's not going to be broken by fixing the shit the previous night. I have OCD as well and i have overcome a majority of it by simply ignoring the urges and just fight them until im out of the housr , as the day progresses i slowly start to forget about it all through the day. When i get bacc home and start getting the urge to go fucc off, i go and fix something A SINGLE THING maybe two if im really being a dumb cunt about it, been working for me for years. Slowly weening myself off of this bullshit. Maybe some of you cunts could try this and it might help? Who fuccing knows, who fuccing cares. Every one with OCD just leave the god damn shit alone and leave the house i promise the urges will fade just like you and the memory of yourself once you're dead and gone, no one will remember you and nothing you ever do matters. Let the urges fade just like that . Bye ya fuccin dumb fuccs . Hope i helped ya pos .
I hate it when people say “Oh yah! I have OCD, I’m always organized!” They think it’s a good and ‘cool’ thing to have. IT’S NOT! Even little things in this video bother me and I want to jump through my phone to fix them. OCD is not something to make fun of...
I'm so happy you've shown what it's really like to have OCD. My OCD is just about washing my hands, but I do it until they start bleeding and no one understands it, they think it's weird. The thing is that I know it's completely irrational and that my hands are clean yet I can't stop doing it, it's like something possesses me to do it.
dunno lol try using Aveeno' Oatmeal lotion. I used to do this when I was a kid and that shit saved my hands. I still have scars from where the blisters were from using so much hand sanitizer though
George Harrison Thanks so much. I also know what it feels like to have my family tease me about it and it hurts way more than it it would if a stranger said it because they're supposed to understand me. I don't know man, hope it gets better for you too.
George Harrison Also, I don't know if you like reading but The Rest of us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness is an amazing book and it's centred around a main character who has really bad OCD about washing his hands, you should read it, it's helped me a lot.
This breaks my heart. People always tend to call OCD a harmless mental issue, but to see it so well presented makes me actually sob for those who suffer from it. You're so amazing and strong for going through your days with this.
Yup, I'm well aware of that!! I actually have very severe OCD, and a lot of this stuff does in fact happen to me on a daily basis, hence why I was just trying to make light of the situation!! I'm actually late for school (I work at a school) very often because of it, so trust me, I understand!!
A Moth Ate Through Your Favorite Shirt ._. He/she is not laughing about the disorder, he's/she's just trying to say that he/she is basically late to school because he/she be wiping that dust, so he/she is most likely laughing at himself/herself 😂😂🤔🤔 I'm sorry that I do not know your gender Sam Fiore 😂😂😂
Emma Baltazar Yes, exactly!! Thank you for understanding!! And I'm a girl lol!! You could probably tell that by my picture, but it's ok if you didn't notice that!! Lol
My goal was actually to make that exact point... and I felt it was kind of hard to do that in a short school video without getting too deep or too dark, but I figured that what I did was enough to show people who think that OCD is all about being neat that it's actually about the irrational obsessions that cause so much anxiety that you do things you know make no sense and are a waste of time and energy. I think that concept alone is still surprising to some people, and is at least a first step to understanding. Also, a lot of people commented on the messy room and labels facing the wrong way, which hopefully shows that it's not about being neat and perfect. Anyway, I addressed all of this in my updated description, which probably wasn't up yet when you wrote this!
I have Ocd and I count objects like if on my room there is my room and 3 marks I count the 4 things but if I see something else, I count that too until I have a number I'm happy with. But I'm untidy as hell 😂
This is a very specific instance of OCD. Please PLEASE be aware of this and don't deligitmize people with OCD not oriented around organization and germs.
Fuck You Bitch, shut the fuck up. You have no idea how OCD feels, before saying "its not a big deal" go research some facts before your stupid ass jumps to conclusions.
This is the reality of the disease. Most people aren't educated enough to understand but a lot of people say "oh I hate it when things aren't straight I have OCD" but that's not what it is. I can't stress this enough. OCD has ruined my life a lot of times. There have been times where I can't hangout with my friends because there's something off about my room so I go through it 100 times trying to figure out what it is.
Kass Matott omg. I think that you absolutely NAILED how it feels and what people think of it when it really isn’t. It sucks when you have a fear that a glass of some sort of drink is going to spill for absolutely no reason and you have to go and check it over and over and over again. (I was diagnosed with OCD and anxiety) (this wasn’t my only compulsive action)
I have OCD but mines quite different than this. I could relate to some of this but mostly not. For me the nightly checks are more of a routine but my other rituals are on the spot, random and don’t involve symmetry or thing being in place. For me i’ll have to do certain things in order to prevent bad things from happening to my loved ones or myself such as tapping a certain object. The object is often always changing. I’ll get intrusive thoughts telling me if I don’t do something, something bad will happen. My rituals aren’t as obvious as yours, I could be next to someone and be doing rituals without them knowing. Like secretly repeating sentences or tapping certain things until it feels just right.
I have two other siblings. It is always hard for me beacuse everything is messy different and I have the need to fix everything, and do everything in the right order everyday beacuse I feel like if i dont, something bad will happen to me, or someone else... its hard to handle.
Fire Heat Art what you said is exactly the idea I was trying to portray...that what makes it hard for people with OCD is the terrible, irrational thoughts that pop into your head, like something bad happening to you or others, and then the feeling that the only way to alleviate the stress, or prevent these things from happening, is through the compulsive actions and behaviors that you "need" to do. It's what goes on in your head, the irrational stress, that makes it difficult, and I think people don't always realize that
I Have An OCD When I Have To Like Every Comment And I Stop Scrolling Until My Brain Tells Me Too.. And Also Capitalizing Random Words in Every Sentence
pls don’t even ever say “i have an ocd when (anything)” i have diagnosed ocd and this is so fucking annoying no offense to u but that’s not ocd that’s a perfectionist thing not ocd.
that's true...I have perfectionist qualities to my personality. It would take me all day to do a drawing because the lines etc would have to be perfect and I'd keep rubbing out and drawing them again. Same goes when I do my makeup and stuff. I used to think I had OCD as id get really frustrated and start crying if I couldn't perfect something but I then realised that OCD is a lot more tedious. I'm usually a perfectionist when it comes to doing creative things.
I have purely obsessive OCD, meaning I have constant distressing thoughts but no compulsions. Even when I was diagnosed it was hard to believe that I had OCD because it is usually depicted as repetitive actions. So thanks to OP for acknowledging this in your description.
Very well done...the best I've seen describing what my O.C.D. is like. Also, the last few seconds captures my parents best intentions before therapy with a great team of MDs and therapists...ask 4 help it can't hurt!
If you feel like you do these AND (this is the important part) these things take up more than an hour of your day, you should see a psychiatrist. I know that I used to be adamant I didn’t have obsessive-compulsive : - ) If you have the ability to, there’s nothing wrong with making sure!
With OCD do you ever get to a point where where you keep doing something over and over and then you finally convince yourself IT'S FINE! JUST LEAVE IT! IT'S GOOD ENOUGH!
Personally, sometimes I do get to that point and I move on, but when that happens the anxiety is at its highest, and I can be stuck thinking about it for hours. With OCD the anxiety you have when "it's not right" can be paralyzing and that's why people just keep repeating until it's right
Mark Schachter I don't have OCD but I do things repeatedly when I don't feel they're right and I simply can't leave it be or I repeat words or phrases until the sound right or if someone else said it "wrong" then I'll say it too. This is simply an observation, I am aware that OCD is so much worse and I did suffer some kind of obsessive compulsions as a child (washing my hands after touching anything to the point that they started bleeding, making this weird sound at a certain pitch or else I would be very agitated) but again, it wasn't to the extent that I know OCD gets to.
So sorry you go through that Mark. My grandson has severe OCD and this will help me remember to be more patient with him. You are not irresponsible, if you count all the activity in your brain you do so much more than that school clerk will ever attempt.
I really feel bad for this student. He has OCD and because of that, an adult is very disappointed. I really wish that this student won't have OCD anymore as fast as possible.
Yaarie "Ocpd (Obsessive compulsive personality disorder) is a personality disorder characterized by a general pattern of concern with orderliness, perfectionism, excessive attention to details, mental and interpersonal control, and a need for control over one's environment" I hope that helped :)
Kylie_ 536 I'm happy you're not one of those people who has one OCD trait and them says to an OCD person, "Oh, I do that too. I think I'm OCD." It's ignorant and I'm glad you've identified that you're not instead of pretending to be.
For the ppl with OCD, expose your self to your obsessions and don't perform rituals... Soon ull realize tht u r not gonna die if u dont do tht.... I myself overcame a mild case of OCD tht way.!
NDG Vids maybe you should try to spell better and explain your reasoning?? I'm not trying to be rude I swear. That's a version of OCD I have. You see, it's not as simple as you say. I can't stand it when people are horrible at spelling and grammar. I do understand that sometimes they can't help it, and I don't mind little mistakes here and there. But you can't just cure OCD overnight. It simply doesn't work like that. You have to understand that exposing yourself to new things you aren't accustomed to gives some people extreme anxiety to the point of panic attacks and hyperventilating
@cloudcat incoming I know but you have to push yourself. Dont tell yourself you cant do it because you can. Push through the itching. People get mad when you say things like this because they dont wanna push themselves. You cannot let your ocd control you. Whenever I saw mushrooms my face went numb, body got itchy, and I overall started to freak out. One time I had a sumo-seizure. In a situation like that you need to have someone around you obviously dont do it if your going to get hurt, you know yourself. However, I kept pushing myself to be around mushrooms, and look at me, I can tolerate mushrooms now. Practice makes perfect.
I used to have OCD like this so bad. It manifested in the form of persisting and repeating thoughts that wouldn't ever stop no matter how irrational I knew they were. Everything in my bedroom was perfectly straight and orderly. If anyone even touched or changed something, I would have a legit meltdown. It lasted to about middle school for me. I didn't know what OCD was at the time, nor did my parents, which made things so much more scary since I didn't know I could possibly be helped. One day I just got so fed up that I snapped and trashed my room, and since then, I haven't had OCD. I don't recommend breaking things to cure yourself, but what I think actually helped me was immersing myself in what I feared, albeit drastically. Of course I'm a rare (and lucky) case since I literally did get fixed in an instant, but the point is still there: all sufferers of OCD have hope. You may need therapy. You may need meds. Whatever the case, you are not trapped
my husband doesn't realise he as this. the first time I visited his house I used his bathroom and I guess I moved the soap , he flipped not angry at me just got super anxious about it and he is like that with alot his drawers, the way his shirts are folded , "wrinkles" I can not iron or do his laundry right it's frustrating at times for me too but he has taught me alot about organization 😄
My Ocd With Letters And Numbers Is So Annoying As You Can See At The Beginning Of Every Word Is In Cap's. And Every Number Has To Be Equal And My Room Is A Mess Cause It Never Stays The Way I want It To, And Much More Thing's That Bother Me.
Paul Hayes well, when i just a child, i do my letters with beginnning of every world in cap's, lol. but now i'm not doing that again. *sorry for my bad english
Paul Hayes *Hi, I don’t have OCD, but I tend to do this, where I HAVE to make my writing perfect. I have to have all the marks! I can’t really stand it if my grammar and writing is bad. My room isn’t really that bad. It’s just my closet. My closet is the only problem. I cleaned my closet like 2 weeks ago, and it’s already messy. I have to make sure everything is nice and straight. As you can see, my grammar and spelling is really good, even if it’s **3:12** A.M. (which it is.), I will still make my writing nice.*
This is such an accurate representation. I'm late to class everyday and it's so annoying. I wash my hands over 10 times a day and now my hands are cracked and super dry. :(
The guy at the desk stated how he is irresponsible. Maybe, if you have a meeting with your teachers and staff and talk about The OCD. Then they would give you a permanent pass for being late. Because it's not your choice to be late. You can't stop your brain from doing what it does. I just think that part was really rude.
kathryne wright the earlier he wakes up the longer he'll spend on fixing things or the more things he'll notice that are "wrong". So idk there's really a way around it ? Apart from working on his OCD.
I lived through this when I was a kid. It was the worst at 13. I grew up and saw it in my son when he was a kid.I knew how to help him. People with OCD feel something bad will happen if they don't perform their rituals perfectly. They need to know it's just a feeling, nothing bads going to happen.
I dont have this type of ocd, my onsession is different. However, it affects EVERY LITTLE THING I DO. I always ask God why I had to have OCD, why coildn't I live a normal happy life, but oh well. Stay strong! Ik it's very hard and depressing.
Elizabeth Armbruster I think the same thing:( I think it's good to know that your not the only one out there with it, maybe you wont feel so different from everyone. I suffer from OCD for as far back as a young girl and it is such a curse and I hate it so bad. I feel like I could get so much more done without it, because I'm not lazy but o don't get as much done cause I spend all my energy waisted on OCD stuff. But it's a part of my life even if I hate it
I don't really know if I have OCD but what I feel i'ts... erratic, and when it appears it's frustrating. I can stay days without having to wash my teeth until they bleed for 20 minutes, to tidy everything my sister leaves on the floor, and cleaning the kitchen before i go to school. Then, it comes back. I don't get this extreme anxiety but still I can't think normally in school thinking that i have to get home and get everything done. Sometimes is bad because I'm always late because of that. Also, I hate to have my hands dirty, and my feet. I just can't use shoes whether they are closed or sandals I just have to wash them at least once an hour, this one gets me really anxious because i feel a disgusting sensation in my feet and hands. My mom just says I'm tricky, but It's annoying because you disturb the people around you and they don't understand.
Really interesting to see what it's like for someone who is hyper-aware of every detail in their lives. I have ADHD, and it gives me the opposite problem. I can never pay attention for long enough to keep any kind of routine going for long. I always end up forgetting about something or zoning out on the way there and wind up somewhere completely different. I have to put extra effort in just to make sure I'm not leaving things behind whenever I exit a room. Stuff like re-arranging everything in my bathroom by size is something I only do when I'm bored and not paying attention to what my hands are doing. Anyways, nice vid. This is something that you could probably guess is kind of hard for me to imagine otherwise.
The only thing that I struggle with is that if I’m making something like to eat, EVERYTHING has to be evenly cooked so that makes everything including eggs difficult to cook
This is insanely accurate. The part where the staff member called him out for being late everyday and calling him irresponsible broke my heart and I’ve never related to something so much in a video. This is a reality for so many people with ocd including myself. Mental health being classified as irresponsible in the education system is terrible.
As someone with OCD I stare at my alarm just to make sure it's the right time, day, am weekdays etc... sometimes I would look at it for 10 minutes straight
Is it like “I can only turn my alarm off at a certain time”? Or is it like “I must make sure that everything is the way it is supposed to be before I turn the alarm off”?
Ocd is not a blessing at all, it's a living hell and comes in so many forms! I hate ocd so much. I feel for anyone suffering with ocd. I wish there was a cure.
I used to have OCD when I was very little (around kindergarten and 1st grade). It truly got in the way of everything, I’m not even over exaggerating. I had to touch EVERYTHING an even number amount of times whether that would be 2 times, 4 times, 6 times, and so on. Even if I accidentally touched something, I would HAVE to touch it at least one more time. It was exhausting. I’m extremely grateful that I went to therapy and eventually it went away, but I feel like people don’t understand that OCD isn’t just over obsessively being neat but there is other ways people can suffer with OCD. I hope this helped you understand a little bit more of OCD.
It is crazy how different OCD can be for different people. I have been diagnosed with OCD but “contamination” is what my trigger is. For this guy, touching all those things in his bathroom was fine. I would have had to wash my hands after touching anything in there.
I have extreme OCD 😂😂 it’s so annoying sometimes I’m just like “who the heck cares? It doesn’t matter! Just do it!” But then I cannot help it. Edit: btw this is so accurate
doesn't mean you have ocd only a liscensed professional can diagnose you, and no one can diagnose themself EVEN PROFESSIONALS due to your own subconscious bias
My mom had OCD and I remember every time she came home from work she couldn’t take her hands away from the sink to sit on the couch for one second and watch a movie, her hands looked like raisins and she had really dry skin from it.
The people saying his room isn't clean yet he has OCD is weird; this is to you: In life you have to make decisions about what you want and have to do seriously! 😒 I have OCD this is my battle everyday! This causes me a LOT of stress, and quite frankly I have no time for my room! Maybe possible he has no time for his room, because OCD is time consuming and already took up his spare time to clean it!
Don't the school know that the guy has OCD? At our school every staff member and students should know what kind of sickness we have or stuff like that so that when your late or absent the school will know the reason to it but if it's not a health problem or a family problem and stuff like that you still have to tell your teacher why you are late and it doesn't mean that you are a disabled person or something you're allowed to be late or absent almost every weak. That's what our school does
Lizzerlol10 Lizzerlol10 thank God for once someone who gets it. I've met too many people who think OCD is a joke. I don't have it myself but I know how much pain people with it have
Amazing video, I’ve never personally dealt with OCD and this video has helped me to understand. How something that other people may think is so simple, is actually difficult and frustrating to somebody dealing with OCD and they can’t help it.
Random Human then your mom obviously is either rich as fuck or dosent care about your lifestyle if she let you buy expensive hoodies on a game ment for 7 year olds. But anyways I'm going to sleep 😪so if I don't answer that's why
Mottot AJ OMG LEGIT SAME! I hate the weird feeling of the fuzzies that roll around on my bed and the weird wrinkles! I have to sleep on top of a blanket even if it’s super hot out!
One of the worst things is when my OCD shows up at work. Coworkers don't understand I need to have things done a certain way in a certain order. I end up looking weird.
I, personally, have a mild form of OCD, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I spend at least 5 minutes every time I look in the mirror trying to make the circle of my shirts perfectly centered around my neck. If I scratch 1 arm, ai must do it to the other in the same place to even it. That's just the first two things that come to mind. It's honestly horrible...
OMG! So glad you made this video... Thank you. My son and I both have OCD . And besides it being so unpredictable, it has made him late for homeroom so many times that he was constantly in detention. I couldn't get his 504 group to understand?! I wish I had had your video to show them back then. Although I really do t think even eeeing your self explanatory video would've made a difference with them. I just hate it but finally I just let him drop out due to the emotional toll it was having on us both, but especially him.
I don't understand why people think OCD is just about keeping everything neat and stuff it really not there's more to that some people with OCD but their nails, they have to do something a certain amount of time before doing it , or doing something before anything
Is ocd kinda when you have that devil on one shoulder and an angel on another?? Cuz I'm having trouble figuring out what I am. I went to the mental hospital and they labeled me as a hypochondriac but this is legit how my fucking day goes. I'll see a certain thing like my blanket and my mind will be like "fix the blanket" but then it'll be like "don't do it you need to live "no just fix it" I don't even know anymore and it's honestly causing me so much fucking anxiety right now someone help.
Go to your doctor and explain that you suspect you have some OCD symptoms. Or if you don't want to go to your doctor yet, go to google. Do some research on different types of OCD and what it's like. You can do a few quizzes but you should keep in mind that an online quiz cannot diagnose you and it may not be accurate but it can give you more of an idea of whether it's likely you have OCD or not. Good luck my friend
I do hate that lots of people say that you can’t have OCD if your room is messy or if you don’t clean a lot because that is NOT TRUE. Me as an example is that I have OCD with symmetry and I tend to hoard a lot of things with the fear of throwing them away or putting them out of sight would lead to something bad to happen to me. Because of this I have to have all of these different things that I don’t even use all on my dressers but because of my symmetrical annoyances I have to organize them and make it all fit. But the really bad part is that it makes it impossible to clean my room or even think about getting rid of things even though I don’t use them. And sometimes if I’m walking down stairs but I accidentally jump down and put more pressure on one foot I’ll end up having to stomp on the other foot until they have the same pressure and feel. A lot of people tease me about this but when I’m walking on a sidewalk or even in a store with tiles I can’t step on any cracks or I’ll have to step on it with my other foot. I know it might not be OCD but I do truly feel that it could so if you guys could tell me then thank you (because I can’t get diagnosed)
I'm not diagnosed with OCD , but my parents keep telling me that I'm going to develop having it. I have obsession with washing my hair because i think it's greasy all the time, hence why I wash it on Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday's. If I'm not able to wash it on any of those days, then I'll get extremely anxious about my hair and it interferes with everything else. Same issue with combing it too, i will keep brushing my hair until I think it looks completely tidy, which can take up to 25 mins. I have trouble picking out clothes I need to wear each day too. if i want to wear a particular sweater on a particular day, and i can't find it, then I would waste my time looking for that sweater, regardless of how many other sweaters I own. Also i never wear the same outfit for more than one day during the week, so everyday I have to find a new outfit to wear, making things so difficult. I can't leave my house without brushing my teeth three times. I spend 5 mins just to do my shoelaces. I wake up five in the morning just to make sure I have enough time to get ready, and i still end up coming to school late. And I always have to lie and use the same excuse on my teacher: I woke up late this morning.
+Danbo I can't tell you how many hundreds of times my parents wrote "He wasn't feeling well" on my late note. But anyway it sounds like you and your parents are in tune to what's going on, which is good. Even if you're not sure what's going on, it doesn't hurt for your parents or you to talk to a professional about it, especially before it gets worse (like your parents think it will)
People keep saying he can't have OCD since his room is messy, but that's the thing people really don't understand.
Haleigh Champion yeah I have OCD (not as bad as him) and my room is quite messy
Finally a video that shows the rational vs irrational voices. I KNOW what I'm doing doesn't make any sense, but I HAVE to do it. Really great job 👍
ikr
CHURCH!
Akeolo ikr
This video is really great but it doesn't take into account people with different kinds of obsessions and compulsions.. Like some people with OCD aren't disturbed by being tidy but they have thoughts like - "if I step on a crack on the sidewalk I'll die", or "is the door locked?*checks* no but is it actually locked? *checks it again* but is it really really locked?"
+Synthrax well since it was for a psychology class he was probably just showing his it's impossible to show everyone's in one video.
Is really upsetting to see people living with ocd. .ocd controls them...is a constant battle
shelly yastagirl I have OCD but not severe so off if something isn’t clean I leave it a mess but if I touch a crack or something touches the other thing I HATE it I sometimes clean the bathroom but it’s so annoying it takes a lot of time when I make my vertical my parents shout at me coz I take too long I tell them I need to put it the right amount I always do.
Its hard to deal with 😕
Damn. “It’s” not “is”
shelly yastagirl yep it sucks 😕
It controls me it doesn’t let me enjoy my life how I want a lot
Elizabeth, thank you so much. What a kind and beautiful soul you have.
Thanks, it's incredibly severe for me but I appreciate support like this
That “so irresponsible” broke my heart :(
Totally off topic, but amazing profile picture ❤
I was yelling turn the deodorant around to face the front
Yes, some people with OCD would need to have the deodorant facing the front. A lot of people who don't have OCD would like that, too :) But some OCD sufferers might need it to face another way because of a colour or a word or a symbol, for example. Putting that out of their sight for them means that something bad will not now happen.
NECRO GAMER same
NECRO GAMER Yes, me too
NECRO GAMER me too and that other thing next to the mouthwash
Marisol G that was the deodorant 😂😂
I don't have OCD but I must say this is incredibly well executed, people really romanticize mental illness especially OCD and anxiety, but this really shows that it is an ILLNESS not a quirk or a cute personality trait. I'm sorry you struggle, I watch my dad go up and down the stairs just checking to make sure the lights are off, having to drive back to the house to make sure the stove is off, even when nobody used it. I wish you the best of luck is dealing or managing your disorder!
Thank you very much
Annabelle Grace
I have OCD..
Believe me, it’s a LOT harder than people believe! Living with this condition is very hard
my dad has the same issue!! :(
So true. They think it’s funny or cute to say they have depression 😓
Annabelle Grace not *everyone* says that they have a disorder to be cute.....they say they have it because they actually have it......speak for yourself because not everyone romanticizes it
Wow. That sucks. So sorry to all those who deal with OCD!
teen g it is EXTREMELY mentally draining.
Bts Suga Biggest Fan hi another army with ocd letting you know everything will get better with help. Ocd sucks
Thank you it seriously does mean a lot to see people who care and don't judge
I have contamination OCD. This means that my body makes sure I am always clean and I wouldn’t dare touch anything that someone else touched or isn’t clean. I wash my hands around 3-5 times as opposed to one, and it takes over my life.
I was late to school every day by about two hours, people thought it was because I didn't care, thought I had no respect for other peoples time, but little did they know I was trying soo hard to get there on time thinking that today would be the day when I would make it, that I wouldn't have to repeat my entire bath routine till it was just right. Thank you for posting this video, it touched me
sarah123295
that is fucking unbelievable. then why don't you wake up two hours earlier?? "yea only 2h every day"
and try to learn respect others, that is disrespectful
This is why people that say "If you find this picture annoying, you have OCD!" are extremely annoying, and have no idea what OCD is.
Doge so true
I can never just get anything done. OCD gets in the way of everything I do.
Description Untitled same but idk if i have it...
is it really that bad
Description Untitled is it bad?
Stop listening to the OCD lies. Just train your mind to not be like that. I did. Don't let it control you.
Same and ADHD Also
My mom got me new boots and my OCD causes me to hate them because I can never tie them tight enough.
Thot Trot img yes ikr
I’m getting anxiety while watching this. This perfectly represents living with ocd. Good job.
Wait, that's not normal? I do that alot.
I sympathise with you
I have It bad too
Mate this is accurate af, I have severe OCD and I don't think I've ever seen something so relatable. I'm late to everything and I mean everything, but good job on this!
Kam Moore
I have severe OCD too! It’s hard isn’t it... glad there’s somebody else who has to deal with this too!
Everything Awesome that came out wrong
Kam Moore
i bet you needed to proof read this 10 times over xd
same idk if i have odd but I do the stuff he did and i am late for that reason everyday to everywhere
Losers
Still can't believe people think OCD is just about cleaning. I don't know how many times I have to fix something like how a paper is positioned to feel like my mom won't get in a car crash in the morning. Or how many times I have to count the stairs I climb up of to feel at ease, or count tiles etc.
Уерез Годы I agree. I wrote about in the description and some other comments that I actually have the same obsession with family members getting into car crashes (among other tragedies) and feeling like it would be my fault, and I have to do something weird to stop it. If you haven't already, please read the description!
Mark Schachter I read the description already sorry for the confusion. I was talking about people commenting and people in general when you tell them
Уерез Годы ok sorry I misunderstood as well! But yeah I totally agree with you
Hashiyan
Oh dear me....i also think like that....oh god....help me....can we cure this...what should we do? Im really scared of what my future gonna be..
i might be the only one with this type of ocd, but i usually have to touch things a certain way, or scratch my arm a certain way, sometimes or if i touch something with a curve, i have to touch the inside of the curve
i do the exact same thing
I feel the same way😨😨😵😵
Same
RandomObed same
Me too.
Omg, this video should NOT be watched by anyone with OCD... it will bring your anxiety level to max.
Wil Mees specially when he does things twice and you can only do things either once or three times but NEVER twice. Ughh, I even got some ticks I haven't gotten in a while.
I'm watching and I have OCD lol
That's not how OCD is triggered.
101 likes OCD triggers lol
Hannah banana why?
I’ve spent 6 hours just moving small things it’s absolute hell
nothing it’s hell my head just never thinks it’s right
I remember this one ocd “tick” of mine was I would go and check on a cup I left on a table with a liquid in it, even if it was in the middle of that table, I would get up and check it.
Furqan Mahmood that the cup was gonna spill. I know, it’s weird. That’s what ocd does.
Great video! I do not have OCD but I've always been curious about how people who do have it feel.
me too, I have always wanted to see from a person with ocd how it feels
Danielle Mercury I have OCD... its.... horrible.
Internal Cameron Ugh I know right
Internal Cameron I have OCD too it is annoying
Danielle Mercury I was soo confused bcs I was reading all the comments then saw the "same person" but they were different. It was Dunno lol and u
If you’re looking for a sign not to end your life, this is it.
I love you. Stay strong ❤️
Can't wait to see all the comments that are like "literally me XD"
literally me XD
Are you satisfied sir? On a side note, *insert witty and compassionate statement about OCD here*
J
Honestly I see more people saying (some probably lying) “I have been diagnosed with OCD!” than the people that you are pointing out. But, I do see your point.. it’s actually very sad that some people do not know the difference between having a disorder and being a perfectionist. Same with people falsely calling people things like “gay” and “retarded” when there are actually people that have their whole lives suffering, living in poverty, and even dying because of these things. People need a reality check... 😖😖
Literally me XD
liv yeah, the ones that say they wash their hands 5 seconds longer than the average person so OMG they must have OCD! So fucking annoying 😠
Mabeline Gidez you're not supposed to do the activity that's enabling your brain to reset back into ocd mode every single time you are supposed to find other ways to get over the tic or compulsion
jasper meg pewds I get it but what if you can get rid of cold turkey in one moment I bet you can.
Mabeline Gidez this video was just a school project but I appreciate you trying to help him
Mabeline Gidez No matter what he does the night before he's always going to find something wrong and think he has to fix it when in reality it's already perfect from the night before, i guarantee it's such a huge habit for him to constantly fucc around in the morning it's not going to be broken by fixing the shit the previous night.
Sebastion Baldwin Thanks. I think I used that when I was younger when I had really bad eczema, I'll try it out.
George Harrison Thanks so much. I also know what it feels like to have my family tease me about it and it hurts way more than it it would if a stranger said it because they're supposed to understand me. I don't know man, hope it gets better for you too.
George Harrison Also, I don't know if you like reading but The Rest of us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness is an amazing book and it's centred around a main character who has really bad OCD about washing his hands, you should read it, it's helped me a lot.
dunno lol there is a book called ocd love story I can't remember who is the Arthur but it is really good look it up when you have the chance to
Some of his stuff in his bathroom was facing all different directions. Tallest to shortest isn't good if you can't see the labels
Caleb Lee I felt the lack of oxygen seeing that too.
Caleb Lee sameee
When they werent facing the same direction i cringed so hard ughghgh
Caleb Lee You dont understand
Hannah Baker Is that why u killed urself
This breaks my heart. People always tend to call OCD a harmless mental issue, but to see it so well presented makes me actually sob for those who suffer from it. You're so amazing and strong for going through your days with this.
"There's no dust!! You're late!!" Me every day!! And people always wonder why I'm late for school...lol!!
Sam Fiore this isn't a funny matter you know
Yup, I'm well aware of that!!
Lol
+Emma B. My gosh those he/she's made that sentence so unnecessarily hard to understand
This is exactly why people think OCD is all about having everything neat and not messy. OCD is so much more than that.
Øath Ghost yeah I have severe OCD and it’s very different then this.
hi I know what it's like to be like this it's not easy but stay strong
Larissa Anderson
Fuck You Bitch, shut the fuck up. You have no idea how OCD feels, before saying "its not a big deal" go research some facts before your stupid ass jumps to conclusions.
oh shut up she was just being nice. your the bully. whats ur problem
Madison is somebodys name "fuck you" or whats going on???
Harvir Nagra yeah but he deleted the comments
Kassidy Matott ... fight the thought. Cancel OCD negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
I can relate to this. Not that extreme but still
Huang Yixing Even I can relate to this... So this means I have OCD?🤔
SAUMIK SHASHWAT no
It can get way more extreme lol
Do you have a disorder? If not, please stop exaggerating. OCD is a disease, not a character trait..
Have you been described? You probaly aren't. Dont claim to have a disease just to get attention.
It's what goes on in your head, the irrational stress, that makes it difficult, and I think people don't always realize that
Fire Heat Art two siblings is nothing
Fire Heat Art i have 6 siblings

pls don’t even ever say “i have an ocd when (anything)” i have diagnosed ocd and this is so fucking annoying no offense to u but that’s not ocd that’s a perfectionist thing not ocd.
Ava O'Leary THANK YOU
The fact that his old spice derodient bottle is facing the wrong way is making me want to turn it around so bad!
Snizzy Fizzy IKR
A lot of people mistake being a perfectionist to having OCD
One's when you choose to be perfect and others you're FORCED to be perfect.
TheMrcooll perfectionist isn't a disorder you just want it to be perfect that's all.
that's true...I have perfectionist qualities to my personality.
Boy you are not alone in this...I'm with you I know your pain, your thoughts we are the same😢 we will be fine soon okay? Keep being strong 😢😢😢

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR MAKING A VIDEO THAT INCLUDES MORE THAN ONE VOICE! LIKE A RATIONAL AND IRRATIONAL ONE THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Carmen Anelisse do u have ocd too? Because you said thank you a hundred times
I have ocd and I have to tie my shoes 10 times lol
Putting "lol" at the end of the sentence makes it seem pretty unbelievable.
Help me get to 10,000 subs with NO videos ! people with mental illness joke a lot about themselves
Rosanna Berckley true lol
Rosanna Berckley If you had OCD you would have typed a proper sentence.
Friday Night's Out Not everyone's native language is English
To all the people saying he can’t have OCD because his room is messy, I was actually diagnosed and my room is super messy.
And during the whole video I'm thinking "damn he has some nice arms and hands"

“lol so me”... OCD is a disorder, not procrastination.
That hurt my heart hearing him say "so irresponsible"
I have purely obsessive OCD, meaning I have constant distressing thoughts but no compulsions. Even when I was diagnosed it was hard to believe that I had OCD because it is usually depicted as repetitive actions. So thanks to OP for acknowledging this in your description.
thanks for actually reading the description unlike most people!
Very well done...the best I've seen describing what my O.C.D. is like. Also, the last few seconds captures my parents best intentions before therapy with a great team of MDs and therapists...ask 4 help it can't hurt!
Why can I relate to this so much??? I never thought I had OCD until now but I’m not gonna self diagnose I just feel the same way as him in the video.
Unipug then you have ocd sorry to say
If you feel like you do these AND (this is the important part) these things take up more than an hour of your day, you should see a psychiatrist. I know that I used to be adamant I didn’t have obsessive-compulsive : - )
If you have the ability to, there’s nothing wrong with making sure!
I just randomly came across this video and it turns out that's the high school I'm gonna go to
So sorry you go through that Mark.
I am kinda the same when it comes to desk organization but I definitely do not have OCD.
Kylie_ 536 google ocpd, It's a personality disorder
Diana Zaragoza I actually have OCPD and it really pisses me off when people make videos claiming they have OCD and describing the side effects of OCPD
I think I'm OCD." It's ignorant and I'm glad you've identified that you're not instead of pretending to be.
dunno lol They aren't pretending, they just don't know what OCPD is.
For the ppl with OCD, expose your self to your obsessions and don't perform rituals... Soon ull realize tht u r not gonna die if u dont do tht....
I myself overcame a mild case of OCD tht way.!
Best comment !! I guess I had a frnd who wud make me realise such things
You have to understand that exposing yourself to new things you aren't accustomed to gives some people extreme anxiety to the point of panic attacks and hyperventilating
hanzo with a golden frying pan same
NDG Vids it's not that easy but thank you :)
Whatever the case, you are not trapped
my husband doesn't realise he as this. the first time I visited his house I used his bathroom and I guess I moved the soap , he flipped not angry at me just got super anxious about it and he is like that with alot his drawers, the way his shirts are folded , "wrinkles" I can not iron or do his laundry right it's frustrating at times for me too but he has taught me alot about organization 😄
i have sometimes ocd like I feel guilty about my bad thoughts and I pray over and over, over and over .....
I watched my sister go through this every day my entire life. I sympathize,......
Well i always put capital letters and dot at the end of sentence,no one do that.
Karvast this isn’t something to joke about.
Paul Hayes well, when i just a child, i do my letters with beginnning of every world in cap's, lol. but now i'm not doing that again. *sorry for my bad english
Paul Hayes i do the exact opposite, I absolutely hate capital letters. but same room situation
Nathalia Banuelos it was staged
Slinky I know but sometimes it's not and it bugs me to think that people could be that rude
Then speak up..
Nathalia Banuelos if he knew he was going to have this problem then why doesn't he just wake up earlier that sounds pretty irresponsible to me
kathryne wright the earlier he wakes up the longer he'll spend on fixing things or the more things he'll notice that are "wrong".

Elizabeth Armbruster Everything happens for a reason
Elizabeth Armbruster I think the same thing:( I think it's good to know that your not the only one out there with it, maybe you wont feel so different from everyone. I suffer from OCD for as far back as a young girl and it is such a curse and I hate it so bad. I feel like I could get so much more done without it, because I'm not lazy but o don't get as much done cause I spend all my energy waisted on OCD stuff. But it's a part of my life even if I hate it
People still believe in God? Damn, some just don't listen to science.
Jessop you're gonna trigger someone really bad...
I never wanted to be a Lucio main I'll be up for that.
I think you might have it. You should check with a doctor and such. 👍
Your doctor would prescribe OCD to you if you have it. You might just be a germiphobe. OCD isn't just having everything clean and perfect.
kiitty katt Yea you probably have OCD, even if you think thats not that bad, It could definitely into OCD
It's*
This is real and we all should understand the serious of people and situations like this in every day live bc it's hard living with this
The only thing that I struggle with is that if I’m making something like to eat, EVERYTHING has to be evenly cooked so that makes everything including eggs difficult to cook
Jwn Nwj I am obsessed with always having to know what time it is for no reason.
You should read the description if you haven't already. This was really useful
An Ka THANK YOU!
Mark. I also was diagnosed with OCD. I know what your going through although I've been on Paxil and it's not bad anymore. your not alone.
I haven't been diagnosed with ocd but I do practically everything in this video :/
Alex IceBoy Same Here
doesn't mean you have ocd only a liscensed professional can diagnose you, and no one can diagnose themself EVEN PROFESSIONALS due to your own subconscious bias
same
Lots of people get ready for school in the morning. C:
Bob Lon Not true, it's not hard to know if you have ocd
My mom had OCD and I remember every time she came home from work she couldn’t take her hands away from the sink to sit on the couch for one second and watch a movie, her hands looked like raisins and she had really dry skin from it.
The people saying his room isn't clean yet he has OCD is weird; this is to you: In life you have to make decisions about what you want and have to do seriously! 😒 I have OCD this is my battle everyday! This causes me a LOT of stress, and quite frankly I have no time for my room! Maybe possible he has no time for his room, because OCD is time consuming and already took up his spare time to clean it!
I also have OCD it’s like a voice in my head sayin “It must be even it must be even!”
That's what our school does
I ... I wake early and do some warm up. and than start meditation ' bhramri pranayam' . this is rescuing me at the stage of 9 years of OCD with me.
Meds are not working for you? I have ocd and the meds have helped so much. I guess there are different levels of ocd?
I have OCD and the overlapping voices and the video in general explain my SITUATION SO WELL!! THANK UOU FOR THIS
Loads of hugs and prayer for that boy and his family ❤❤❤❤from INDIA
I'm glad I don't have OCD
Lizzerlol10 Lizzerlol10 thank God for once someone who gets it. I've met too many people who think OCD is a joke. I don't have it myself but I know how much pain people with it have
Amazing video, I’ve never personally dealt with OCD and this video has helped me to understand. How something that other people may think is so simple, is actually difficult and frustrating to somebody dealing with OCD and they can’t help it.
I don't have OCD, but i hate my sheets to be wrinkled. It got so annoying i sleep on top of my blanket now.
Mottot AJ OMG SAME
Not being annoying but that's not what ocd is
Random Human hey listen up big boy just because mom said you couldn't spend money on to blow today dosent mean you can take it out on me.
At around 5:06
*Tell me I'm not the only one who felt very unsatisfied when he stepped on the line!*
I controlled my OCD years ago and now i feel like i don’t have it anymore
Leilani Baldo
Thank you! I have severe OCD and everyone thinks it’s just that I want things neat!
Or maybe it's just a fucking depression anxiety thing
Even if you're not sure what's going on, it doesn't hurt for your parents or you to talk to a professional about it, especially before it gets worse (like your parents think it will)
Danbo you know washing your hair every day is normal and you do it every two days
NeverEndingDeath it is not good to wash your hair everyday, strips away the oils
