- We have taken in a new Asian water monitor to work with for awhile and as necessity is the mother of invention we had to do a little upgrade to our exiting monitor lizard enclosure so that we have space to work with the new addition. Just a quick update on the new play pen we have now and to let everyone know to keep an eye out for more handling content with the monitor lizards!

There is enough space in there that you can add a floor to ceiling curtain. Watching videos of monitor lizards clime bunched up curtains is one of the most satisfying things on the internet
I've seen that, too funny, lol
Im an army engineer in the reserves i get out in 7 months and after i get out i got more time just to focus on my argus monitor and civilian work. Getting my first Colombian boa next year. Work hard play hard hooah🤙🏻🦖🐍🐊🦕🦎
AWESOME innovation on blocking off Niles to work with the new monitor! I love it!
Clever! I can't wait to see you work with the monitors. You're the real deal Tim-sweat and all! 😆

dude that is cool!! Awesome area and lover the notch so it cant come back out!
Will be great for cleaning the big snakes too, can just let em roam in there I stead of wrestling em into tubs
I was wondering if maybe we could set up a time to talk. I have my first retic. He's a 7 to 8 foot male. I have experience with a lot of snakes. Not so much with these. I just wanna make sure I don't screw him up.
Sure thing, reach out to me on Facebook messenger
The audio is still on one ear.
Thanks for the heads up, sure is had to do with the new lav mic settings
Such a great idea Tim! Can’t wait to see how you work with him:)
Off topic but: got my first retic yesterday. Baby Female wild type! Named her calypso:) I have Always wanted one but couldn’t find many folks that really dig deep into their behavior/care- so big thank you to you Tim for doing what you do and giving folks the knowledge and confidence to work with these amazing animals. ❤️ 🥹
That's awesome! Nothing like bonding with that first retic :-)
