I've heard KZ ZST Pro (blue & pink) have excellent imaging as per rtings.com review. Would you recommend it for gaming?
I still can't get over how good the AK6's sound for the price. I'm wearing mine right now, purchased them based off an older video you did about them. Sure the wire on them sucks and isn't removable, but for the price you really can't go wrong. Buy two or three pair just in case you happen to trash a set. The highs are definitely toned down, but if you want something cheap and will almost shake your head with bass, get these.

This was exactly the video I needed when I was looking for new earphones. Decided to try out the Moondrop Spaceship as per your recommendation, and so far I'm liking them. The build feels solid. I changed the buds to the medium ones and now they're very comfortable to wear. Decent sound quality for general use, and very effective as well for my Warzone gameplay, I can hear footsteps and other sound cues clearly. Thank you for the review!

I used to have the ak6 theyre decent for gaming and you should take care of them because of the build quality but theyre ok and definitely worth it. It lasted on me in about 4-5 months

I choose Kinera BD005 for gaming. Price 30usd with small shell. A lot of bass, warm mid, smooth high. The best comfort IEM. It's higher price but I recommended.; I found some store price around 18-35usd.

Im using the cheap QKZ AK6 its fairly decent for competitive gameplay. But because of the lack of Soundstage its very hard to tell the difference between footsteps from the front and from the back, although it does pick up sound accurately even from a far distance. Its a very good IEM for playing casual and competitive fps games.
Sorry for commenting late, but would you recommend it for Valorant since I used to have Plextone G20, but the left side went kaput. I am trying to look for better budget earphones.
@@sayhan3631 If you're a serious competitive player then you might want to consider upping your budget for good quality Headphones instead of earphones/IEMs.
But if I had to recommend a budget IEM, then try the CCA CRA. It's also great for Music.

@@sayhan3631 The VK4 zpolt is referring to in this video no longer exists sadly. QKZ made a revision of the VK4 changing the driver and tuning, which now sounds exactly like the KZ EDX. Many people have been scammed with this revision. QKZ no longer sells the older model of the VK4 (which is the better one). I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I always used my CH9T, very accurate on locating footsteps and also it is not fatiguing, even if i used it for long period of time.

You should add the Nicehck DB3 on your next list, that thing is also a beast when it comes to gaming, plus its not that fatiguing to use compared to the VK4,dunno why but mine came with Pretty "Cursed" driver in which it emits a Static noise on its left lobe while Using it for Musical Sessions or Gaming, plus my unit somewhat sounds like "Basag" if you put in our terms,most notably the left driver, prolly got a Lemon unit on mine sadly

Got my moondrop spaceship! Its good! but I got some OS200 eartips for it which made the sound alot better for me (not as fatigue-ing to listen to now) atleast. This will be my main now for gaming atleast!

Hi zpolt, just found your channel, can you please recommend me something similar to moondrop spaceship ? currently using it for gaming (Apex Legends), it was actually good for soundstage and imaging, I've been using it for a year now and experiencing some issues like the sound on the left side is a bit quieter than the right one. I love to try other IEM as well that has similar performance with the moondrop spaceship but not too pricey. Please help me out, thank you!

Different tips for diff usages. Depends on your preference. Id go bassy for movies, neutral for music, warmish for gaming
For gaming go for the iem/headphone with good soundstage and imaging and for music it depends on your preference, some people like it neutral others warm.

Yow, im hesitating to buy the trn ba5, because im hearing so many QC issues, so what would you choose, the TRn Ba5 or the TFZ T2? Awesome vid again!!
If you want an almost same sound signature with the BA5 but afraid to suffer from QC issues, go with the CCA C12. It's not as airy and bright as the BA5, but the clarity and separation is the same. You'll hear more power with the bass since it uses a DD.
If you're into Pop, EDM, Trance, and the like, go with the TFZ T2. If you want a more engaging, relaxed and good attack than the TFZ T2 (especially with Rock), get the BLON BL-03.
If you have the budget, you might want to try the BLON BL-05 for $40 - $45 (I still don't have this IEM), another reviewer said it's an upgrade for KZ ZS10 Pro. They might have the same sound signature and attack.
I fucking love TRN BA5. This one's really great for music and casual gaming (i dont recommend this for competitive gaming because it transitions from left to right too fast. It doesnt have that "3D Sound") AND yeah, QC issues, bought these bad boys 3 months ago and now they're really cranky when above 70% volume. If you want the BA5, go buy it in their official store in Lazada, Ali or Drop.
I knew this is IEMs list and you've mentioned before that you don't like KBear Knight...but I gotta say that I really love it. I use Knight to play games especially PUBG and COD Mobile and it's just awesome cause you can easily hear where the steps come from. The imaging is really good for it's price (even beat my TFZ T2)..and it's neutrality is just 👌..sadly it doesn't have mic so yeah.
As long as you like it, that's the only thing that matters. 👍 Actually, I was considering making buds for gaming too, since they are really comfy and easy to use since some people don't like in ears.

try moondrop spaceship, or if u can get mh755 recable mod. AKG iem that come from samsung phone is good to. Thats 3 are comfortable iem to wear for hours. Sorry for my english, im not native speaker.

KZ ZS10 Pro with spinfit silicon foam tips is actually great. Any IEM or headphone with neutral and great sound stage will work, avoid bass, its not good for games.
Depend on game, if you play rpg game bass is ok, but for shooter bass make footstep hard to listen too, imagine a boomy grenade blast covering out the sound.... gg

i usually go around 30 to 50% depends if I use an amplifier. and depends on how serious I am gaming. if im really serious i up it to hear more the footsteps, if I am just casually gaming, i tone it down so i can game longer without fatigue
