Hey thanks for the review and all the good information. Question regarding riding with a pillion and luggage specially on big steep hills, does it deliver good enough power? Do you get a healthy enough power delivery? Thanks in advance and gettings from Costa Rica 👋

@@deepaksmarihal Hi Deepak, between the ns400 and the Himalayan, I would chose the Himi as well. You can’t talk about your purchase experience as a general negative issue. Complain directly to RE but don’t put it out there as if it were a Royal Enfield problem. It’s not kosher to generalize these things. Aside from that, good review.
@@Oldman.Roaming Hello 👋 thanks for your feedback and I'm glad to know you liked the video. Regarding the experience with RE, I did lodge an official complaint as well but didn't get any resolution beyond an acknowledgement on email. Also, the issue was more of a dealership niggle than a brand issue, but RE is in the position of changing the overall experience, if it wants to. Most reviews on RUclips don't talk about the purchase experience, and we mostly get to see this on riding forums. I wanted to change that.
Almost all RE showrooms are like this only. Today I went to buy/book 450 but came empty handed because of showroom people were forcing me to buy 20k+Rs accesories alongside the bike!
