I've used sticky notes throughout my school days studying in text books, writing summaries on paper & tips to prepare for exams. Also I use them in piano books as bookmarks to search the pieces faster to play & teach my piano students. Very helpful. Thank you for posting this video! 😊

Omg I’m in eight grade and taking 6 Ap classes ( all except social studies because they don’t have that) I aced my first bio test and got the highest score ( 33/35) and what I did was read my notes multiple times before the test so I hopefully knew all the key points and write down almost everything I can, in blue pen because that helps people remember.
I recommend writing questions instead on sticky notes from each page or section. Then when you revise..just try to recall the answers of the qns you've written and paste the note on the top of your page..That's a form of active recall.
One thing I did that was absolutely grueling for studying, was before a big test I would retranscribe all of my notes I took for that half of the year, its always torture, but it never fails
