Whoa.. That comment, about a random Uber in a foreign country, at 6:18?? Almost happened to me, but with a chauffer in Argentina, taking me to the airport. We were on a freeway .. and all of a sudden he starts digging for something in an aluminum foil pack in the map pocket of the driver's side door. It is mid-afternoon, and there *is* traffic. I'm set up in the back, where I can see out the windshield. And .. I see that traffic is slowing / stopped. *I had to tell him this!* Or, we'd have rear-ended a car at freeway speed. And, I'd likely have missed my flight at a minimum. Possibly be injured, depending on the size of the vehicle coming up behind us, or if our vehicle bounced into another lane after impact.
