Technically in GA you do. Anything above 50cc requires to be registered. But if you don’t drive like an asshole the cops will never know. I live in Savannah GA and don’t have a license and ride a 150cc

mine stock did 60 with me begin 230 i did some upgrades and can do 73 flat and all i did was upgrade exhuast and ditched the stock box for a cone other things you can do to get up em faster my friend modded his hes doing 85ish @@WilliamConley-jr8zi
