The format not only allows for a fun exploration of the very difficult and goal specific task that is setting a route and tweaking it but also allows us to see how very different styles deal with traversing these vertical environments. In some sense the hand jam was the easier beta and not matching the tiny crimp was easier but in another sense this harder beta was easier for each when climbing boulders conceived of outside their own style. I love the videos where you guys focus on a problem that isnt a flash and work it out over many goes. It reminds me of skateboarding videos, where they try the same trick over and over until they land it. It makes it very satisfying to watch the top out when you see the battle play out. As always, love the videos. If it wasn't for you I would have never entered my local climbing gym and gotten a membership.
