Its a really nice setup. I just bought another filter because I accidentally froze mine when winter started. Having pressurized water is much nicer than tipping over a 5 gallon can!
Not sure, but I plan to soon! They are basically the same thing, a hand pressurized filter built into a tank. I plan to buy a Lifesaver soon to compare them.
@@IndependenceOverland not as yet, its "blue sky" planning atm, im in an old house, and tbh I had been letting my mind wander while the sun was high... then it got cold and im in the woods cutting down trees for the last week...
There’s a double doorway at the top. So the ladder I assume is a fire exit from up there, in the event both stair cases are burning. We just use the doors to forklift pallets of water up there, and to use the area as storage. It’s a very strange double door to nothing really.
I’ve had this a year. The flow got worse each trip. Now it’s useless. I’ve back flushed the filter with no improvements. I would not recommend it. Will try drilling holes in the filter to see if it improves the flow. Will then only use as a hand washing station.
Do you still have the little secondary charcoal filter on it? The charcoal filter isn’t rated for very many gallons. Take that off and use the little straw attachment on the bottom instead, that will open it up. The little charcoal filter is only for taste. If the main filter is plugged up still, just order a new filter. Hard water can plug up any filter due to minerals getting lodged in there. I will always recommend carrying another filter, especially if you are truly relying on it.

@David Wang At the time I bought mine, it was cheaper. This video was posted almost 2 years ago. Prices have been adjusted over time by the company. I should also add that coupon codes are usually temporary, hence why its not listed above.
Cool product, great review - thnx for sharing!
crj moto thanks!
Nice. I’m currently using Scepter 5 gallon containers and carrying some Sawyer water filter products. Having everything integrated looks really handy.

How does this compare to something like the LifeSaver Jerrycan?

I think hes making everybody need to go pee on purpose why else would he have water flowing on to the floor for no reason?
It was definitely part of my scheme!
