Yeah STD's aren't usually a thing we talk about in BL (or other types of media by the way).
To my recollection, I can only think of 3(4) BL's that actually talk about it: In UWMA P'Dean doesn't just suggest they use a condom, he also explains why it is necessary. In Bed Friends King and Uea go and get tested togther as part of their sex buddy agreement. In the Pinoy BL Daddy Love the main character Kiko has HIV and the show revolves around that revelation.
And then now Wandee Goodday is doing agreat job educating everyone - but since you haven't gotten to that part yet, I won't spoil of course!
