SNL was almost ALL improv. They were ad libbing at least 75% of the time and just going with a loose script. Ya putz.

I've watched all these Joe Pesci shows about 300 times. These guys are spot on and ridiculously funny.
That's the best snl clip ever, Baldwin and Breuer both did an award worthy performance here.

This sketch is a whole lesson in timing. When David Spade says "Did I offend him?" and Baldwin remembers to wait a moment till he asks again, that's masterclass.

Alex Baldwin was basically a cast member they just never hired.

Great Pesci impression but the De Niro impression is awesome. I was expecting crap from Baldwin, but he is an ace impersonator his De Niro voice and acting is perfect, had me in stitches :)

Mel Gibson's impersonation, however, is terrible. The guy was born in New york, so what's with the pseudo-british accent? He's an australian resident, but he doesn't sound like that at all.
And the Brad Pitt... the guy in't even trying, and he's an actor too.

I didn't like Baldwin's Trump stuff much (nothing to do with politics) but his De Niro was perfect.
