I loved the battle between Tapu Koko and Naganadel. I love how fast-paced it was. Tapu Koko’s speed and Naganadel’s power was well displayed and it legitimately felt like a full out battle between a legendary deity and an inter dimensional dragon. I loved that battle so much! Tapu Koko is my favorite of the Guardian trio and Naganadel is my favorite Ultra Beast and that fight contributes heavily to that.
I remember i keep rewatching Ash-Greninja vs Mega Sceptile and the battle animation truly impressive and it makes me wonder where did they felt inspired to make this animation so epic, i mean it really do show some potential and it really amazed me! Especially Pikachu vs Charizard, it really making my day to see these potential battle animation! Well horizon shows more tactics in battles , gita vs the trio was great , and at least it was convincing liko had 6x type advantage geeta Horizon do have good scenes like when charizad terrestrial for thr first time and when the trio faced spinel , what drives down these fights is the lack of time

Torracat vs Incineroar is amazing and I should’ve had that for the battles I think are amazing although I wish that Torracat evolved into Incineroar and then get the epic Incineroar battle and any will remain unchanged but Torracat as a Incineroar when Kukui’s Incineroar go down but it was pretty epic that Torracat men take down his evolution

I don't have my most favorite or top favorite Pokémon anime battles so far but I give credit to both Liko Vs Roy and Ash Ketchum vs Leon or Ash Ketchum vs Professor Kukui One battle is underappreciated for Liko and Roy while Ash Ketchum vs Leon and Ash Ketchum vs Professor Kukui are both epic. One day, Pokemon Horizons anime will eventually have the most epic battle like the past series and seasons did especially Roy, Liko and Dot vs Geeta which is somewhat appreciated in my opinion. I'm sorry to say this, but I must respectfully disagree with you on the Pikachu vs Charizard fight, I thought it was a pretty mid battle overall. Like yeah, it WAS good.......but only by Journeys standards. And those are the lowest, most pathetic standards in the entire anime. The animation and artstyle in JN were atrocious too if you ask me.
