Hi! I am new to Azure. Just received my first order. I got the organic oatmeal and it says to keep refrigerated on the box-not the bag. Is that really correct?
Can I ask if you Mill your own flour?? If you milled your own you would be getting 100% whole grain! If you haven't heard of Sue Becker, please look up her RUclips video, it says it all!!

Semolina is not gluten free....it's a coarsely milled durum wheat that is really good for making pasta (I only use semolina or Einkorn all purpose). My apothecary business is new, about 7-8 months now, and I just love it. Being able to create and help people is so fulfilling!
Helpful hack. In order to keep my celery, lettuce or cucumbers a little longer in thr fridge, wrap it tightly in aluminum foil. It works.

Hello Amanda, what is shelf life on the brown rice? I have heard it doesn't store as long as white rice.
6 months when stored properly....out of direct sunlight and in an airtight container in a dry and cool place.
Ok so the laundry detergent (azure). Do you perfer liquid or powder. Have you tried any other laundry detergents I think country save.

I don’t refrigerate mine. It is in a 5 gallon bucket.
Not necessary. Just cool, dry and dark environment.

I do! I really love and prefer freshly milled/whole grain sourdough. Been doing it for 3-4 years.
