Oh my god what an ugly motorcycle! HOW CAN THEY FAIL THAT HARD?!
I don't like the gap between body frame and engine, it's huge.. It's quite awkward 😔 Yamaha need to update their designs ...😅
This is the main reason why I haven't bought a Yamaha in a while. That gap is hideous, looks so wrong
Didn’t even realize that until now, yeah that looks absolutely horrible.
More room for a turbo🤷♂️
Yeah true..that the first thing im upset with this bike design 😅
I'm glad the R9 is like a supersport, not a cruiser sport bike
If you are not serious about sport bikes just buy an MT09
So same price as a 6R but probably a better street bike with more power and torque.
A ninja 300 has better design than this r9 😅
Why did they choose to make it so ugly?
Maybe look good next to a cyber truck
@@POSTMASTER_Rion-Donald_Harmon. - might make a cyber truck look good . .
tbh i was a bit disappointed.. depending on the budget id go for the cfmoto 675srr or just directly to R1.. my cfmoto 450srs was really reliable and was awesome, so before uprading was waiting fo this r9.. but oh well
CF is a POS lol
Well, CP 3 motor can really show full potential now in high rpm range. Bikes before with this motor where not built for top end speed.
I’ve been waiting on this bike since 2021 when rumors started .
Cool. Nice bike. But it will never sound like an inline 4 revving at 14,000 rpm💯🔥
Well it’s a triple… genius
Pretty ugly IMO
R9, very interesting. Still considering a 2025 R1. Price is the mitigating factor. The $10,000 difference is significant. The R9 seems like a cartoon, the R1 is a REAL bike.😢
Where the original desainer yamaha??
It's a joke.. Or a bad dream 🤦♂️
Love the engine, love the chassis but thousands hundreds NO with the body
The winglets are not removable, are they?
as someone who owns an R1, i’ll take it.
Dont like the round projector headlight
Ugly headlight we meet again
Ok it's decent, but for the $, the gixer 750 is a better choice.
All I know, is I bet these things will be everywhere. Kids will trade their r7 or whatever, cause wings! And track people now have something to replace their tired or wrecked Daytona's. I just wished they had covered that hole in chassis though...
Underbelly Exhaust straight from the MT09 kills the look of this bike
Just put a full system on it
It’s a stock exhhsst who gives a shit?
99% of people wont be keeping the stock exhaust anyways or at least deleting the cat, so who cares. They just have that hideous thing to meet emission standards like every other stock bike has from literally every company
Let's see how will, for me looks like great bike , actually replacement for R6
I like it... A LOT! My old back says no however.
Am I the only one who doesn’t like the winglets? 🤷🏽♂️
I just wanna know is it worth getting this over buying used r6
This is a brand new bike with tons of tech that is designed to be fun on the street, the R6 is an older bike designed purely for the track. What are you using it for?
Now that R9 is a reality...can we please get an updated R3 .....
You can see through the middle 🤦🏻♂️
This is unacceptable. Yamaha passing it off as a sport bike, the "journalists" for playing along with it and the worthless sheep who let their governments tell them what to ride. I'm disgusted and ashamed in all of you.
Euro emission standards really messed with things.
My 24 MT09 runs phenomenally well and I probably won't do an exhaust/ tune right away, it's that good. It's the best running new bike I've had in awhile.
ffs yamaha just give me fairings and cbr650r ergos with that cp3 engine and you would have had all my money.
Was looking forward to getting this but there is no way I’ll buy one with this faring. Not only has it been hit with the ugly stick, I think it’s made out of the stick.
Now THAT is one I am going to have to remember, lol !
Not big on the front end, it looks like designers couldn’t agree what thematic direction to go but had a necessary “winglet” check mark resulting in a front end pulled in all directions.
That said, I’m *very* happy to see Yamaha actually make the thing! There’s always time in the future to address it.
After all, the r3 started out with a downright ugly front end, and now it’s arguably the sleekest beginner bike on the market.
It is true Cf Moto and Yamaha Is Already Partnership?
the front looks horrible, I’m not trading in my R7 for sure
This will run circles around the r7
@@henryw31 But who wants to sit on that to do it?
@@spoofer44 I will! Looks are subjective.
@@KrishnenduKes I respect that!
@@henryw31the R7 is already plenty fast enough lol anybody who disagrees is just a straight line rider honestly
