The Serpent's Trench: Final Fantasy VI OST Remake

A remake of the music that plays when passing through the titular area,.

For this one, I added a synth pad following the line of the celli, as well as a series of woodwinds, all playing a at most three notes per bar, so the phrase bounces across the stereo field. I also added a metal scrape noise, meant to elicit the sound of a sonar, and a couple of cymbal rolls and scrapes to accent transitions.
Time spent working on the track 12 hours.
