Was Lucky Enough See Supertramp 2 Nites in a row At The Fabulous Forum In LA!!! Back in the 70s. Simply Stellar!!! Then At The LA Sports Arena all In The 70s!!!i Incredible!!!! Then Went To See Roger Hodgson as a Solo Artist and his Band in 1998 and Saw and met him in The Parking Lot at The Galaxy Concert Theater!!! In Santa Ana Cal , turned around after getting out of My Car and there he was all by himself walking thru the parking Lot, I yelled out Roger and scared him! And said Hi !! It was Me and My Wife!! And I said I saw Supertramp at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium!! Then he walked over to Us!!! He was so Nice and Shook Our Hands and said ThankYou!!!! Will never forget how Nice He was After I sacred Heckout Of Him, And Then He Thanked Us for coming to see him! A Way Cool Guy!!!

Así es Rick los últimos discos que sacó con Supertramp eran de un sonido diferente nada que ver con el sonido de Supertramp ahora es más Jazz y la verdad Supertramp para mí se acabó cuando se separaron Roger a seguido con ese sonido o muy parecido en sus pocos discos que sacó desde que se separará de Supertramp Pero la voz inconfundible de Supertramp es el al igual que el del saxofón era John Antoni Heliwell por mucho que alguien toque el clarinete o saxofón siempre hecho de menos a Heliwell y en los conciertos era un bromista ablando algo del idioma donde se tocase ese día siempre con respecto Yo hecho de menos el grupo ojalá volviesen todos aún están a tiempo

Vale, Supertramp...en París...con orquesta...suena bien pero...nada comparado al primer día que escuché el original Supertram live in Paris...en cassette, un aparato Panasonic de doble pletina...que todavía conservo, ese día se abrió un nuevo capítulo del libro de la música de mi vida, un capítulo que todavía dura y perdurará siempre.
Tienes razón.El doble en directo de Supertramp en Paris es inigualable.Yo lo escuché la primera vez en Disco LP en casa de un amigo que se lo compró, que si no recuerdo mal ,era doble ,se abría como un libro y con fotos del concierto . Parece que lo estoy viendo todavía. Y ver a ese John Helliwell en el saxo y animando el cotarro no tenía precio.Era un espectáculo.
