Roger Hodgson, formerly of Supertramp, is the singer/songwriter of this timeless classic, It's Raining Again, which can be found on his album, Classics Live. Roger co-founded Supertramp in 1969 and was the driving force behind what fans call the 14 golden years of the band. He wrote, sang, and arranged the enduring rock standards that made Supertramp a worldwide phenomenon with album sales in excess of 60 million. Roger gave us not only It’s Raining Again, but also the timeless classics such as Give a Little Bit, Breakfast in America, School, Dreamer, The Logical Song, Take the Long Way Home, Fool's Overture, and many more.

Now THIS is a true test of providing accurate live music. Most musicians grossly modify their songs during a live performance. Sometimes to the point where it sounds like a different song. But this performance was almost an exact reproduction of the studio version. And after all these years....

First heard this song in 1982 when I saw the video on MTV for the first time. I was nine years old and didn’t understand a lot of it but I will always remember the good music from back then you just don’t hear good song writing like this today.

His vocals are spotless. Usually artists lose some vocal ability when they get up in age, but his vocals sound as good as they did back in the 70s.

I went looking for this. Because it’s raining again as it as been for almost 3 weeks now in no! I’m sick of the rain and so are my poydogs who refuse to go outside when it rains! Their fur gets soaked. Their Poms and they have a double layer of fur! Then my funiature gets all wet. The take their teeth and remove any dog close put on them to protect them from the rain and are afraid of umbrellas. Odd liyboigers but we love them dearly! They’re our four legged kids that still live home!

Saw these guys in Wabash IN.. Met the band (all but Roger) afterwards at a piano bar. I played for them and they requested songs. Did dueling pianos with the keyboard player. Great night. Great band. Great memories.
