No...Not even close. I am not sure what rulebook you are using, but NHL Rule 83.1 states: "Off-side - Players of the attacking team must not precede the puck into the attacking zone." In this case, at 2:03 you see the Kraken player winding up to take a shot at a puck that just left the zone, which is not a problem, except that there are still at least two more Seattle players inside the zone who are offside and must leave the zone and re-enter... I know you Seattle fans are still noobs, but hang in there, you'll learn ho this works. :)
