  • Swapped my differential to a LS400 3.26 and added a Mk4 Supra Torsen LSD. Paired nicely with the Cd009 and Boost, the car drivers and cruise alot better.

    I’m about to to the same swap in my GTE GS300. I have a bmw 6 speed, “gs6-37bz” and the factory 3.92 gear. The gears are so short and close together. I’m hitting 4th gear by 100mph. Hopefully with the 3.26 diff I’ll spend more time in boost and pull harder

      How crazy I was literally just looking at a video you posted on the gs Facebook group...lol. yea I was having the same issue with the cd009 and 3.92, car drives WAY better now.

    Great work bro. Just wondering if that lsd is from the supra torsen diff?
    Planning on dropping a ls430 diff in my cd00X supra to match the gearing so figuring out my lsd options.

      I found it on eBay but I was also checking fb marketplace and the Supra groups.

  • @danieljoosten319

    Do you have a link to the mk4 torsen diff or is there an internal swap if I bought a gs400 pumpkin 3.266? I'm getting the same setup in my 97 aristo with the 2 pcs stock d/s with the v160 already swapped in it with stock 2jzgte vvti. Great video! and why did you go with the yellow bushings instead of the reds for daily comfortability?

    • @CmoneyGarage
      @CmoneyGarage  Месяц назад

      I do not have a link, I was just checking facebook marketplace and ebay until I found one. I went with the yellow because they are supposed to be stiffer than stock the red are supposed to be same fell as stock. Having the yellow I can tell you they feel great not too stiff but stiffer than stock and definitely makes the frontend feel tighter.

    So, LS diffs are the same ratio as gs400 ones? What year LS?

    • @CmoneyGarage
      @CmoneyGarage  4 месяца назад +1

      Yea all the early v8s (gs/sc/ls)had the 3.26 diff. Prior to 2000. The cover on the LS is a little different as I showed in the video but everything else good
