It was an option you had to pay more for. They came standard on the coupes but the convertibles had lap belts unless you paid more for the shoulder belt option.
The car can have 66 thousand miles on it mine has only 64 thousand on it and I am the original owner of this Corvette and nothing is done to mine it's all original with numbers matching
