- In today's video I'm sharing all of the recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vintage action figure pick-ups that I've added to my collection, from the 1992 Movie 3 turtles to some classic mutants! Plus after going halvies in bulk lot of vintage accessories, I like up with Dean from @totallytaylorretrohunters to divide our spoils!
I've been collecting more and more vintage lines lately, but my love of action figures goes back to the original TMNT line, the first action figures I was introduced to as a kid in 1990. My childhood turtles were the starting point for my current collection, so I'm always excited for a bit of turtle talk!

Yeehaaa grandma!!! Some serious pick ups there Scott, and love a bit of wheeling and dealing and getting those bits in the collection whilst been able to move bits on to recoup some of the costs.

Pleased that you're getting there Scott. I never really liked the TMNT III (not alone given the low prices for carded figures at fairs...) - only bought them at the time "because"!!!
At the risk of being scalped (no pun intended in the circumstances!), do you have a wants list?
I didn't really love the third film, so I can imagine not being super enthusiastic about these figures back in the day, but I've really come to appreciate them! My "Want List" is as long as my arm, but the main figures I'm chasing at the moment are the Movie Stars Raph and Mike and the Movie 3 Leo so I can complete those quartets. Thanks Jeff!😃
unreal video mate the 5th anniversary leo is an eye catcher i really like the look of that. the accessories swap was cool to watch, it was like a strategic game of chess 🤔🔥

Nice pick ups. I never find any vintage tmnt in Perth, it all comes from ebay sellers on the east coast as its my only option. Same with anything vintage in this annex we live in here mate. 😊

I actually just heard a story from my mom from when I was five involving teenage mutant ninja turtles. Apparently I once tried to flush a Mikey figure on a bar soap down toilet cause I thought he wanted to go sewer surfing 🏄♀️ . I only heard the story yesterday.

The cosplay turtles are what I love the most. Just so much fun and goofy stuff.
I've definitely got an appreciation for them, it's such a big part of the toy line and they're fun, but there's just so many of them!😅
@@ScottCrusher that’s true. I just got back into collecting with the retro releases and started going back and getting all of the different figures from past lines and there are SOOOO many. I sometimes wish there were fewer just due to how expensive it has gotten.
@nickadams1300 Haha very true, the collecting bug can bite into the wallet for sure. Sometimes you have to draw a line, for me it's 1992😊
@@ScottCrusher ha. I have had to draw a line now but it’s more of a just knock it off until you pay this credit card off. I’ve been getting the originals, some 2003, a few of the cooler 2012 like the monster crossovers, the 4 turtles from Rise, and I even dipped into the 6in Classic line, and the NECA universal monster turtle line. There’s a good chance my wife is going to kill me.

Wondering did U clean the TOYS b4 U made the video or did they really come in that clean N shinny condition?
Generally I do give figures a bit of a clean before a video (aside from unboxings and toy hunts, obviously). But none of these figures needed it, they were all in really nice shape😁

I'm pretty sure most of the items came from other collectors, so they'd already done the work for me😁
