If these two are so reliable, why isn't the defense calling them as witnesses? Bragg and the prosecution call their witnesses and the defense call theirs. Does defense have so little trust in the testimony? Does defense give so little credibilty to their testimony? Does defense not wish to defend their client?
The prosecutor hasn’t finished bringing the charges forward by the introduction of their witnesses. Once done the defense attorneys can put up their case and call their own witnesses if wanted. The defense does not need to provide witnesses immediately to rebut the false and misleading claims of the prosecutors witnesses if they can easily discredit their testimony. The bottom line is that the prosecution has not outlined any crimes that were committed by the defendant and the only purpose of this extensive trial is to keep Trump off the campaign trail, cost him money and to attempt to embarrass him with garbage testimony that has nothing to do with any crime whatsoever. The purpose is election interference and evidently many people are seeing through this falsehood of a trial and giving their support to the former President. These trials are being forced upon Trump by Joe Biden because he cannot campaign physically or mentally.
@@heystarfish100 Right. Falsifying records isn't a crine in moscow, comrade, but, it is in NYC. Bottom line, the prosecution has given multiple examples from multiple trump associates. And the way Costello is talking, not even blanche wants him as a witness. The jury will decide his fate.
