    I'm one of those people who imagine painful scenarios so that I'm ready for when it happens, but I realise that it is actually very unhelpful and makes me assume that it WILL happen. This helped me clear my mind and focus on the present a bit more.

      Yep!! I have social anxiety and my overthinking generates a lot of conflictive situations. Whenever I get into one of these ruts, my irl relationship will suffer and the other person won't even know why. It's ridiculous. So. These meditations are very helpful for becoming aware of those trains of thought and gently putting them to a stop.

    Reading the comments makes me feel at home. I've been struggling with anxiety and I live my life overthinking every little things, which leads to creating scenarios in my head to the point where I can't think straight anymore/I feel pain that's not even there. 😔
    I wish there was a way of having a group chat to help one another through our daily struggles.

      How about we try developing focus through concentration practice and then putting it to healing?
      Trick with the mind is to keep a happy smile on your face. Please try this technique. You can overthink without “reacting” to it. The moment you react with fear, the mind will pick it up. That is probably what might be happening with you.
      Just an advice, hoping it helps. You really have to be non-judgmental with the thoughts.

      @@mochalatte6415 Please try "resting" your awareness (cognition of brain) on the Breath, Sound or a God statue and allow the overthinking to come and go. Let it flow like a river. Practice this for 7 days and you will form a new habit. Slowly you will free yourself from the overthinking patterns. If you notice carefully, these patterns are repetitive in nature and you "react" to them with fear or worry. The moment you learn to be non-reactive in nature - simply let them come and go, these patterns will fade. This is the holy science of Meditation.

    This was so helpful. I overthink a lot but imagining the clouds and the clear sky really helped me clear my mind. I could picture myself just blowing away the clouds with every breath. Truly, thank you.

      @@jodielankston9476 interesting how we all have different ways of imagining moving the clouds. For instance I would slash the clouds away with an arm motion.

      I find it very hard to picture visuals in my mind.. thus keeping some of my focus sometimes off the image Im trying to see, any tips on this??? I suffer with extreme anxiety and my overthinking is something I need to get help with

    Oh my Goodness.
    I hadn't slept for over a week, cuz everytime I wanted to sleep, I'd keep thinking of random things and in the end I'd be wide awake, and next day be miserable, angry and dry. My eyes were starting to take a heave toll on me too.
    But this worked wonders for me. I tried this last night before bed, lying down, and this emptied my mind, and I kept focusing on my breath, and no random thoughts popped in me while I was trying to fall asleep.
    Had a wonderful night of uninterrupted sleep, from 12:15 and woke up at 7:30. Not the proper 8 hour sleep, but I'd take it. This was the most, and comfiest sleep I've had in ages.
    Cannot thank the creator enough..
    I'll try this again tonight and update for my final verdict.
    Very thankful again..❤

    I didn't get to laugh out of nowhere since the last day of school and a couple of days ago I started to meditate daily. Today, in this meditation I laughed when I breathe in and I wanted to cry from happiness because of it. Meditating really helps and I suggest you to meditate daily

    Great way to start your day, I do at least ten minutes every morning. I used to be an over thinker and worry a lot, even with things that shouldn't bother me.
    Meditation has help me to stay calm in difficult situations and to keep Peace from Mind🙏

    Thank you so much for this,
    I have a very stressed out mind after longs days, and when i get tired it starts making up weird and dark thoughts. Or imagine things i dont even want to think about.
    The unsettling and scary feeling it gives me is so nerve wrecking.. This helped A LOT to calm down before going to bed ❤️

    I loved this! Picturing a clear blue sky and erasing the clouds (non- judgementally, of course) really helped with the intrusive thoughts I have trouble with during meditations. Thank you so much

    I love this guided meditation so much. I have a hard time meditating on my own and I've tried other vids as well but this is the one that worked great with me. After meditating, I feel more relaxed and light as if something heavy has been lifted off of me

    Its been quite a long time that I don't even remember when I used to feel comfortable everywhere. I have got into this habbit of overthinking for quite a long time now. I don't really have true freinds and they even make me feel terrible without even knowing because I am way to sensitive and they are also immature. I want to learn to live again. I am just 16 years old and I feel so horrible when I think about my future. I don't see anything good in it. I am sure I will deffinitely ruin my life. My self esteem is comepletely gone and I am tired of all this uneasiness I face everyday.
    I want peace. I want my life back.
    I hope this video will help me to find some positivesness in life. Thanks for sharing this

    I mean literally.....this is crazy!!!!!!!!!
    while focusing on my breath and imagining the clouds disappearing slowly and gradually, when I proceeded to next few breaths I flew into some magical world which is filled with happiness hope and clarity I could feel that I reached heaven for a moment ,cause I really don't know what is felt being in heaven maybe the feeling I got after this meditation!

    I’m an over thinker and always prepare myself for the worst case scenario. This has left me at risk of isolation and it’s getting more and more challenging to do what seemed so simple once upon a time.

    Halfway through this meditation a thought came in to my mind :My mind is this big glass window that is just covered with dust ,I can barely see through it .Then I am spraying my glass window with a spray like windex and wiping it out with a micro fiber cloth 😃This thought made me smile with such content while still being in this meditation.I am going to practice this regularly 🙏

    Since i started overthinking, i think i cause of my parents(mostly the topic we talk about) but also mine, i started be anxious and have anxiety attacks for hours during my journey to school, even during lessons, basically anytime you let me think, i started being paranoic cause like, i speak with my friends and can’t enjoy it anymore cause i’m terrified of losing them,basically i can’t enjoy or do anything naturally anymore and i’m sad about this cause i want to! But this meditation helped me! Now, this is just the first time but i think imma using it whenever i need it. thank u ❤️

    6:53 pm Oct 7, 2021. wow This was honestly the one THE ONE TIME I actually felt so relaxed and calm down. I was overthinking about HW and studying because I wanted to do it all at once and I always always overthink 24/7 everyday and I had to do this over due project in WG and I have to speak for three mins but my computer don't even work ugh 😫.

    Yes ,I am so much experiencing overthinking bcoz of depression ,fear ,stress cannot sleep at night bcoz am thinking Abt what happened in him,bcoz he stop communicating,I didn't know what happened to him ,I waited him for long time , hes my soulmate so I can't move on ,no peace. .God bless us amen ..😭😍♥️🙏🙏🙏☝️☝️☝️

    Okay so it's been a while since i've had some time for myself.. and these days i am going through a rough patch with my mom, and after what she said to me myself esteem and state of mind went down the hill and i started feeling pressured and anxious whenever she comes into the room.. but now that i did this i feel like a new and strong person .. this has really helped thank you ❤️ and i'm planning on doing it every night before i sleep ❤️

    I was facing hard time to focus on earsing the clouds away till I tried to put my focus on moving those clouds away, that's when my guards turned down n felt peaceful ✨
