Good information, thanks
I just got a Toupee yesterday and confused on what to use
Is glue recommended for someone who wants to swim with the hair system on top? how much time can be held?
Yes, glue or tape is preferred for someone working out or swimming! There are many glues we offer that are water-resistant, waterproof and have a strong hold of 2-3 weeks. Here is one of them: www.superhairpieces.com/safe-grip-glue-3-4-oz-bottle/
@@Superhairpieces Ghost Bond glue is also very popular and waterproof. check this video ruclips.net/video/hfCvCCp1DNU/видео.html Rick used Ghost bond glue
@@GeorgeLiSuperhairpieces Thank you for the suggestions!
@Superhairpieces Thank you so much, I really appreciate your content and your help, I'm a new user and it's helping me in the right direction
I am wearing a poly piece. What do you recommend ? Tape or glue is better
I will recommend glue, ghost bond glue, safe grip glue. all easy to clean up
Thank you !
Does the hairline on an all poly piece such as your M101 look more natural if glue is used for the front rather than tape, as the tape is thicker and the line on the edge of the system / hairline therefore becomes more visible? Thanks
Yes, glue is usually better for the front hairline as it is thinner than tape so it helps make it more natural looking. It also depends on base material. The M101 balances between a natural look and durability. But if you prefer a more natural look for the front, we suggest the M161 lace front system or the HD111 which uses v-loop knotting.
@@Superhairpieces Thanks very much for the advice, appreciate it. I've been buying from you guys since 2011. I like both those pieces. Will place an order soon again.
I use tape on my hair line and thought it isn't an exposed one literally nobody could tell anything even looking directly. But I wish to try glue but since I have a lace front im a little bit scared of getting glue in my hair. Any advice?
Do u have branch in portugal

I'm lost when she said using tape is more visible on the hair line because I use tape across mine in its not visible on me at all all you have to do is cut the tape Allittle bit if you have to the tape seem to be way better option then the glue because the glue will ruin your hair system in require more work in the glue is not all that secure atleast to me i almost had to apply It everyday on my head in tm talking about ghost bond but I think Amazon selling fake ghostbond anyway so don't get it from there
Hi Tienatra, we are glad to hear tape is working for you. And you are correct that glue requires more work than tape. Generally speaking, glue creates a thinner layer than tape, hence glue is better for a push-back style or light density hair system.
If you feel that Ghost Bond is not very secure on your scalp and you have to apply it every day, we have a blog for you: www.superhairpieces.com/toupee-wig-hair-system-blog/scalp-prep-7-steps-to-get-the-perfect-hair-system-bond/ Alternatively, you can always purchase Ghost Bond from our website if you ever decide to use it again.
Our customer support team is also here to assist you at 1-866-814-7879 or sales@superhairpieces.com
I'm guessing, you can actually use both say tape for the scalp and front but also some glue for front areas where tape may not be quite enough.
