    I used to have an unhealthy psychological reliance on gyms. It was limiting, confining, and effected my mental-well being. I realised a lot of clients I trained in a gym felt the same. I wanted a change. For myself, and my clients.
    So, in 2016, I decided to break free. I grabbed a backpack, a TRX suspension trainer, and left London for South America. I began an obsessive and passionate journey to prove that you don't need a gym to build lean muscle and transform your body. I researched, documented, and tested more than I ever had.
    And that's when I started applying the 'Muscle-Centric Technique' with all my suspension trainer workouts. It changed EVERYTHING. In a few months, I achieved the best shape of my life, physically and mentally. It may sound like a cliche, but it's the truth.
    For the past seven years, I've dedicated myself to mastering this technique. Teaching it to everyday people like me and you with phenomenal results!
