I tried personalization with several Christmas products...this year...didn't sell a thing. Its not my designs...I did all the research, looked at competitors who ARE selling. It seems getting found is the biggest problem...at least for me.
Seasonal products can be harder in some niches depending on the design - give it a try with personalized evergreen designs within specific niches and sub-niches. Keep at it! 💜

What i would do just for the knowledge already in your brain! I'm not tech savvy and just bought my first PC in over a decade. I've watched hours of POD videos how to link to Etsy etc. After buying a few mock up photos I can't for the life of me get my designs to then populate onto just the mock up item. For example trying to add the design onto just the blanket pictured on the mock up. When I try to drag and drop my design it completely covers the entire mock up photo 😢. After several attempts and lots of tears I stopped for the day. Now I'm watching your video and feeling completely overwhelmed again. Cam I just borrow you for an afternoon please 🙏🏻 ❤
Hopefully You have this figured out by now...but I just saw it, and when you are adding the first design to a mockup, don't drag and drop it onto the mockup....center the mockup you want, on your screen, then click the design you want, and it should pop up onto your mockup, ready to be sized. When you drag and drop onto an already designed shirt, click the design, so the sizing dots are on the corners, THEN drag and drop.....but you need to hold the drag until it goes into the image square....
Thank you. You are so clear in your teachings. I didn’t know about deleting the sku and had forgot to set the listing to manual and one went to production. Doesn’t the sku need to be there in order for etsy to know it was completed and fulfilled. I am still confused about this when creating listings.

So if you have your Etsy shop already connected to Printify, does every order get pushed through to Printify no matter whether you originated the listing from Etsy or from Printify? For example, if you made a T-shirt design in Printify and pushed it to Etsy, kept all the skus as is from Printify, then only copied the listing with all the skus only via Etsy’s Copy Listing button, orders from the copied published listing would also push to Printify to check for matching skus and print if matched? Most POD companies do not get that deep into branding because it slows down the efficiency of being a print on demand facility (and if they do it adds significant cost). Printify (and I believe Printiful) offer custom neck tags for apparel, and Printify offers branded inserts. Printed Mint has a few more options for packaging, but it is at a premium :)
My shop is only a few months old but I did ornaments, mugs, blanket, and laptop case in personalization. None of it sold. I have people favoriting a lot of stuff but not many sales.

I want to design a dual set mug on Printify, one being 11 oz. and the other 15 oz., for both parents (one for mom and one for dad). I aim to list them on Etsy under the same listing. However, I am struggling to figure out how to duplicate them on Printify and make the necessary adjustments manually when an order is received. It seems there might be a gap in information on RUclips, and I can't quite grasp the exact steps. If you could create a detailed video on this topic, it would be truly fantastic. Thank you.
I'm still pretty new myself but I've watched a lot of videos and I got my first sale a few weeks ago (for mugs). What I did was took off the SKU's and on the main listing I had all the mugs I wanted to showcase (I bought mockups off etsy that had the colors I wanted) and I created my own canva photo that had all the colors etc. Someone ordered and it went to my other tab on Printify (have manual turned on) I looked and saw it was an 11 oz in the red color, two mugs, two different names so I went back to canva/my original design added the two names/redownloaded those/swapped out the image on the printify other order and voila! :D

Etsy has recently shifted from square thumbnails to rectangular ones. I created my title with text to fit this rectangle, which looks perfect on desktop but gets cut off at the top on mobile. What's your suggestion for designing thumbnails to ensure compatibility across devices?

How do you sync those with Printify or is this just for the personalization type of listing. I am not done personalization yet so that could be why I’m overwhelmed also. Take it one day at a time, you’ll get there! And yes, I prefer to keep non-personalized items linked with Printify, so I only use the Etsy listing copy method for similar personalized items 😊 I also have a full POD course series as a playlist on my channel which includes a slower paced personalization video as well. Do you have a video walking through the troubleshooting stuff with Printify and Etsy? I have a customer who received two out of three jewelry boxes damaged. I can't seem to get Printify to respond to my messages for help.
I’ve done it both ways. If I do free shipping I use a smaller daily sale. If I have no free shipping I increase the discount so that the product price is lower for the customer.

For a standard shirt design usually 5000x4500. If i’m doing a full front or back design I go with a vertical orientation, so 4500x5000 😊
