We appreciate you checking out our sponsors, it helps us out, and our goal is to help you out!
We went back to visit Hobby Shop Ron, a man who owned a Hobby Shop for 54 years. Last month, we agreed to purchase everything he has remaining, which happens to be hundreds of boxes filled with vintage trains, model cars, toys, old bb guns, and so much more. Everything we get will serve as great inventory for my reselling business, where I sell on eBay, Amazon, and Whatnot.

We REALLY thought we'd be able to get his entire Man-Cave in this video, but since we couldn't, I GUESS you'll have to subscribe and come back for the next video ;)
We love visiting Ron, and he has even MORE surprises for us already for when we go back.
I dig that you keep your faith involved in your business. That is why I enjoy your videos. You’re blessed to get this opportunity of buying & selling video games and it’s a blessing in itself that it takes care of your family as well. Love the channel, Chase. Keep it up.
Any vinyl records you come across I’ll buy them all
Keep a eye out for old daisy gun scopes!!! I recently sold one for 300. They look like cheap peices of metal but they are worth a good penny
That Boba Fett is not cheap it's very rare because of the rocket firing feature and kids shooting their eyes out it got recalled . So it's extremely rare to find on card . Also extremely rare to find complete with the rocket as many as missing it.
The end of the series surely has to be that Ron is just Chase from the future, and he’s just buying everything again to resell.
Ah yes, I believe what you are referring to is the CATRP Paradox. Chase and crew will continue buying everything from "Future Chase" aka Ron, until they have perfected the art of Reselling, and they can pass that knowledge on to the rest of us through this RUclips channel.
Shhh don’t tell them. You’ll mess with the fabric of space time.
🤣🤣
Ron is a National Treasure. The stories, jokes, and his overall character is so pure. When the time comes where you aren't buying from him anymore, I hope you stay in touch with him. Looking forward to the next video!
Perhaps even invite him to check your new barn that he made it possible to finance :D
When Ron speaks, you listen. He’s passing down history, with that knowledge he’s acquired. Not many left like him. I hope when
your barn is finished, you bring him by to see it. Just my .02 cents.
This buy is going to change your whole career as a reseller. This is the point where you go from specializing in one category, to many categories. Game changer. Happy for you and the guys. Very Nice.
You make this old gentleman very happy now he can enjoy his retirement fully
Ron is awesome and he loves you guys you can tell he has a connection with you guys.
I would buy those D&D books so quick! Such a cool find.
Set goes for 2k usd on ebay
Ron is such an incredible guy!! God bless you Ron!!! Thanks for all the great content!!
Find me a Ron. Super gentleman, great personality. A gem for sure. Congratulations.
Ron and the entire set of videos is so wholesome
Man I love these videos! Thanks for filming all these moments Chase. It’s like we are there with you experiencing this ourselves. Great pickups!!!
Thanks for all the hard work & fun. Really nice time watching you guys.
This is such a fantastic series. The hobby shop buy is such a life changing event that, along with the game barn, is taking your business and life to a new level.
Ron is adorable! How amazing that you were able to meet him and buy his treasures.
Love Ron, definitely that’s a Chase after 50 years. Lovely. Keep it up guys, a lot of hard work to do.
Looking forward for the next video!
Was looking forward to this since the first video of this hobby shop purchase. Now that you will go there one more time it hypes me even more.
Great stuff from what you showed so far and I am curios on the upcoming videos with more detailed unboxing.
Keep up guys !!
Trains! And games! A two-for-one combo. Thanks for the awesome content. I’m looking forward to what’s next on this adventure.
Love your content, Ron is the man! I hope you continue to visit him even after you finally clear out all the units. He seems like a good coffee friend, the stories he’d tell!
You guys are killing it with the content and purchases I been watching your videos since the beginning you guys always seem to amaze me every time great content never boring and always surprised what you find.
I can't wait to see the details. That is a great buy. You will be seeing that stuff for years.
You were blessed to meet this individual... He is a true man and very nice.. Glad to see these interactions with Ron and your team..
Ron seems like a cool guy, definitely knows his stuff and giving Chase a run for his money (literally). Can't wait for part 3!
Man Ron is definitely my most favorite guy who you guys bought from. It just keeps coming. Awesome items in superb shape! I love it! Great video guys. Looking forward to the next one showing what you guys unearth from Ron. Well done!!!!
as soon as that Vintage D&D hit the screen, i literally SCREAMED OHHHHHHHHHHH !! at the screen ! :D LOL !!!!
More of a collector than a reseller but I really enjoy your content. You are the most authentic reseller I've found and aren't manufacturing scenarios for content. Your crew has inspired me to up my reselling to better fund my collecting. That has been the goal for a while but feel like you have unique and specific ideas to really make it more consistent. If I do decide to commit more time and effort, you're Discord is the 1st place I'd look to go. Wish you guys continued success.
that was fun for this 61 year old fella, boy oh boy, memory lane for me. thanks for the video, newest subscriber here. Blessings to you young man
Theres a bond there its great that you were able to foster that relationdhip he may have gotten more joy than the value of the money. I hope he stays a part of your life in some way a long time. I Have a gentleman here who had a resale shop several acres and his son and daughter predeceased him now he closed up the doors and now its just wasting away. He is just sick and tired😞
I literally look forward every week to these episodes. A great job again guys another one in the books.
What a gem of time, all the fun In the boxes 📦 mind boggling.👍🏻🙀
Ron never disappoints! Can't wait to see the next video!

Still can’t believe you got the game barn and the hobby shop! Amazing!
What an awesome video, Ron is awesome..
This is better then any show on TV. Great job guys.
Excited to see what you do with the fishing stuff!
Ron is the Man he has been there and done that ! And that is why he is so cool.
I have loved every minute of this! I can't wait to see what you come up with next week!
Man what a collection! Just insane.
Yes! I've been waiting for part 2
Really great video guys again. Crazy seeing the growth of the channel!
Great intro again guys! Good luck with the sales!
Wow it keeps coming!!
I did something similar a few months back, but on a MUCH smaller scale. Local hobby store closed down, it specialized in radio control planes and cars, but had other items like model rockets and plastic model kits. After it shut down I made an appointment to buy a couple of model paint racks and store display cabinets. While there I noticed he still had all the model rockets and plastic kits. I offered him a thousand dollars for them all...400 items total...he accepted. Over the course of 3 months I sold them all on Ebay and made a 6 thousand dollar profit.
27:00 those official Nintendo protective cases are so nice, never seen them before I'm more excited by that compared to what's inside.
You all seem like a bunch of nice guys, I hope your futures are bright and profitable with this venture!
Thank you!
I liked when he said Don´t worry, you´ll get it all in the last video. Now I am eagerly awaiting part 3. :D
Fantastic, Ron comes up trumps again. I Got a Neo geo pocket + 3 games this week for peanuts from a charity shop ( ✅one off my list to find) sold it earlier today to local shop to help pay for my car to be fixed
Incredible video guys!
I had to subscribe, it sad to see the hobby shop go outta business but glad to see someone appreciating the collection.
For sure. He actually sold the building in 2017 and kept all the inventory for “retirement”… though he still does coin shows almost every weekend and works harder than most people I know lol
The entire time I was wondering when I'd see vintage D&D stuff....I'm a big vintage D&D collector
I started going crazy when I saw those original D&D books at about 10 minutes in. I would love to have those
Those old D&D books are pretty awesome.
Great show !!
Dude, honest suggestion, I would make a series where this guy just tells stories. Sort of like a Podcast. Because the stuff he's seen and done is something none of us will have had time to experience, and it'd be great to hear this stories.
Amazing journey
Wow Ron is still kicking which is fabulous because I thought your first run with him was Ron 's swan song where he'd be trying to get the best deal before he was gone.
Your editing is great. Top notch video👌🏻Crazy all that stuff. I’m probably going to be like that when I’m older. Lol
Another awesome video thanks chase
So awesome 😎 can't wait for the next video on this
Ron's hilarious haha. Epic buy for sure!
dam son the orginal dungeon and dragons books! Its good to see him kinda pass on the torch, im sure he had fun running his store.
Something that may help help next time is store 2x4, and or 2x8 sheets of cardboard and or luan, preferably to use as slip sheets between stacks of boxes keeping things level and supported to stack higher. When used you can pull boxes out from bottom without the full stacks weight on bottom box.
Great vid. I'm going to check the link for n scale railroad cars and buildings. Your respect to that gentleman was very refreshing to see. liking & subscribing. Have a good day sir.
Thank you so much!
When I go to bed at night I dream of barns like those! Like literally…. I had one last week haha
Legend Ron T-shirts coming soon.
You guys are the best!
I can't wait to video three comes out
I just sold the D&D Blackmoore book for $110.00 at Gencon, collectors love the older D&D books.
I grew up 2 doors down from the Hartland Plastics factory. I used to find old broken statues. Most of the baseball statues are worth the most money. But those Hartland statues are worth big money no matter what subject matter they are. It was cool to see some Hartland stuff. The factory was on Maple Ave right next to the railroad tracks in Hartland if you ever wanted to look up where the factory was. I grew up at 236 maple Ave and they were 2 doors to the south.
Just sold the dungeons and dragons grey hawk book you had on top. It’s part of the series that was based on stranger things. Not 100% on all the details but def something to look into. We had naught a huge box full of old first edition stuff a few months back. Priced it high and sold slow but consistent. Condition matters, just like anything else. Also some editions have pages/ info others don’t do the same book could be worth waaay more or less based on specific prints ect.
Got any left?
Ron seems like a hell of a nice guy.
The Caterpie drawer at 5:50 😂😂
Let’s goooooooo
My friend has all the boxes for his n64 games as he would open them and store the boxes in a cupboard in a bigger box ! They all look brand new!! Legit has all the classics cookers bad fur day, ocarina, golden eye etc
A ton of rich guys from the States come up north to where I live in western Ontario. Just to fish for muskies and walleye. They have huge nice boats, Wouldnt doubt some would collect those old lures.
Chase is doing a brilliant thing with these videos. Wouldn’t be shocked if by the end the audience catches sight of something slipping under Ron and Chase’s noses
I love your videos, you have great stuff in the US. Greetings from Europe
Take your time with all that fishing gear - some of those lures can go for serious money. Congratulations!
Ron is my spirit animal.
Chase is the man! 👏🔥
Antique fishing lures can be big $$$ - I've come across them here in WI quite a bit. Problem is the people usually know that they are money. I'll be curious to see the updates on what you get for those.
I hope Ron lives another 84 freaking years.. AWESOME RON!!!
Poor guy ever since he came on board its all loading heavy trucks haha :) All this is going in here...yup. Always great to watch. I feel like chases next hire is going to look more like the rock.
Ron is a legend!!
Shoutout to Ron, my spirit animal!
A Whatnot auction with Ron would be awesome.
Any old airsoft guns? That box of N64 games MY GOD! So nice Conkers being the best one in my eyes.
Crazy stuff and what a way to end it!
Ron is right about the vintage D&D stuff
Great video. I have that Darth Vader case and wish I had all those figures. Ron is the best.
Awesome content.
Ron seems like such a fun guy to be around! These videos are insane! Keep them coming!
He definitely is!!! Thanks for watching and commenting. You guys are awesome. I hope to be able to meet in person at a con some day!
@@ChaseAfterTheRightPrice man we NEED to go garage sailing together someday 😀
My jaw has yet to retract. Wow not only the quality of the items is insane, but the quality of Ron himself is Top Tier.
He’s a legend.
Would love to see the fishing lures! I have bit of knowledge in that realm. I'm in Midland, Mich.....
I had that Game Gear bag and all those games back in the day. If Jurassic Park was one of those games I wonder if my old bag ended up there after my mom gave it to a random family member.
My husband works in the old Kenner plant that is now Kellogg’s.
Thought there had to be some D&D and you lucked out....hope there is more!
