Hello, sir i have both 1500 cc ivtec honda city 2016 and now i bought virtus GT, its performance is unmatchable, driving virtus is just fabulous. Naturally aspirated and turbo ka koi comparison hi nahi hai. Jisko bohot sedately drive karna hai uske liye naturally aspirated engine kam ka hai . And one more important thing Honda city and virtus GT fuel economy is same.
Overall average is 12.5 with highway and city And on highway with no tension of mileage i get 14.5 with both cars with sudden overtake and high speed. And on higher side i am gettying 17-18 on highway if driving on cruze but this average drops as you enter in city.
@@kirankumarmrjain go for virtus 1.0 or 1.5 gt as it has good ground clearance. Hondacity having a clad below engine which gets damaged everytime when you will pass over speed breaker. Go for virtus GT if you can stretch your budgets If you don’t require much booth space then you can check out taigun also.
I recently took my VW Virtus 1.0 AT to Badrinath from Delhi and it performed so well. At no point i had to switch to manual mode as the gear shift was spot on. overtaking was a breeze and i never had a fear if i could make it or not. All in all i was faster than what google was showing me and that too a stress free ride.
I want to say something Sunderdeep ji, only because of you I made a decision to go for Skoda. I earlier made my booking for Nexon. But after seeing your videos I realised difference between cars and great cars. The moment I test drove Kushaq I realised what good engineering is all about. Even it's costly, I know that my money should go in right product.
Drove CVT elevate today. What a fantastic ride and handling. Lovely suspension with literally no body roll. Super commanding postion nice grunt in the engine. But noise damping is poor. But CVT variant is VFM.
This was one of the channel which solidified our decision to buy the Taigun Highline 1L 6STC. I had the opportunity to drive American, Japanese, Korean, Subaru in the US but VW was the best. I saw so many RUclips videos that I believe I narrated one video in its entirety in my sleep. So that week we bought the Taigun.
I have Nexon Diesel 2021 Manual XZ+S and I really love it. It's best seating comfort, highest ground clearance, least turning radius and one of only two diesel cars in this segment. It was also most budget friendly in the segment at that time (I am not sure now). So, I have nothing to do with so called fit and finish and bla bla! I drive on highways and expressways but most of the time typical Indian roads driving in third and fourth gear and my Nexon has never disappointed me. Where a Bolero could go Nexon definitely can go. I took my car to Katihar, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Noida and this year to Char Dham in Uttarakhand and I never felt tired driving the Nexon. Now comes the surprise- total running of the car in last 3 years is just 30K kilometres. I don't know why people think that diesel cars are suitable only if the running is 30K kilometres per year!
Paaji.... Brilliant VDO & analysis of various Cars & brands. 👍👏👏👏👏 Very well summed up. I my view Bharatiye buyers have graduated a long way from Cycle, Scooters, Motorcycle to Fiat Padmini, HM Ambassador, Maruti 800 to Benz, Audi, BMW. Transition & Elevation takes its own time with reference to their income & understanding of technology. Most important factors for buying Car for family are Word of mouth Advertisement with Priority being Cabinspace, Efficency, Reliability, Low Cost of Maintenance Exp, Easy availability of Spares & Service Stn Network within range of 20-30 kms. And above them all VFM Package at Affordable Pricing. Might take another decade for Bharatiye buyers to understand difference in Driving Dynamics, Handling, Safety and fun to drive. Till than Good Cars manufacturer has offer little Extra Cars at slightly higher Pricing against established & trusted players in the Competition.
Hi Sunder bro I am proud owner of Kushaq MonteCarlo 1.5 DSG My God what a car what an Engine, Jaanta wohi hai jo chalata hai, theek hai Nahi hai City Average 8-9 heavy Traffic mei. But, Highway I got 19.5 KMPL , Aur stability n Confidence is next level. Thanks to you and Munish ji, I Shifted to SKODA from Maruti Brezza Manuel after watched so many of your informative videos. Love you bro 😎
6 months since I got my Taigun GT Plus. It has been a wonderful experience. What people need to understand is that different cars in this segment come with their own strengths (and weaknesses). For me, I was very clear on my needs - A family car which I will be driving predominantly, which has performance (engine + driving dynamics/handling) and safety. Taigun and Kushaq were the only two cars which had both. Our family liked the Taigun design a lot more, so went for it. Lovely engine, lovely transmission (DSG) and a hoot to drive. Have taken 6 year (4+2) warranty for peace of mind.
Sir let me share my experience, I was looking for car with 20 lakh budget, Only car who was all rounder in Resale,Service and Safety(Moderate though) & Low running cost & not feel cheap was Creta, let me tell you IT was not part of my car search list !!! I wanted TATA product but except safety rest was below average & showroom experience was worst, VW /Skoda/ Honda dil ko pasand aayi par Not to my middle class mind.. completed 5K in Diesel AT, Happy with purchase !! I love your passion for Cars ..
I own a 2018 Diesel nexon AMT enjoyed every minute of driving it, never let me down, good seating, good ride comfort, my family are always happy with nexon, good mileage, i am happy to have bought a nexon. Difference between venue and nexon is very evident.😊
Your videos are quite good and encourage people to to look further and gather more details about what they want and not what everyone wants. The main issue with these good brands suffering in India is majority of the Indian population has herd mentality and maximum number of car buyers buys car not by their choice but choice of friends, neighbours and society. Once everyone buys cars based on their need and requirements I think all brands will have almost relatively equal growth and sales in India. I had Fiat Punto 90hp for last 10 years. And recently booked and shorty will be receiving my Skoda Slavia 1.5 AT (DSG) brilliant silver. All the insight about these brands their pros and cons did helped me make this choice based on my requirements. DSG is feared by everyone as ticking time bomb. But if one understands the working of this gearbox and its system. I think by adapting your driving style to mitigate situations that hurts the gearbox and its associated system can make the gearbox last long without any major concerning issues. But one should also accept that the fun of driving this DSG gives brings a smile to your face and Heart that is far fetched by anything else out there .
Good observation sir but you missed one thing, please add these in your videos as well- Most of the indian people using creta or any mid size suvs in petrol are office guys and there 70% of their drive is in city struggling with traffic and i feel there this NA engine shines. I've kushaq but I would rather choose to drive alto than kushaq in traffic the way it behaves asking for 1st gear everytime your speed reduces little bit. So, i feel i made mistake by buying this 1 litre turbo engine. Once in a while, we go for highway drive and there i agree this engine is gem but having fun for 1 day and struggling for 29 doesn't make sense for me atleast. That is why indian people are not going on 170nm torque and choosing 143NM and 136 Nm over these. No offense sir, just an opinion
@@SunderdeepSingh i do have the knowledge of redline sir but everytime in traffic i cannot attract everyone to stare at me by reving the engine. I drove my friends car once seltos and it was picking in 3rd gear also with speed at 15and it felt so good as in my kushaq even if I think to do then engine will die before I try. But I got ur point. Thankyou
@@Newbutold absolutely right, mine is mt. I just put the point why everyone is going for NA mostly because there is need is very limited on highway. I took the wrong decision due to budget constraints but I feel I would have been happier if chose any NA engine for my needs.
@@Amitkumarojha-x8c understandable, If it bothers too much and if you have the money get a NA. Else, live with it for some time and then get a NA with AT or CVT. But, with those highways will get boring.
Sunderdeep ji, recently I purchased vw virtus 1.0 topline automatic after watching your videos, and for the last ten years, I have already driven verna, but I will tell you, brother virtus chalane ka ka nasha hi alag hai.
I had the same reaction after driving Elevate CVT. The engine is superb. But the design and the interior doesn’t give it that 18 lakh car vibe. When my family sat in it they also felt the same “mza nhi aaya, thodi si badi WagonR waali feel hai”. I have a Honda BR-V and went to buy another Honda but the interiors don’t feel good at all. I didn’t like Creta because it’s too common and doesn’t drive as well as Honda but we decided to go for it as family really liked the interior and feel of it the most. I am quite disappointed at Honda for not giving us a good package with elevate, we really wanted to buy it. We tried it twice but were still not impressed with it
Just drove xuv700 petrol manual 250km from Lansdowne to Ghaziabad and not a single percent of fatigue… i am loving the car … 11kmpl total mileage from Gzb to Lansdowne and Back .. with such big heavy car and mighty powerful torque engine… I can skip the Germans too for this mighty white elephant ❤ Previous owner of Maruti 800.. opel corsa .. Tata Vista .. Ford Fiesta … Xcent
Aap k or Sundar ji k review dekh kar VW Topline 1.0 automatic liya 2024 May me sari Indian selling car ka test drive liya mere friend ne kaha last me VW or Skoda chalana wakai both are great keval Skoda k tail light ki vajah se VW ko select Kiya great performance thanks ji aap dono ka ek motivation k liye I love German product
I have been driving a Slavia 1.0 for 18 months now and completed 27000 on the ODO already. Half this is on highway and must say performance is stunning. This 1.0 turbo is much superior than all the NA engines in the current market. The way you are informing the buyers is just commendable!! Please continue to do this and more and more people will be informed customers.
This what true review looks like. I have booked my slavia and getting it on 6 October after your reviews. I have been driving amaze and city from a long time but the moment i tried slavia…. That adrenaline rush man!!! Here is my taglines for germans - see you in the rearview 😬
I had purchase 10 months back Skoda khushaq and I am happy for the day. The German car are very well engineered and loved the dynamic. Till now I have not encountered with any issue
Brother , to the point video .last 15 days I checked almost all the cars you named as I am looking to upgrade from Renault kwid to a midsize SUV . Need an all purpose car that will be used 70percent of the times for work related travel and 30 percent of the times with Family 1. Tata Curvv - unique offering in Indian market but parents didn’t like at all saying “chatt bhut neechi hai “ second row seats. 2. Škoda Kushaq - Getting an awesome deal in 1.0L TSI automatic , was about to book the same day but a comment ( in a rather taunting way from Sales manager ) made me to just leave that place . 3. Honda Elevate - I loved the visibility , commanding driving position - family loved the seats and space in the car . Yes it’s a Naturally aspirated engine but does the job , I love to drive rather sedately and Safely . Negotiating for better discounts. 4. Grand Vitara - checked both smart hybrid and Hybrid versions . Honestly do not understand what usp does lower variants ( smart hybrid ) offer , Hybrid does offer you a claimed mileage of 28 Kmpl which becomes differentiating factor for Maruti Suzuki but again spending 20 lakhs plus for a car that offers interiors like this doesn’t make any sense . 5. Seltos/ Carens - Checked both Carens and Seltos , cars are loaded with features. Do offer you the feel of luxury . Really really confused which one to finalise 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Almost same confused between curve creative, Taigun 1.0 Mt get, Kushaq signature finalized based on all test drives Biggest confusion curve works 1.4 lakhs cheaper the break even part don’t know how to justify or convince
Since your purchase seems family oriented You cannot go wrong with the Creta/Seltos whichever you find the better looking Diesel manual is good NA engine will be dull but will be super reliable and smooth
In same boat 😅 till now liked Seltos HTX, fully loaded with all the required features. Honda elevate is good but felt very plain and simple from inside. Top variant is going around 18, felt bit overpriced considering what it offers. Today saw curvv and then it is also offering everything in around 18L. But then reliability is a big issue in Tata else i would have finalised it today only. Taigun felt bit congusted from inside and boot is less. Virtus felt very good from inside and outside. But only thing is some parts are still imported and can be costly in long run.
For city usage I've learned from Drive Shrive (underrated channel) that NA + AT, NA + CVT Would be best in that order. Turbo + DCT/DSG/DCA is usually for performance cars and best suited in highway. This is one point I've started to consider after watching your video too! What do you think?
I agree fully with you. 90+% of the Cars are bought & used in City traffic conditions. Less than 5% are bought & used for Highways. Truth always hurts many who are trying to promote fun to drive expensive Cars in India. Against bigger Cabinspace at affordable Pricing, Efficient, Low Cost of Maintenance & Good Service Stn network (within 20-30 kms range).
Some facts for clarification: 1. Hyundai Verna has been crash tested with 5 star safety (unstable bodyshell). Similar safety ratings should be expected for Creta. May not be as good as VW & Skoda (still better than Grand Vitara and Hyryder), but the urgency to improve safety to 5 star is very much appreciated. 2. Skoda and VW were banking on 1.5 TSI and Hyundai & Kia have developed a new engine (that too with slightly more power) all together along with Dual clutch to compete with Europeans. Also Creta N Line does comes with actual mechanical changes to suspension and steering and performance improvements unlike Skoda Monte Carlo and VW GT+ Sports editions which are just cosmetic upgrades. 3. VW & Skoda are just playing around with colours and variants then working on their shortcomings of better road presence, fit and finish, better features ( while Hyundai has introduced a brand new turbo petrol engine,, improved safety standards to 5 star in the same time). This is the relax and ignorant attitude with which Indian market is considered second grade and thus they are failing. OEMs need to commit fully to Indian market and with with growing middle class, everyone is looking for nit just global cars but global quality and seriousness This talks about Hyundai's seriousness and time to market strategy for the Indian market which brings in loyalty and sales numbers. If Skoda and VW are equally committed and treat their shortcomings with urgency, online salesmen would not have to justify the quality, performance and safety aspects and try to change the perception of the Indian customer (while still failing to do so coz of brand ignorance). Europeans brand think of India as a cheaper destination for car development, but they forget they can make in india while maintaining the same quality standards. Hyundai is reaping the benefit of that vision and thought process.
@@mrbrokebaba Go for the following if you appreciate good engineering: 1. Skoda Kushaq (All Rounder) 2. VW Taigun (Sporty Ride & Handling) 3. Toyota Hyryder (Best Mileage) 4. BYD Atto3 (Cheapest Ownership with luxury) 5. Citroen Aircross (Best Comfort with cheapest price)
I always feel that hyundai and kia have two diffferent targets for indian market with their designs Kia's design appeals more to youths and i personally like more them over hyundai's same platform design. On the other hand hyundai appeals more to mature aged buyers. I have seen many people upgrading to cars like sonet, venue, seltos, creta over brezza and grand vitara after driving swift, baleno,Ritz etc. for many years because of this factor.
Maruti has shit interiors. If someone is spending 15-20 lakhs they want that feel good factor with premium interiors and features that Hyundai and Kia provide. Maruti interior looks cheap even in their 20 lakh Grand Vitara Hybrid.
@@alburaq3290 yes For example if a person is upgrading from swift and he checks brezza he will feel that there is too much part sharing in swift and brezza which which make him feel reluctant to buy that car. Also Koreans have benefit of having diesel engine as majority of people have bought all hatchbacks in diesel and they want diesel to upgrade

Excellent video as per usual. A market like India where customers are price sensitive and uneducated in terms of vehicles, and where the government still thinks like 1950s (when people saw cars as luxuries only, and taxed them accordingly), the fact that some global brands are surviving just because of the 5% informed customers and fans - is nothing short of a miracle. India is a tough market for any global brand and product, unfortunately so. And that is why, Indians miss out on so many more good things in life. Because 95% of them either don’t know, or don’t care, or both!
Hello Paaji, I have booked Kushaq 1.0 L yesterday. All thanks to your valuable and excellent knowledge about cars that helped me to make a well informed decision. Though I had to extend my budget but peace of mind is much more important. I really appreciate all the hard work u put in to create such informed videos. Keep up the good work❤
Sunderdeep sir, have been following you on Twitter as well as RUclips, had been missing this blunt and candid persona as you spoke of at 31:05. Great video and very very practical advice.
Only way out for Good Car Manufacturer to succed in India is they have to offer good Cabin space for 5 member family, Wow factors, Trust & Reliability, Feature loaded, Efficient, Low Cost of Maintenance, After Sales Services within 20-25 kms maximum. Buyers will always compare Size, Pricing, Efficiency, etc...
Brilliant Content as usual Paaji 👌🏼🤘🏻💯🚗 Latest scoop for from Autocar India is Volkswagen/ Skoda are changing the gearboxes for 1.0 TSI engines to 8 speed torque converter 🤘🏻💯
That is because it is the new engine which VAG is getting worldwide. 1L will be costly. But there will be a better car. 1.5 L dsg sales will start going down further.
@@SunderdeepSingh Not Sure about the reason Paaji. But news is they might stop using AISIN unit. And they will use their own 8 speed torque converter gearbox 🤘🏻💯🚗
I have a Honda Elevate and the sales doesn't justify its worthiness . However the issue with Elevate is 1 - missing with Engine options. they should provide Hybrid . 2- Fit and Finish is not like previous one . 3 Decade old Marketing strategy .
20:00 I think Honda should have given strong hybrid with elevate which would have definitely helped in gaining sales as there is only two csrs in this segment offering the same that is grand vitara and hyryder. Its a big miss.
Honda is slacking in everything. Their marketing sucks. They've lost appeal to the youth. They're seen as boring cars that old people drive. People doubt their commitment to the Indian market. I think Honda is done in India. They won't survive in the long term.
@@alburaq3290 honda should also focus on launching new products and to extend their portfolio with something to rival brezza ,sonet ,nexon etc and also some product to rival alcazar, xuv 700 etc.
Skoda slavia is the best.As far as kia I own seltos diesel mid variant from 2019 excellent car 20 plus milage on highway and 6k to 7k costing for 10k km servicing.
I have done a mistake in choosing verna 1.6 petrol over polo GT. Though polo was a hatch it was sufficient for a three member family. On paper Verna has 123 BHp but on highway it is not good car. Even test drive will fool you because you get lot of power initially but when one hit highway the scenario is completely different. One of the reason why the Hyundai cars are selling high is because of the initial feel good factor that one gets. Most of the people who own will not get a chance to experience what a European cars provides. It is very difficult to judge a European cars on paper or on a short test drive. Their charectors start appearing as you use them more and more.
@@akshay13131 Upto 100 it is good after that lack of dynamics and the engine is not freely revs as in ivtec. For me it is good at low speeds. Get tired in long drives.
Dear friend, I have a seltos 1.5 TGDI IMT DRIVE 10K in last 9 months.under 15-16 lac this turbo engine gave enough torque other then. Yes VW I test drive 1.5 GT kick of torque in 2700-3000 RPM in manual gear box almost same so I prepare south Korean with more luxuries interior look and features 👍🏻
Great Video Bhai. I am also planning for Skoda Kushaq. But little confused between 1L AT or 1.5 DSG. 60% city use and 40% highway. 1.0 ka power enough hai??. Though I have the budget of 1.5 but I guess, going with 1L will be a sensible choice because I take more joy in the feel of driving than in fast driving. Pls help me to make a decision sir?
Hello Bro, Few days ago I asked for a choice between 3xo ax5l and Brezza AT for a new driver who is looking for a big car. But now after going through your videos I feel buying Skoda kushaq sportsline AT or Taigun Higline 1.0 AT . ALSO like Taigun 1.5 TSI GT DSG. Please advise which one shall I buy taking into account 35 kms daily office travel to and fro from Noida to Delhi. Have a family of 4 and baby, considering fuel efficiency and reliability. Planning to keep it for 10 years atleast
Your content are very useful.🎉 It would be more appreciated if they are little shorter, crisp precise and objective.🎉 Kushaq & Taigun badly lack in Road presence and they are more like blown up hatchbacks, besides the fact that an automatic CVT cost anything above 18 lakhs. There Turbo engines are fun to drive but initial power lag as happen in all Turbos is very disappointing. Virtus looks awesome but only issue is manoeuvre in city as also the choice of sedans is going rapidly down because of bed Road conditions and ground clearance of SUVs
1.0 turbo with TC gearbox are fuel guzzlers in stop and go traffic. So in metros for city driving NA still makes a lot of sense. Given a choice of I'd go for a high 2 ltr plus NA engines because I like the way they deliver power. And surely they're more abuse friendly in the long run. But various norms have made it difficult to get such engines anymore.

One thing I am fail to understand one thing that when people are comparing vertus 1.0 or Salavia 1.0TSI with automatic and with features without ADAS and budget 20 lacs on road but Honda City1.5 NA V CVT Model comes with ADAS and six airbags safety too in 15.5 lacs budget. So price also important and service and maintenance and resale value driving comfort and brand reliability.🙏
Bro Curve da design is very subjective, personally I didn’t like it. Creta and Seltos remains my ever favourite followed by Elevate. But I’m inclined to Vitara for overall benefits.

Hi sir, Is that automatic 1.5 (Engine and gear box) of kushaq manufactured in india or is it imported here..??. Skoda say that 178nm torque of 1.0 TSI engine is available from 1750 rpm onwards..Is there any option to get this 178nm torque from 1400-1500rpm,i mean can any adjustments be made ??
One thing that we hear these days from Skoda & VW is"over engineered cars", which I feel is really absurd. If ACT in 1.5 TSI is not available, the fuel efficiency would be a major hit and would not have been able to sell in price sensitive market like India. Same power and torque is provided by Hyundai 1.5 turbo, with no ACT, but is able to generate better or similar FE. European suspensions are really well tuned than any other cars in market, but its party of their long history of R&D. Rather, they have to spend more to provide an inferior suspension. Citroen is able to provide the best suspensions in business even in its every level hatchback, coz that's in their DNA, and changing it would cost the brand more. Panel gaping and welded body is part of the plant automation that VW and Skoda have developed over the years and it's also post of their DNA. Again, it without cost them more to research in building cars in an inferior way. What Skoda & VW mean by "over engineered" cars is to not utilise their R&D in Indian market and produce badge engineered cars (like Suzuki & Toyota) with some Indian OEM (like Mahindra) which i think is going to hit Skoda and VW in the long run. Indian middle class and upper night class is growing at an exponential pace and it's just time that people are auto literate and would push for having the following: 1. Global models 2. Safety 3. Reliability 4. Global Features with similar fit and finish. Ford Endeavour coming back to India in 2 years of exit is a good example. Now is not the time for companies to degrade their quality and standards, but invest in india to make the best in India for the future . Hyundai, Mahindra , Tata are the prime examples of making in India and making the best to their abilities and we can see their sales. If Skoda VW have a Jv with Mahindra, their quality standards will dip, but Mahindra's will gaun an edge and it will phase out Skoda VW from Indian market very soon. Mahindra has the history of decimating their JV partners ( Renault - Logan, Sangyong - XUv300, Alturus G4) after obtaining their tech and R&D capabilities (1.5L Diesel from Renault, 2.2L Petrol and Diesel from Sangyong, design and build from Sangyong). If Skoda and VW want to survive in India (also as a brand acriss the world), they should do the following: 1. Make India their biggest and best manufacturing hub for the world. 2. Make similar quality products as in Europe in India, along with engine development. 3. Introduce global models in India and read the Indian customer well. 4. Improve upon the reliability perception of European cars and their costly ownership costs. 5. Economies of scale could be achieved if they are making in India and making for the world with no difference in quality standards and they can provude better models to compete with the competition, like Kushaq in not the right product for competing with Creta, but Karoq is a perfect match provided the price is similar, which can be easily done by achieving economies of scale by making in India. No brand can survive by ignoring Indian market today (since China is moving towards to be more EV heavy with Chinese brands leading), even if you are making in India for the export market. You can only achieve the economies of scale only by catering to the huge Indian market + the export market.
If you judge a only on Car engine performance then these cars are the best but if I am paying 20L and 3 people can’t sit comfortably in back seat then there is no use of engine performance. Most people don’t buy VW and Škoda car because they are not made for 5 person but for 4 person only. There are multiple factor where these cars are lacking and of course cost is very big factor in India.
Whatever said and done VW/ Skoda should be having aisin 8 speed tc gearbox for 1.5 tsi engine. DSG/ DCA are too delicate for Indian conditions. Also plastic components in the engine bay should be avoided wherever brands can . Generally VW/ Skoda owners give mileage a second priority . VW has a very complex structure which delays decisions .I think VW should be bringing the Atlas SUV soon.
Sunderdeep ji, if you record these kind of videos on your phone, how and where do you fix the phone? I am finding it difficult to find a good option with the mounts and holders.
Waited for curvy for 3 months but the headroom is so bad in the back seat, had to immediately reject after sitting once. Thar ROXX was another product rejected by family due to high ingress in second row . Now left with creta or seltos !!! So much confusion!
Your videos are very knowledgeable i have learn so much about cars watching your videos. Please suggest me automatic petrol suv budget 15 to 16 lakhs, for 10 to 12 years, monthly running 600 to 700km. 80% in city(Jalandhar)20 highway, 4 members in family, realiable, space, safety are the requirements.
Honda city performance is more 0 to 100 in only 10 sec , but skoda kushaq 1.0 tsi 0 to 100 in 11.5 sec , so 1.0 tsi performance and reliability is less than honda city , but skoda kushaq 1.5 tsi is good for performance oriented fun to drive car .
Unfair comparison. In AT, TSI 1.0 is faster and 0-100 in City in 10.5 can only be achieved by an expert who understands red lining. With 1.5 TSI, it’s a generational ahead thing.
Sir , XUV700 AX7 PT AT a good choice over scorpion N? For family car highway (70) and city(30) I test drove both and i liked the high speed stability of 700 and adas is additional feature. Also people around me are suggesting SN due to more rugged and resale

What do you get in in city/Virtus in city and highway?
Overall average is 12.5 with highway and city
And on highway with no tension of mileage i get 14.5 with both cars with sudden overtake and high speed.

Sir, aapne 1.0 kyun liya 1.5 ke badle mei....thoda batayie
Yeah right turbo is no match for surviving the grind of 15 years that ivtec can do.
Excellent 👌
I want to say something Sunderdeep ji, only because of you I made a decision to go for Skoda. I earlier made my booking for Nexon. But after seeing your videos I realised difference between cars and great cars. The moment I test drove Kushaq I realised what good engineering is all about. Even it's costly, I know that my money should go in right product.
Drove CVT elevate today. What a fantastic ride and handling. Lovely suspension with literally no body roll. Super commanding postion nice grunt in the engine.
But noise damping is poor. But CVT variant is VFM.
V true.
Honda City more performance, comfort, handling than elevate and more mileage
Very well summed up.
Thanks Rajoo Sir 🙏

You spoke my heart! Thanks
Good observation sir but you missed one thing, please add these in your videos as well-
Most of the indian people using creta or any mid size suvs in petrol are office guys and there 70% of their drive is in city struggling with traffic and i feel there this NA engine shines.
MT is faster yes if one is an expert to understand the red line but CVT is painfully slower as compared to 1.0 tc AT
@@SunderdeepSingh i do have the knowledge of redline sir but everytime in traffic i cannot attract everyone to stare at me by reving the engine. I drove my friends car once seltos and it was picking in 3rd gear also with speed at 15and it felt so good as in my kushaq even if I think to do then engine will die before I try. But I got ur point. Thankyou
Did you buy 1L MT or AT?
I believe 1L MT isn’t good for city, 1LAT works quite well though.

I have been driving a Slavia 1.0 for 18 months now and completed 27000 on the ODO already. Half this is on highway and must say performance is stunning. This 1.0 turbo is much superior than all the NA engines in the current market. The way you are informing the buyers is just commendable!! I had purchase 10 months back Skoda khushaq and I am happy for the day. The German car are very well engineered and loved the dynamic. Till now I have not encountered with any issue
Did u buy the service pack ?
Brother , to the point video .last 15 days I checked almost all the cars you named as I am looking to upgrade from Renault kwid to a midsize SUV . Need an all purpose car that will be used 70percent of the times for work related travel and 30 percent of the times with Family
Almost same confused between curve creative, Taigun 1.0 Mt get, Kushaq signature finalized based on all test drives
Biggest confusion curve works 1.4 lakhs cheaper the break even part don’t know how to justify or convince
Go for Seltos. Has everything and new variant has good safety as well due to reinforced structure. No car can match Seltos in this segment.
Since your purchase seems family oriented
You cannot go wrong with the Creta/Seltos whichever you find the better looking
Diesel manual is good
NA engine will be dull but will be super reliable and smooth
Yes
Honda city 1.5 is best
Brazza 1.5
For city runs
Choose cvt or torque converter transmissions
I agree fully with you.
90+% of the Cars are bought & used in City traffic conditions. Less than 5% are bought & used for Highways.
Truth always hurts many who are trying to promote fun to drive expensive Cars in India. Against bigger Cabinspace at affordable Pricing, Efficient, Low Cost of Maintenance & Good Service Stn network (within 20-30 kms range).
Unfiltered communication are always genuine …👌👌 learned a lot from yours video as I am not so car enthusiast..
Some facts for clarification:
OEMs need to commit fully to Indian market and with with growing middle class, everyone is looking for nit just global cars but global quality and seriousness
This talks about Hyundai's seriousness and time to market strategy for the Indian market which brings in loyalty and sales numbers.
On point analysis ✅
But still hundai and kia are providing turbo engines only above 20.00 lacs

5. Citroen Aircross (Best Comfort with cheapest price)

I always feel that hyundai and kia have two diffferent targets for indian market with their designs
Kia's design appeals more to youths and i personally like more them over hyundai's same platform design.
@@alburaq3290 yes
For example if a person is upgrading from swift and he checks brezza he will feel that there is too much part sharing in swift and brezza which which make him feel reluctant to buy that car. Also Koreans have benefit of having diesel engine as majority of people have bought all hatchbacks in diesel and they want diesel to upgrade
Ofcourse ppl buy best cars in the segment that are Creta and Seltos now they are safer as well so thats a complete product.

It would be more appreciated if they are little shorter, crisp precise and objective.🎉
Kushaq & Taigun badly lack in Road presence and they are more like blown up hatchbacks, besides the fact that an automatic CVT cost anything above 18 lakhs.
There Turbo engines are fun to drive but initial power lag as happen in all Turbos is very disappointing.
Virtus looks awesome but only issue is manoeuvre in city as also the choice of sedans is going rapidly down because of bed Road conditions and ground clearance of SUVs
Typo error in spellings be ignored
1.0 turbo with TC gearbox are fuel guzzlers in stop and go traffic. So in metros for city driving NA still makes a lot of sense. Given a choice of I'd go for a high 2 ltr plus NA engines because I like the way they deliver power. And surely they're more abuse friendly in the long run. But various norms have made it difficult to get such engines anymore.

@@konenbolwala7270 if your running in mostly city’s
Then go for Honda 1.5
If u want resale value creta is best
If u can pay some extra to have some fun go for it Vw and Skoda
Hello Sir, Thanks for this video. I saw your series with Munish ji and bought VW Virtus GT DSG in Jun’24. So far, 5000 kms driven and never faced any issues.
There is always a smile when I start my Virtus GT and the feeling is precious.
Thank you for changing my car buying decision. 😊
Congratulations Gaurav Ji 👌
Paaji, you are correct, however you forgot C3aircross/Basalt . C3 also has excellent 1.2turbo
Elevate needs the eHev hybrid engine with minor upgrades like ventilated seats etc. Price can be justified then.
Hi sir,
Is that automatic 1.5 (Engine and gear box) of kushaq manufactured in india or is it imported here..??.
Indian middle class and upper night class is growing at an exponential pace and it's just time that people are auto literate and would push for having the following:
1. Global models
2. Safety
3. Reliability
If Skoda and VW want to survive in India (also as a brand acriss the world), they should do the following:
Hi! It is shot on a camera with a suction mount :)
@@SunderdeepSingh Thank you!
10:48" Saame se seltos aa rahi thi. Bachaav ho gaya..uska". Hilarious😂😂
Waited for curvy for 3 months but the headroom is so bad in the back seat, had to immediately reject after sitting once. Thar ROXX was another product rejected by family due to high ingress in second row . Now left with creta or seltos !!! So much confusion!
Ghum fir ke creta seltos pe hi aana padta hai. 😅
I liked curvv but reliability issues is stopping me to book it.
This is how a review should be! Ab to subscribe karna Banta hai.
good vibes after listening to u..!
Slavia 1 liter automatic vs honda elevte cvt which one to buy
Your videos are very knowledgeable i have learn so much about cars watching your videos. Please suggest me automatic petrol suv budget 15 to 16 lakhs, for 10 to 12 years, monthly running 600 to 700km. 80% in city(Jalandhar)20 highway, 4 members in family, realiable, space, safety are the requirements.
Hi! Elevate CVT, Taigun 1.0 AT and City CVT please 🙏
Thank you @@SunderdeepSingh
Nice vdo bro👍
Sunder bro, customer review meri slavia 1.5 mt ka kar sakte .car 45000 km driven hai.how to contact for that
Dear, pls help me to pick any one from elevate and creta
Sir.. please suggest kushaq vs 3x0 need automatic budget is 14 lakhs. Or should i wait for kylaq
Wait :)
@@SunderdeepSingh Thank you sir
Kya 1liter Taigun automatic yearly running 200000 km kysa rahega
You are great brother really prefer valuable product 🎉🎉
I think reason for elevate sales is no diesel engine, many go to kia and hyundai beacuse of diesel engine
Hondas NA has no comparison.. they r the best ❤ that's y they not bringing turbo
That is for manual City, try the CVT city to 1L At, you will feel sleepy
Sir , XUV700 AX7 PT AT a good choice over scorpion N? For family car highway (70) and city(30)
I test drove both and i liked the high speed stability of 700 and adas is additional feature.
Also people around me are suggesting SN due to more rugged and resale
Budget is around 23/24
All are tall people in family around 6, we have creta 2019 hence moving to this segment for 2nd car
700 is surely more family oriented & tuned for comedy with a monocoque chassis and FWD. Scorpio N is ladder frame and RWD tuned for off beat trips.
@@SunderdeepSingh planning to keep it atleast for 8-10 years, I don't care much if it gets minor changes in facelift. Because mahindra did address few issues with minor upgrade in 2024 model
Couldn't check Safari due to diesel issue nearby NCR
Should i consider any other option?
Dear turbo lovers you should keep in mind that there is no replacement for displacement.
Please tell this thing to Thai & Malaysians where they get 1.0 Turbo from Honda
Please do a feature on the 7 seater segemt suvs it would be helpful for everyone where their money is going . Thankfully they make a good decision after listening to your videos.
Sonnet, Venue, Breeza which is good, daily driving 30km only
