The wrist of mine is 18 mm. I wear 39-44 mm bezel size watches. I have got 20pcs. approx. 40-39 mm. best fit to me. The Caliber 7S36 means active wearing through the day time, otherwise they would be stoped till you shake them and allow to go. Then check and correct the time. If you wear this watch every day and actively you do not need to correct the time.
