Really enjoying your videos Patrick and this short one in particular. Well-explained, not rushed but not dragged out either!
Not many decent RUclips channels - especially with guys tutoring. Keep it flowing, thanks so much.

Great video. Still seems very hard for me to get even close to getting up into the handstand. If there's an even easier step to practice before this, I would ;love a video on that :)

Hey Patrick thanks for the tips. I am curious, if you have an arm that hyper extends in the elbow would you recommend to slightly bend the arm or lock the arm for better stability? I've been having a hard time to trying to balance with slightly bent elbow to prevent hanging into hyperextension.

Hello Patrick. Can you share your opinion about open chest and close chest in the handstand?

How intensely are you pushing away from the floor? I keep getting the cue to push away from the floor when trying to balance but I'm thinking I still want to keep my shoulders locked in, right? Thanks

I find my arms don't seem to be strong enough to hold my body weight and I crash down and hurt myself. Do I need to do arm curls with weights to build strength?

    Can you advise me
My arms are bent at the elbow joint
This and PPT does not let me take my head backwards to look between the hands.
Thus my hand stand is looking impassible at the moment
But I don't want to leave trying

I am still working with it too but that idea is to push your chest forward and push your hips and legs in to the backward direction to counterbalance. It takes lots of core strength.

In another video can you explain a bit more about the butt touching first? Thanks and great idea about a new video every Tuesday ;) continue having a nice trip.

Where's the one where you were in the kitchen with your cat? I can't use this one, the other one was way better.
