Just finished my 15 minutes meditation session listening to this in the background, so calming
You should do some yoga or something, you’re far behind from a filmmaker channel to appreciate the time that he’s putting to explain and help us. Go and do your meditation. Just leave your stupid comments away. Geez 🙄
As a new GoPro 9 owner I found this video really informative and it has inspired me to feel more confident in setting up for time lapse shots, thanks, keep up the awesome work!
Thx mate!

Simple, clear, interesting. Thanks, I'm learning a lot from your tutorials.
Just upgraded my Hero 4 Silver to the beast of the Hero 9, wow what a change! This video was exactly what I needed! Simple, easy, well explained! Thanks :)
Same hahaha. Having issues with my laptop and the higher resolution video though
@@BIGOKEITH Yeah that's a bit of a stinker, I luckily upgraded my Macbook Pro earlier in 2020 (My 2011 machine would've exploded). But even this laptop struggles a bit editing with the 4k footage. Manageable in Prem Pro if you drop all your workflow resolutions though \m/
_wow, this is very clear, I love how you explain erything about the settings._
I do really like the videos. Since I’m on vacation I actually have been using Timelapse video a lot and that 4:3 format allows me to capture effectively 12MP photos so the cropping in 4K works very well with that! 👍🏻
Not even one dislike - That's called quality content :)
I just disliked it just bc. 😂. Jk
Thank you is an under statements.. I learnt a lot from your video.. as a GoPro beginner it's crisp, informative, simple to understand..
Thx mate!
Thank you for such detailed video about time lapse, time wrap and night lapse. This was very helpful for me.
I also just own hero 9 ☺️
Thx for your feedback!
Calming voice and to the point 😀👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
this video tutorial gives me more idea how to set my gopro hero 9. thank you so much I'm your new followers hope to see you around.
Absolutely crisp. Loved it. Something about your voice is so soothing. Keep rocking
Very informative, in fact its the best video on this subject in RUclips. You got yourself a new suscriber, thanks. Ciao from Puerto Rico.
Thx mate!
Wow, thank you so much for the long yet complete tutorial. It means a lot to us. ❤❤❤
Great information, thank you for putting this together. My first GoPro is the Hero 9 Black and I'm trying to take in all I can!
Thx Rick!
Very informative, detailed and straight to the point. It would have been nice to find you 2 weeks ago before wasting countless hours on other RUclipsrs. Im new to the GoPro family (2x Hero 9's). Thank you for the reviews, liked and subscribed 👍🏽.
Thx mate!
That is really useful for me as a new beginner for Gopro9. Thank you so much!!!!
Thank you, have to try night mode :)
Really great job man! I don´t speak English well and often I have problems with understanding. Not in your case. Your video is full of clear informations and your presentation skills are perfect. Thank you
Thx Michal!!
Excellent! Very useful.

Thx Rob!
Perfect video, very useful for me, thank you from Vietnam!
Just got my Hero 9 and your tutorial on Time lapse and Time warp is really useful and really easy to follow..THANKS
Thx Malcolm!
Just subscribed, great video.
Thanks I just got the 9 for use with my fpv quad, but i've been impressed with how well it works even outside the compromise of 'best image quality that my 5 inch quad can carry.'
I will now also be using it as a b cam for interesting extra shots when I'm working with my main camera (a mirrorless with a big lens) and ofc for action shots like skateboarding!
This video helped me understand what creative options I have with the timelapse modes!
Thx for your feedback!
So description about time lapse and timeramp. Thanks
Thanks so much for this useful tips
Thanx! great info settings works great a little tweaking to my liking🤙🏽getting super shots
Very pleasant voice and retoric efficiency. Great job & all the best.

Clear voice i like it very much . ..✍️🇿🇲🇮🇳
thanks 😀 great tutorial
appreciated efforts dear
Thanks for this great tutorial, can't wait to get my Hero 9 delivered and start experimenting with your tips! - Subscribed!
Very informative. Thank you.
Do you have a video that shows how battery life is impacted by the duration of the time-lapse?
I am hoping the longer the time interval, the longer the GoPro can run with the existing battery.
That is, perhaps getting two hours of video time instead of the standard one hour.
Thank you.
Awesome learning video with super detailed explanations that I found very helpful to understand. Thank you!
Thx Carlos!
Nice presentation
Good job 👌
Great and very thorough tutorial! Thank you!
Good video. Thank you. I see in your time lapse videos you are able to pan in or out. I would like to know how that is done.
High quality content, Thank you so much. You're so kind
going from the Hero 4 to 9 soon

In TimeWarp how can I switch to half speed with the gopro attached to my bike helmet? I like the idea of slowing down timewarp speed without going into slow mode
Liked and subbed. Just got my hero 9
Thanks for your tutorial, I just bought the new GoPro 9 Black and I'm enjoing a lot, also because of your tutorial.
Can you help in one thing, how I can make a video and at the same time taking photos every 5 or 10 seconds as it's possible on the others GoPro.
Thanks for your time and help.
Thx. It's not possible to take photos while recording video on the GoPro. The only thing you can do is to pull frames from your video file (for example by using an editing software).
@@MountMediaChannel thanks very much for your kindly information.
@@MountMediaChannel do you advise any particular editing software???
Thanks once again for all your help.
@@alvarosilva7123 I personally use a Mac and therefore FCPX. On Windows I would try DaVinci Resolve
Great, clear, knowledgeable presentation.
Thx Paul!

I’m going to try to include the GP 9 in my underwater videos. I noticed that using strong video light with my GP7 at night I overexposed ? As you state it is unrecoverable, sadly. So I take your advice and drop it a notch or two ! Thnx
Your tutorials are great, i wish I had the energy to do them, I rather like just doing the timelapse. hehe thanks always
Thx Dane!
What would be the best settings for inflight(cockpit) records?
Great stuff! Thank you👍
You presented this well but still confusing. Thanks for sharing this!
Any suggestions or tweaks regarding a time lapse of a construction of a community house in Stockholm, Sweden (Nordic sun, light and sky differs from, let’s say the same project at the equator) during the course of now (well, a day from now) through end of May? I want to end up with about a minute video, so I’m thinking a picture every 5 minute would suffice. But the rest of the settings? Thoughts or ideas? Will it all fit in a 512 GB card using raw format, since you get a jpg as well?
Thank you very much!)

brilliant and informative video, thank you. What do you use for post editing?
FCPX
Great content!
Thx Francisco!
great video, full of info
Thank you Tommy!
Good 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I like how you explain stuff,
Thx!
Very detailed infos, thank you.
Thx mate!
Very nicely done ✅
From india
Thx mate!
Thanks for the detailed info. Honestly, I'm still fine with the older version of GoPro and don't find much of a difference. Most of theinor changes can be done in post editing. 🙏
Great stuff ❤️
Hello! What's the better way of downgrading 5k videos? Especially when it comes to storage. Im not sure what to do since im afraid of getting some problems with fps, audio and overall stability of the video after decreasing the resolution.
I guess you put the slow zoom effect in in post processing. Nice effect. Which program do you use?
Hi, yes, I use FCPX
Great
Great video! I just got my hero 9 and I want to film a timelapse during christmas fireworks. What settings would you recommend?
Hi Kevin, use the Night Lapse Mode. To get the best results you could try to set the shutter manually. But this can be a bit tricky and you should take some test shots.
How come GoPro's don't show the correct time the images was taken when you look at the files on your computer?
amazing tutorial :) the slow zoom in and out, left and right movements in your timelapse videos, have you done ALL of that in post ?
Yes - there is a GoPro Timelapse Tutorial on my channel - check it out
Hello I have a question
So I have the GoPro hero 8
And I accidentally filmed a video in time lapse
How do I turn it back to Normal speed?
That's not possible.
thanks for info ..which software you used in this tutorial ?
FCPX
What would you recommend for sunset/sunrise going from day to night, night lapes or time lapse? Can it really work?
Yes you can get nice results. The night lapse mode will prefer longer exposures and will probably apply some noise reduction. I think it's the better choice
@@MountMediaChannel but what's your recommendation for sunrise? I want that the time laps starts with the black night (like it is) and getting brighter with the rising sun.
Must I use manual exposure for this case?
@@Schwermetall If you want to really start with the black night, then yes. It's easier with the sunset. In that case you can use the exposure control to fix the exposure.
Can anyone please suggest settings for cooking videos.. go pro hero 9
Learning alot from u, thank you
Now i got a serious problem regarding goprohero9 FLICKERING in natural day light and most worst in night lights...... Plz suggest me to fix this problem
Hmm, strange. You should upload a video and show what you mean.
@@MountMediaChannel watch this video in 5:40, flickering white lights

I am a 1st time owner of a #GoPRO digital 4k - 5k camera. I heard RUclips possibyl ranks 4k 5k video higher in search results. Do you know about this?
No, I never heard that - many big channels still upload in 1080. But 4K will lead to a better image quality on RUclips - it leads to less compression artifacts
Welches Video- Editing Programm nimmst du? Super Video, sehr hilfreich 👍👍
Danke Franziska. Ich verwende FCPX (Mac)
Hey there, just wanted to ask... today i made a sunrise timelapse video and after that i got worried if it couldn't be dangerous for the camera(hero 7 black) sensor. The sun shone directly into the lens for about 13-17 minutes(of recording) from the entire 50 minutes of the timelapse. After that i did some test photos and videos and the image seems fine. Am i just paranoid or could it be dangerous? Or is it ok because the sun is not as bright in the morning? Thx for your reply. Your videos are helpful.
No, this will not be a problem for your camera/sensor
@@MountMediaChannel Alright, thx alot👍
Thanks a lot for all the information.
I have a question - In most of your time timelapse videos, the camera seems to be moving backward. For eg: 3:20. Can you please let me know what equipment you are using for this?
Thanks.
That was made in post (editing) - There is a tutorial on how to create a good GoPro Time-Lapse on my channel. Check it out!
@@MountMediaChannel Sure, Cheers.
how do you add the smooth zoom in & out in your time lapses? is it post edition or a function of GoPro?
There is a GoPro Time Lapse Tutorial on my channel - check it out
@@MountMediaChannel thx ! I did and it was quite clear!
I’m disappointed with the last two GoPro app updates. There seem to be many Time-lapse settings I can no longer change ( I know I can do it on the camera, but big fingers make this difficult) and it now seems much more complicated to grab a single frame from a Time-lapse. Any hints/suggestions?
Hi Nick, not really. I must admit that I rarely use the GoPro app.
@@MountMediaChannel Thanks.
Genius !!
👍👍👍
I notice in your time lapse videos that in addition to the cloud movement, the scene is moving as if the camera slowly moving forward or away. Is this done in post processing?
Yes, check out my GoPro Time Lapse Tutorial
Either you're the Nicest Guy in the world.... Or... You literally have human heads in your freezer...
Either way. I enjoyed the video.

Which software you use for video editing??...please reply me...
