Excellent advice all around, particularly about stressing your spouse out about things they can't control or help you with. If you need to vent your frustration with the daily grind of being a "single" parent or mundane things like you can't get an a a/c repairman out when you need them, bitch to a friend or family member. Your spouse doesn't need to know that. Love your videos and your attitude. Keep it up!

I love that you started this channel! Coming up with topics can get hard real quick. I'd like to offer some recommendations. I recently joined and my wife really struggled. Can you discuss some of the resources available to family members, such as, Military OneSource, counseling, life coaches, support groups, CDC day care, and anything else that would create meaningful connection between the spouses at home.
