brackets have 2 holes use either but not both, slotted hole allows for height adjustment. Otherwise both holes would be same. Instructions show 1 fixing.

Those plugs aren’t strong enough. Your radiators will fall off the wall with the weight.

76KG max load per plug, and there’s 8 of them. More than enough
