I have never done a vision board or even heard of it before watching RUclips. When in high school, I used to write down what I would like to accomplish in my lifetime. My dreams were very long term and knew that my fate was controlled by the State DHHS until I reached legal age or married . If I had had a board that looked anything like yours and able to see it everyday, it would have provided the drive that I needed. My biggest goal was to go to college. Well, now 65 yrs. old, I graduated in 2014 with my Masters' Degree and for me, due to ill health, will never be able to use it. I achieved the long term goal, but I didn't have the insight to know that my health would prevent me from using it. I'm sure with your drive and determination, you will achieve all of your goals.
Gloria, I’m sorry to hear about your health struggles. I’ll tell you what though, you did it! Regardless of if you get to use your degree or not, nobody will ever take that accomplishment from you. I have a couple of degrees and have yet to use one of them. Circumstances being different and the job opportunities lacking where I am, but no one will take that from me.. ever. I was the first in my family to graduate from college as a single mother. If those degrees are good for anything, it was to show my kids that you can do anything you set your mind to.
Gloria Warrick Hey Gloria! I just wanted to let you know, that one, I admire and look up to you for your accomplishment! I can relate to you, I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from doing a lot of things. But, just as she made a vision board, I deeply encourage you to make one that is regarding your health. I am finally doing that for myself and at the very least, it has given me peace of mind. And that is priceless. I trust and believe in the power of our mind, and our hearts. Our intentions. And I truly believe that even if you just put one image on a board that said “I am healthy.” Or some short writing about being grateful for the health you do have, that it could change your life just by shifting your perspective. That is where I’m at right now. I see it as a prescription from the doctor. To try and use a holistic approach to treat myself. Self care. Self help. Self love. I moved out of my parents' house yesterday. I turned 18 2 months ago. I'm going to be paying for college myself. I left my friends and my boyfriend (it's not that far though, only about a half hour). My siblings, I didn't get to say goodbye. But, I needed to move away, and now I need to prove that I made the right choice. Thank you for this. ❤
Im sorry but half hour. Most of america commutes farther for work every day lol.. You can see them daily if you wanted. I left at 16 and did fulltime community college at 17. Worked met my hubby started pur family etc. Now at 21 im hearing this and thinking it wasnt that hard at all. Just be dilligent and have drive. Youll be fine. (:
Manifestation is real! Almost everything from my vision board from last year came true. I recently finished my board for 2019 and filmed on it. It takes so much effort but I cant complain. Your vision board turned out really nicely!

I have never heard of a vision board until my wife said that we should have one. By watching this have helped me to focus more on achieving my goals. 2020 will be my break out year. I have a vision to get myself out of debt and have a house for my family. Thank you very much for this. 👏👏👏

Having a vision board is an excellent way to get and stay motivated in achieving one’s goals and dreams! I love making vision boards, although mine is in a smaller scale inside my planner. Thank you for sharing this. Last year was filled with a lot of pain, medical issues, limitations, tears, disappointments, loneliness, and financial stress. I have been trying to motivate myself this year and it is a constant struggle. Last week I told myself that I needed to make a vision board and fill it with positive quotes, scriptures, pictures, etc and to place it in full view where I have no option but to look at it EVERY DAY ! I think you made a very valid point when you stated that you have to speak these things and truly believe and have Faith that it will bring the results you hope for, otherwise, it is useless ! I'm accustomed to being a social butterfly, out and about 24/7 with a crowd, I love to talk, laugh and never meet a stranger. Yet over the past year I've lost my smile, my joy, and happiness. I am learning slowly every day that happiness comes from within. No one else can ever provide us with happiness. It begins with ourselves personally. And I also think that putting God first place in our lives will always benefit us more than we can ever possibly imagine. Again, thank you. You have inspired me 🤗 And I pray that all of your dreams do become reality for 2019. I have Faith in you. You are so very talented and gifted with your creative ideas. One of the things that sets you apart from other RUclips channels I follow is that you show everyone how to create high end looking pieces using foam board. I love the way you are able to give almost anything a wood appearance. Please do more large pieces, especially the large letters that are so expensive using the foam board. I am absolutely in love with the Cross( the trellis/foam board) the statement piece using the plastic fence/foam board, the Baptism piece with the M, the framed pic you said that your husband told you to make, using the foam board and destressing it with your last name. PLEASE, PLEASE DO MORE DIY'S USING THE FOAM BOARD. I'M currently trying to make 12-15 inch in height letters as well as words, such as Hope, Faith, love, Blessed etc using the foam board to save money. Bless you and have a fantastic weekend 🙏

Thank you for posting this video. I just happened to stumble on one your videos and wanted to check out your page. This video spoke to me and gave a whole new look of putting a vision board together. I’ve done one before but never saw it done this way. Done with a true purpose. Seeing this is confirmation that I need to do a new one for 2020 and really do it with thoughts and prayers of things I desire for 2020 and beyond. This page is a blessing. Great video, Araceli. I made one of these during the holidays before the New Year. It was a very positive board, but I still don't know how to use these well (it was my first board even though I've heard about this for a few years). I'm not getting the results I want yet (quite the opposite), but I realize I wasn't specific enough. I was trying to cope with a life I don't want instead of having the courage to say, "Maybe the life I've been living is preventing me from achieving these goals." Scary, identity-rattling stuff! I also thought my desires would be less likely to be fulfilled if I defined them too narrowly. You've got me thinking that specificity is everything with creating a vision board! I hope your wishes for becoming independent, wealthy, more connected to your family, etc., come true (I have a good feeling for you). Let us know next year what transpired. When you say you don't expect things to come to you easily and you are going to work hard for things to come, you are setting yourself back. It's not hard for the universe to give you what you want, it is designed to do so and it can and will deliver it to you effortlessly if you so believe 💖 Great vid! The idea to add lights to the board is fantastic. Im going to use this on my dream board. This is a missing pazzule to make my dream, fantasy and plans more tempting, stretching my imagination, putting me in good mood. I just love it!!!

WOW! This is amazing!! I have actually been watching your RUclips for quite a long time, and have seen you grow so much! I have notifications turned on but I don’t always get them, so I apologize if this comment is a little late! I have been doing photography for a long time, it’s actually my first love! I was in a really bad accident about 6 years ago, and it changed everything in my life. I had to go through physical therapy and relearn just basic things. Prior to my accident I did a lot of writing, and I have always had a creative side. It was just more focused on photography and writing, after my accident it was hard for me to even put together a sentence on paper. It was very frustrating! Writing for me was one of the ways I dealt with things, especially emotional stuff. And not being able to write was very hard. I was in the hospital a few times after my accident, when you have to relearn basic things being out in the real world can be overwhelming. So I was able to get all the physical therapy, pain management and support in a setting and with other people who were going through the same thing. That is where I learned about journaling, art journaling, painting and crafting! My physical therapist even gave me knitting needles to help with hands! It was the beginning of something WONDERFUL for me. Although I’m not able to work a regular job now, I have Neuropathy, Brain injury, Fibromyalgia, Lupus and everything that comes with it - this was all onset after my accident - I was able to learn so many different things that helped me deal with the unknown, my emotions, everything. Now i can honestly say 6 years later my photography though different is so much better, my paintings are all of the photos I take. My journaling has been the most interesting, I journaled everything and it has been so amazing to see the progress I have made to where I am now. I love to do all the DIY’s and sew, knit, I have even gotten into refinishing furniture. Now I am on to a new chapter and I have no idea where that will take me, but I would LOVE to see your photography on IG. I don’t do anything professional, this is all just a hobby and more therapeutic for me right now. But one of the reasons I was so excited to see the video from you is I was looking at idea’s for a vision board! I think its great that you are doing all this! You have amazing talent, It has been wonderful watching you grow! I know you are going to do great! I believe that everything happens for a reason, and things come into or out of our lives at the right time. I am not bitter or sad about my accident or illness, because I think it was God’s way of telling me I needed to slow down, and his way of telling me HEY YOU HAVE OTHER TALENTS, and you can be A LOT happier! I don’t know if you have ever watched Hallmark Christmas movies? But this last Christmas there was a great movie with Candace Cameron Burlee called a Shoe Addicts Christmas, and her ‘guardian angel” told her that in life we are sent Sleighs, and we can hop on or ignore them, Many people in life ignore the sleighs even when they come into our lives with all the bells and whistles. For me I ignored MANY of those sleighs, so my accident, as hard as it was, was the final sleigh. I know it might sound crazy, but I am lucky, it could have been a lot worse. I wasn’t happy before. I am now! I enjoy the little things :) Anyways I would love to see your photography, and congratulations on all your success so far! I have no doubt that you will achieve everything and more that is on your vision board!

Wow loved it it's wonderful I want to teach primary school kids how to design a vision board and I have to say yours looks great. You gave me an idea of what I'm going to be working on.
It is a great vision board. But there is one thing that all motivational speakers/teachers/vision board teachers etc lack. No one teaches to use your dreams and goals to make the world a better place, help others etc. We need to be focused outwards, not inwards. Most people think its all about them. Or they might have dreams that will lead to other peoples downfall. Eg. imagine someone has a dream of having a bar or adult dance club, it leads to people getting drunk, driving under the influence, accidents, domestic abuse, young girls getting abused, assaulted, raped etc etc. Everything has a chain reaction. But when we help the environment, community, homeless, human trafficking victims etc etc to flourish - you will prosper, society, the needy, everything will start to prosper.

Omg I started a 2020 board and did it through a program so I was running out of time I wanted it done by the time it was done I started gluing and trying to finish it luckily I was only started so I brought it home and searched vision board ideas and came across this, thankfully I can start with your ideas thank you so so much xoxo mine is using what I have because today is my day off and my daughter returns tmrw to see it

This was a very beautiful video. I actually stopped doing my list midway to listen to your story/ reasonings for the items on your board. I found my issue was trying to put everything on my vision board, and it became so chaotic looking; that would make me feel overwhelmed. Also doing a digital vision board doesn't seem to be my thing so i'm sticking to a physical one.

In 2013 I wrote on a small piece of paper the margin I wanted to pass my metric, I looked at the paper every day . When my results came out they were spot on 💯 . I keep thinking about, if I can that then I can do anything .. and also engage God .. James 4:2

Having a vision board is an excellent way to get and stay motivated in achieving one’s goals and dreams! I love making vision boards, although mine is in a smaller scale inside my planner. Thank you for sharing this. Last year was filled with a lot of pain, medical issues, limitations, tears, disappointments, loneliness, and financial stress. I have been trying to motivate myself this year and it is a constant struggle. Last week I told myself that I needed to make a vision board and fill it with positive quotes, scriptures, pictures, etc and to place it in full view where I have no option but to look at it EVERY DAY ! I think you made a very valid point when you stated that you have to speak these things and truly believe and have Faith that it will bring the results you hope for, otherwise, it is useless ! I'm accustomed to being a social butterfly, out and about 24/7 with a crowd, I love to talk, laugh and never meet a stranger. Yet over the past year I've lost my smile, my joy, and happiness. I am learning slowly every day that happiness comes from within. No one else can ever provide us with happiness. It begins with ourselves personally. And I also think that putting God first place in our lives will always benefit us more than we can ever possibly imagine.
Again, thank you. You have inspired me 🤗 And I pray that all of your dreams do become reality for 2019. I have Faith in you. You are so very talented and gifted with your creative ideas. One of the things that sets you apart from other RUclips channels I follow is that you show everyone how to create high end looking pieces using foam board. I love the way you are able to give almost anything a wood appearance. Please do more large pieces, especially the large letters that are so expensive using the foam board. I am absolutely in love with the Cross( the trellis/foam board) the statement piece using the plastic fence/foam board, the Baptism piece with the M, the framed pic you said that your husband told you to make, using the foam board and destressing it with your last name. PLEASE, PLEASE DO MORE DIY'S USING THE FOAM BOARD. I'M currently trying to make 12-15 inch in height letters as well as words, such as Hope, Faith, love, Blessed etc using the foam board to save money. Bless you and have a fantastic weekend 🙏

Thank you for posting this video. I just happened to stumble on one your videos and wanted to check out your page. This video spoke to me and gave a whole new look of putting a vision board together. I’ve done one before but never saw it done this way. Done with a true purpose. Seeing this is confirmation that I need to do a new one for 2020 and really do it with thoughts and prayers of things I desire for 2020 and beyond. This page is a blessing. Great video, Araceli. I made one of these during the holidays before the New Year. It was a very positive board, but I still don't know how to use these well (it was my first board even though I've heard about this for a few years). I'm not getting the results I want yet (quite the opposite), but I realize I wasn't specific enough. I was trying to cope with a life I don't want instead of having the courage to say, "Maybe the life I've been living is preventing me from achieving these goals." Scary, identity-rattling stuff! I also thought my desires would be less likely to be fulfilled if I defined them too narrowly. You've got me thinking that specificity is everything with creating a vision board! I hope your wishes for becoming independent, wealthy, more connected to your family, etc., come true (I have a good feeling for you). Let us know next year what transpired. When you say you don't expect things to come to you easily and you are going to work hard for things to come, you are setting yourself back. It's not hard for the universe to give you what you want, it is designed to do so and it can and will deliver it to you effortlessly if you so believe 💖 Great vid! WOW! This is amazing!! I have actually been watching your RUclips for quite a long time, and have seen you grow so much! I have notifications turned on but I don’t always get them, so I apologize if this comment is a little late!
I have been doing photography for a long time, it’s actually my first love! I was in a really bad accident about 6 years ago, and it changed everything in my life. I had to go through physical therapy and relearn just basic things. Prior to my accident I did a lot of writing, and I have always had a creative side. It was just more focused on photography and writing, after my accident it was hard for me to even put together a sentence on paper. It was very frustrating! Writing for me was one of the ways I dealt with things, especially emotional stuff. And not being able to write was very hard. I was in the hospital a few times after my accident, when you have to relearn basic things being out in the real world can be overwhelming. So I was able to get all the physical therapy, pain management and support in a setting and with other people who were going through the same thing. That is where I learned about journaling, art journaling, painting and crafting! My physical therapist even gave me knitting needles to help with hands! It was the beginning of something WONDERFUL for me. Although I’m not able to work a regular job now, I have Neuropathy, Brain injury, Fibromyalgia, Lupus and everything that comes with it - this was all onset after my accident - I was able to learn so many different things that helped me deal with the unknown, my emotions, everything. Now i can honestly say 6 years later my photography though different is so much better, my paintings are all of the photos I take. My journaling has been the most interesting, I journaled everything and it has been so amazing to see the progress I have made to where I am now. I love to do all the DIY’s and sew, knit, I have even gotten into refinishing furniture.
Now I am on to a new chapter and I have no idea where that will take me, but I would LOVE to see your photography on IG. I don’t do anything professional, this is all just a hobby and more therapeutic for me right now. But one of the reasons I was so excited to see the video from you is I was looking at idea’s for a vision board! I think its great that you are doing all this! You have amazing talent, It has been wonderful watching you grow! I know you are going to do great! I believe that everything happens for a reason, and things come into or out of our lives at the right time. I am not bitter or sad about my accident or illness, because I think it was God’s way of telling me I needed to slow down, and his way of telling me HEY YOU HAVE OTHER TALENTS, and you can be A LOT happier! I don’t know if you have ever watched Hallmark Christmas movies? But this last Christmas there was a great movie with Candace Cameron Burlee called a Shoe Addicts Christmas, and her ‘guardian angel” told her that in life we are sent Sleighs, and we can hop on or ignore them, Many people in life ignore the sleighs even when they come into our lives with all the bells and whistles. For me I ignored MANY of those sleighs, so my accident, as hard as it was, was the final sleigh. I know it might sound crazy, but I am lucky, it could have been a lot worse. I wasn’t happy before. I am now! I enjoy the little things :)

It is a great vision board. But there is one thing that all motivational speakers/teachers/vision board teachers etc lack. No one teaches to use your dreams and goals to make the world a better place, help others etc. We need to be focused outwards, not inwards. Most people think its all about them. Or they might have dreams that will lead to other peoples downfall. Eg. imagine someone has a dream of having a bar or adult dance club, it leads to people getting drunk, driving under the influence, accidents, domestic abuse, young girls getting abused, assaulted, raped etc etc. Everything has a chain reaction. But when we help the environment, community, homeless, human trafficking victims etc etc to flourish - you will prosper, society, the needy, everything will start to prosper.

This was a very beautiful video. I actually stopped doing my list midway to listen to your story/ reasonings for the items on your board. I found my issue was trying to put everything on my vision board, and it became so chaotic looking; that would make me feel overwhelmed. Also doing a digital vision board doesn't seem to be my thing so i'm sticking to a physical one.

In 2013 I wrote on a small piece of paper the margin I wanted to pass my metric, I looked at the paper every day . When my results came out they were spot on 💯 . I keep thinking about, if I can that then I can do anything .. and also engage God .. James 4:2
