Hey Lauren, I have a handy tip to becoming more flexible. Watching Anna Mcnulty’s videos has helped me gain more flexibility and her stretches are really helpful for beginners. I highly recommend her for getting the splits.(it helped me the get the splits!) also love you SOOO MUCHHHH♥️♥️♥️♥️

This year(or the next two months to be exact) is my final year of school (12th grade) so I decided to start the year with no resolutions and goals yet, to keep my head focused for my board exams, but I did decide that I was going to journal in every good thing I did each month. Some things that made me happy or group events I attend. Last year was turmoil for my mental health and I kinda ended the year without being grateful to all the amazing stuff that I had experienced. So I’m journaling it down to simple words that’ll trigger these happy memories when I need them the most! ❤️ much love from India, hope you guys have an amazing 2019.

But TBH we were also supposed to write (and pictures, but write!!!) a bunch of other stuff like what we stand for, purpose, etc. And we don't even get the board back!! But if I made ANOTHER vision board (which I probably will be too lazy to do) it would be like this.
