It's been 10 years since I last listened to this song and watched this video. A lot of things have changed since then. Machinima is dead, but this video and the memories will hopefully live on.
I have been looking for this song for the past year... All i could rememeber was "...ceilings and the floors, it was a gateway to unlock interdimensional doors"(which i know isn't correct). I searched so many times for it, only to remember yesterday that it was connected to machinima somehow. I looked up "machinima portal rap" and there it was! i recently found my computer from 12 is years ago and booted it up steam is so retro looking and oh terraria 1.1 is installed (the version that introduced hardmode) and oh i made it run in offline mode years ago because my computer always had wifi issues and i always wanted to play that one game i turned on the computer mostly because i wanted to play classic fallout and it was too old to use with modern machines but my computer running vista runs it perfectly with sound and correct colors
This music video was absurdly impressive when it was released 12 years ago, and it's safe to say that the quality, the editing, the animation, music and direction still hold up 12 years on. At the time it was released it was literally melting brains at the quality. Back then, stuff like this was unseen, and unheard of! Well done! Internet history at its finest.
