I make canned salmon the way you did the tuna . We call those croquet's in the south . The only thing about the salmon is you have to pick out the bones and clean off the excess skin . But they do make salmon in pouches now but it's not economical for me.

The tuna patties are good. I make them with salmon(salmon croquette). My dipping sauce is mayo, lemon pepper and sriracha. So good. You should do a digital cookbook!

I need help real bad when I comes to figuring out what to eat ; especially healthy meals. At this point I wish we could eat air bc I’m tiedddd of tryna figure It out lol 😂
I always plan in advance. I never go to the grocery store without know exactly what we will be eating for each meal. And I shop weekly so that I don’t waste food. Also social media will be your best friend. RUclips, tiktok, so many place to search for meal ideas. And you can eat alot of foods, even food you may consider “unhealthy”.. but it all comes down to portion size. So if I’m eating a higher calorie meal, I will make my portion a bit smaller if that makes sense.

I went through a lot of trial and error when I first started my journey. I paid attention to what foods caused me problems.. like dairy! I am severe pain when I eat dairy. Regular bloating after eating is natural, but it should not be painful. I’m totally fine eating carbs as long as I keep it pretty moderate. And as you can see in the video I only had one slice of toast and 4 tiny tortillas, so my carb intake wasn’t high. But I do eat high protein and higher fats.
