the crispy sambal is *chefs kiss* but unfortunately not on amazon. you can get it directly from the website or from certain asian grocery delivery sites if you google it

Have been living abroad for almost 6 months now and honestly there's nothing that feels like more like home than homecooked meal, so i've been cooking a LOT the last few months and everytime I watch Inga's videos and how she's so excited for every food is something I've been feeling a lot lately. And honestly living abroad, for asian, good and comforting food can easily make my day (which is why i kept cooking these days even when there's barely any time😢) And love these kind of videos so much Inga! ❤

Damn, that laksa noodle soup just seems so flavorful and warm and perfect. I wish I could be dining on that right here and now, but one can only dream... 😅
So happy that you love laksa!! Wondering if you ever tried the varieties of Malaysian laksa? We have so many types of laksa, not just the coconut milk/curry type. Asam laksa, laksa Sarawak, laksa Johor, laksam, laksa Kedah. TRY THEM!!!!
Yay welcome back! I actually tried Homiah’s Laksa and Sambal. Both are incredibly delicious especially when you come home after time in the winter cold. Warms the heart. seeing you eat reminded me that I need to re-order.

As a former manhattanite, Essa bagel is the way to go. There are other great bagel places in NYC - I lived in the west village so Carmine street bagel was my easy go to - but today when I am in NY and bringing home bagels, I go to Essa… there is no Better… H&H is good too… but Essa… for the win.

i think you will probably need wait for the 油葱饼 to cook through 1st, then maybe have to get your hand dirty.. and squash both side with palm. like how they do for roti prata / canai

We have outstanding Malaysian and Thai restaurants and Asian markets that also also carry superior bagels. And taco trucks and little old ladies that sell world class tamales out of shopping carts. I make laksa every boxing day after Christmas. The last few years I've made seafood stock with the left over lobster, (head, shells, legs), I use a spice mix too from a jar. It's ok but looking to find a better one.

Well you can't say Singapore Laksa is your favorite when there's more type of laksa you haven't try. Especially in Malaysia we have so many types of laksa that each states has their own laksa.
