The most important thing you mentioned (in my opinion) is circadian rhythm, l too think thats essential and key to establishing a good routine no matter how young baby is. Keep on thriving 😊
Great video Jess! Agree with all of these as a 9 weeks PP first time mum. A hakaa pump has also become a must have for me, too, plus the angel care mattress movement detector - I don’t have a next to me so this helped with peace of mind for me!
