I dislike the word "trigger" and "viral" because it is hard to know. Every person is different and it loops too many thoughts, ideas, and feelings into a small/closed category over a big issue/thought and often does not inspire open minded thinking. My opinion anyways. I think it is helpful to see the recipes. When you have children they all like different things and I struggle with mine too because mine don't eat everything I make! I end up eating it myself ha ha. Going from one to two children is an insane jump especially the closer they are in age gap. Our boys are 17 months apart ;) We both work long hours and it is a struggle but we get it done! I am a shift worker so I do 12 hour shifts so a lot falls on my husband actually. He is the primary caregiver which is nuts! We just do our best to communicate and tap each other out since we don't get to do this together as much as we hoped.

Hi Jess do you have any tips that helped get Harper crawling? I’ve watched your reel/follow you on insta and I’m trying not to compare babies or situations but I’m a first time mum and worrying..😅 my girl is 9 months and not crawling! ❤❤❤

Hahah i used to be a picker at Asda and the bag thing made me smile.. usually it's because pickers are on different shops e.g. ambient (cupboard), chilled and frozen so different people pick different parts of your shop and then they're combined so it makes sense that sometimes there might only be one thing in one bag. I know Asda started giving the option of no bags but then people complained it took ages to physically grab everything in your hands at the door lol but pros and cons to everything isnt it :)

You had a very wise approach to your birth plan. Hands off for the most part - just you and the child’s father working through each and every contraction as it came. Very smart to not get dilation checks every few hours - only when you had to. At 5cm you had a positive outlook to the rest - “only 5 to go. It’s nothin”. Labor, for the most part, up to the last 8-10cm + pushing, is MENTAL. I think this video should be a fantastic resource for moms watching preparing for birth. (I have 5 married kids & 16 grandkids - I have a lot of experience in this department of life😉) I know this was a year ago - but congrats on being a champion mother.
