You mention regularly about your two drink limit and I just wondered is that what you allow yourself to have without needing to “wait” for the alcohol To clear ie not having to skip a feed etc? I know the amount is minute in milk I just wondered if you also skipped a feed after the 2? Harpers so big now I love watching her develop!
