- During the NASCAR Nationwide Series Royal Purple 300 at Fontana, it was the last pit stop of the day for Kyle Busch. His pit crew had a miscommunication on the last pit stop causing Kyle Busch to lose several positions. He was in 3rd when he came into the pits and came out 17th. After the pit stop, Kyle Busch starts to rant. This was recorded from NASCAR.COM RaceBuddy. You will hear the audio during, after the pit stop, and the lap after the pit stop.

I'm i the only one who really saw what hapenned?? They were suposed to put 4 but had a proble changing the right front so they put 2 to save some time but finally changed to four again hen kyle realised he'd be the last out of pitroad
I was there and KB put on a driving clinic today from 43rd to 1st with 50 to go. Love him or hate him, he was THE MAN today. I understand why he is so po'd, he drove his arse off with a car that was a lil slower then Kez & Logano and was contending for the win until the last pit stop.
Say what you want about him, he can wheel a race car like no one else can.
i'd be pissed too if a miscommunication on a crucial pit stop cost me a solid top 5 or a win after a much needed good run

When I type in Dale Jr int he search bars, 10,000 videos come up showing his win at Michigan, but when I type in Kyle Busch,,I get videos like this....great......

Funny thing is he has to hit the button to be pissed at them, it's not like he's always on the radio and everything is caught.
Kyle Busch last 4 week finishes- 29th, 30th, 32nd and 17th. He has 1 win 5 top 5's and 7 top 10's on the season and his season average finish so far is 15.9. He's 12th in cup points 137 points back from the leader.
Dale Earnhardt Jr's last 4 weeks stats- 4th, 8th, 1st and 23rd. He has 1 win 6 top 5's and 12 top 10's on the season and his season average finish so far on the season is 8.4. He is 3rd in points only 14 points out of the lead.

They can say whatever they want on the radio, but if they swear in a live interview they usually get fined.

Typically when leaders of a team are pissed its actually because of their incompetence in preparing their employees (pit crew) to succeed...
I like Kyle Busch, he seems like a decent human being, fair, measured, thinking, reasonable & popular.

Dale drives better 4 weeks and he's better. Kyle has stacked more wins in the Cup alone last year than Dale has in 5 years. I like Dale, but it's bold to say he's better because of a good year.

All the drivers have always gotten mad at their crews and said bad words on the radio as long as there have been radios in the cars. Only problem is that the media has microphones everywhere and alot of times the drivers don't know they are being recorded.

That one word was in an interview, not on the radio. They don't monitor that. Most drivers use profanity on the radio.

Whether kids are listening or not is irrelevant. If parents don't want their children to hear foul language, then they shouldn't be putting headsets on their kids. This is competitive motorsports: people will get angry, foul language will fly. It's not a team's responsibility to censor itself during competition, fans listen at their own risk.
I think it can be understood in a sense. These men are under tons of pressure and exhausted from operating some pretty badass machinery; Even though they make it look easy, I imagine it's pretty freaking hard to make a 900hp 3400lb piece of metal go around a track in excess of 160mph. The pressure can get to you, and it can cause bad reactions. Some people just aren't good at keeping their cool
Oh and Jr is now back to 2nd in cup points with 14 top 10's and 8 top 5's now. I think he's only 16 points out of the points lead as well. Kyle Busch is still in 12th place in cup points and still finishing mid pack every other week and may miss the chase lol. Hell in a span of almost 2 straight months Kyle Busch is finishing races mid pack and only has 1 top 10 in the last 2 months and that was luck cause he finished 10th. Jr finished 4th in that race. Heck Jr finished 4th this past weekend to!

I remember in NASCAR 06 Total Team Control for the PS2 allowed us to hook up a USB and "talk" to the crew chief or whoever and if we said something like "Darn" or "Crap" I got penalized D:

im by no means a Kyle Busch fan but i understand why hes pissed here, this is HIS team and those are guys HE hired so he expects them to be on it and not make costly mistakes like this, and also just have his mindset here, the past two years you dominate this series setting records winning a ton of races and then you bring your own team into the same series and have sub-par runs, i know i would be seriously frustrated if i were him

As far as dressing downs go, his was fairly mild. I know a few Army recruit instructors who could teach him a few choice phrases. You are not going to motivate these guys by patting them on the back saying there there, never mind we'll get it right next time!

but he does (or at least used to) that was the major issue when he joined Hendricks. That was what Rick talked to him the most about! he didnt want him cussing on live tv when things didnt go right, he used to do that all the time with past crew chiefs. So sorry champ, you're wrong there.

Easily one of the most botched pit stops in NASCAR history. Guaranteed, you all would be pissed in that situation.
The plan was to take 4 all along until they started losing lug nuts on the right side. I was at the race today.
He doesn't win races, his pit crew does.

I know that deal when a crew chief or a pit crew can take someone out of contention. Fontana Jeff was 5th and at Dover he was leading! Everyone gets mad over the radio. Danica Patrick and Dale Jr. have done the same and a lot of people love them. No offense to them, but Kyle hasn't done anything worse.

this is why driver like Kyle, Kurt, and Dale Jr. aren't champions, they are great drivers, but yet all they do is blow up and get mad, Kurt got lucky with his temper in '04, don't know how he pulled it off, Jimmie Johnson, well if it wasn't for Chad Knuas there to calm him down he wouldn't win anything, Dale Jr. isn't near as bad as the other 3 but he still get a temper.
Yes I'm well aware of that but yet Jr still has more nationwide championwhips that Kyle and better Cup standings finishes than Kyle to with less wins than Kyle and I find that funny lol.
When you take that fucking long for two tires and fuel you got no choice but to just take four this was the gas guy that was the hold up then Kyle was pissed because two tires and fuel took so long so why not get for tires on the damn thing crew chief should have called that as soon as fuel guy got caught up and was slow
As much as I hate Kyle, I perfectly understand his frustration. Hell, it that were me, I could guarantee you that I woulda said things a lot worse than that.
But again as I have stated before, Dale Jr screams, cusses, yells and gets as pissed off as Kyle and he does not even win! and nobody makes a big deal out of it! I do not get it. I feel Kyle has the right to get mad and get animated about it like he does. He is trying to pump his guys up by yelling and showing them how much he cares. If he sat there quit about it then they would do it all the time also there are times I have heard Kyle thank and congratulate his guys on a good stop.

i can't stand kyle but i don't blame him for being pissed, had one of the cars to beat and a fuck up like that costs it, especially when the KBM nationwide program hasn't lived up to expectations this year, i would flip out too
