They need to figure some shit out with this next gen car. Short tracks need help, aero needs help, the safety needs help, the stupid ass rim and tires need help.
The reason these cars won't move well with flat tires is because when nascar went with the larger wheels there is no longer an inner liner like the old 5 lug wheel which was essentially a tire within a tire used on tracks 1 mile or bigger. NASCAR has a major problem with the Gen 7 car and flat tires. They also have a problem with their idiotic restart rules - four attempts to get a clean restart for stage 2! They could help by not having stage cautions. The drivers can't see how much damage they have when inside the car. Their #1 concern is to refire it and get back to the pits. Just sitting there is frustrating to a driver - most drivers would have reacted the same way. And for those that don't know, if you get out of the car, you're automatically out of the race, you can't get back in it.
So....23 years into a new century (and millennium), and many crashed race cars later, the first decision is to push the car when there are multiple visible flat tires? Wow....how disappointing. As someone who follows NASCAR a little, I do not understand how someone expects a vehicle to move if there are flat tires. Just get a flat bed like everyday citizens use for their vehicles. What's the challenge in this?
this is what happens when you let an outside group engineer and design a sports car. these are no longer stock cars, matter of fact they stopped being stock cars since the ninetys.
Actually they quit being stock cars in the 70's so to speak. Actually when they were 'Stock Cars' was 50s'- 60s'. When they started building the chassis no longer utilizing the front or rear clips, they became race cars that looked stock, the did in the 60s, 70s and 80s appear somewhat stock as far as the bodies. They did run the stock roof, deck lid, hood, fenders/quarters, they hand rolled the door panels. Eventually the teams made almost all body panels aside from roof, hood, deck lid. As for stock........they were full blown ground up race cars in the 80s' and up.

They shoulda drove off and left him there with that attitude
Elmore was angry..
Joeys the one the confused them, he said he wanted a push 🤣
NASCAR has a major problem with the Gen 7 car and flat tires. They also have a problem with their idiotic restart rules - four attempts to get a clean restart for stage 2! They could help by not having stage cautions.
The drivers can't see how much damage they have when inside the car. Their #1 concern is to refire it and get back to the pits. Just sitting there is frustrating to a driver - most drivers would have reacted the same way. And for those that don't know, if you get out of the car, you're automatically out of the race, you can't get back in it.
"Ricky I need a fucking boost, and I need it now! Bubbles get this fucking go cart out of my way! - Ray LaFluer.... Ray and Joey same energy.
I guess they don't have rollbacks in Pocono.
He says he needs a push. Then gets mad they pushed him. Then they say “you wanna be towed?” Yeah thats what I’ve been asking for. Lol
He did say "I need a PUSH"
So....23 years into a new century (and millennium), and many crashed race cars later, the first decision is to push the car when there are multiple visible flat tires? Wow....how disappointing.
As someone who follows NASCAR a little, I do not understand how someone expects a vehicle to move if there are flat tires. Just get a flat bed like everyday citizens use for their vehicles. What's the challenge in this?
😂😂 Logano mad is the best thing in NASCAR.
Yep, he's Italian!!!
1:40😂😂😂
After this he did say push didn’t know that changes things that’s not the Penske way…
He wanted a push first 😂😂😂
If I was that guy , I would have waited 6 laps to hook it up after he talked to me like that. I would have taken my damn time
This is hillarious
So that's what Angry Ned Flanders sounds like!
Damn safety penguins need a minimum of 3 laps under caution just to process the situation before they actually do anything.
He sounds like Eric Cartmen. 🤣🤣🤣
this is what happens when you let an outside group engineer and design a sports car. these are no longer stock cars, matter of fact they stopped being stock cars since the ninetys.
Dude they haven't been stock cars for a while lot longer than the nineties
Weren’t stock in the 90s my man idk wtf kind of racing you were watching but it wasn’t nascar😂
That's the maddest I've ever seen Joey Logano. I don't blame him.
they look like a highway crew standing around DAH
The car won’t move because of the diffuser.
They did same last yr..They sit on the belly when all four go flat.
@@Devil3Rhe diffuser acts like a jack for the rear tires when they go flat
I agree Nascar jacked it up, but at least it happened to someone who deserved it.
That wasn’t that bad, just funny
Haha! Love this. Joeys awesome
Dudes 3 laps behind before they even touched the tow truck 🤦🏻♂️😂 dont blame him at all for being pissed
