I went for my first appointment with Clare last week after being so impressed with her work on your brows - thank you for recommending her to us! She was absolutely lovely and did a fab job; I'm so confident about her help with regrowth!
I really like the eyeshadows you used on your look where you were wearing the ivory top. The grays look so pretty and flattering on you. I’m used to seeing the orangey shadows which are supposed to make blue eyes pop but on most people make the person’s eyes look tired and unwell . I think the cool shades look really pretty on you.

I have done spinning for 16 years, trust me when you learn the class, the settings, the music and so on you get into it and can totally keep up. You know your body and when to push and save, all in good time. Also Where The Crawdads Sing is AMAZING! The best book of the year!

You definitely get used to spin. My first classes had me wondering why people endured that torture but now I love it and am wondering when I can pick it up again. Loved what it did for my body and loved the sweat. Nothing else makes me sweat like that
My Sister The Serial Killer is INCREDIBLE. Completely unexpected, funny, everything. And kind of a roller coaster read -- it builds up kinda slow and then when it lets go you just can't stop until it's over.

I am a spin lover and yes, eventually you will be able to keep up but it should always be challenging because you will be able to increase you resistance and improve your form! Im addicted. 🚴🏻♀️

Anna! The last book I read was The Only Story, and it such a painful and sad read. But very rewarding as it really makes you think without it draining you, such an emotional and important book.

Aaaah I love One Day! I have actually started reading it when I was in London years ago and then lost it. Bought a new one back in Germany and read through it all and then "lost it again" (I had lent it to a friend and forgotten about it). And then my sister bought it in German and I gifted one to my mom at the same time. And then I thought I could read it in another language and bought the Swedish version. We have a A LOT of copies of this book in my family now 😂

After doing spin a couple of times a week after 1 month you’ll start to keep up more. There’s an element that you’ll know the formula of the class and what’s coming but also fitness levels will be better. Keep it up xxxx
As a huge spin fan I need to address the question: Even if you are slowing, you just keep pushing. Have you tried Les Mills spin class RPM? It's my favorite - the music is awesome and it really helps with keeping up with the beats.

Lovely vlog! You will eventually keep up in spin class but beware of inflamed hips 😩 I reached a point where I had to take anti inflammatory pills after nearly every class and realised it was just too intense. Reformer Pilates for the win 👌🏻

I would just like to thank you for sharing your weird pizza toppings with us. I’ve recently discovered that I can’t eat tomatoes (among other things 😭), so pizza has become a challenge. BUT, I tried adding fresh corn (it’s in season in the US), tossed with some garlic, basil, and a bit of Parmesan to my otherwise boring options and it has changed EVERYTHING! I never would’ve tried it if you hadn’t shared, so thank you so much!
