- Taking you along for the Iceman intervals ❄️
Started doing these back in January as I thought it was a great way to combine some of my training with you guys. I’m excited to see how this community is growing with new people joining every week. It’s a pleasure to get to meet so many awesome people.
If you live near Copenhagen or visit, then you should join us. Everyone is welcome. All levels. All ages. You just show up. It’s every Wednesday 6:00 pm at Østerbro Stadium. We run for about 45-50 min, including warm-up & cooldown. The intervals change from week to week and I make sure all are included 🙌
