good update Eric. Here's a question; I purchased some c3ai (AI) in 2021 and it's down 50%. So I'm kind of skeptical on the small AI companies and wondering if Microsoft and the other big guys will be the real beneficiaries. I do have some PLTR hoping for the best 😀

Have traded in and out of Enphase for a few years. Made some money. Have had their technology as part of my home solar for 4 years... not one problem. Am with you on the concerns as well as that of this election year. Holding a small amount now.

Good video, with a focus on Generative AI. I've owned some of these, but will take a closer look at the others. Appreciate the variety of small vs mid-cap companies. For those of us investing in disruptive tech but tired of Cathie Wood's flip-flopping and half-baked trades, this is a good starting point to research promising AI businesses.

Finally started a position in SNOW, been adding shares of TSLA, and thinking of starting position in KVYO. Qq, Eric. When you say you prefer a stock below x amount, isn't that the same as timing the market or is it waiting for a better entry point? I need to brush up on DCA bc I thought it was just nibbling consistently over time regardless of stock price.
Timing the market and paying a price you think an asset is worth are not the same thing. 👽✌️

I watch your videos all the time and have been for over a year now, excellent analysis. You're right up there with my favorite people to watch. I like how you are careful and ethical with your advice and try not to mislead people which is super important because not everyone is. Something I've heard you say is that semi-conductors are the "new oil". You are definitely not the first person I've heard say that. I've heard this said many times, but I was listening to someone recently who changed my mind about how I think of semiconductors. Now I think that analogy is incorrect. If you disagree I'd love to hear your reasoning but here is mine. I can understand the temptation to call semiconductors the new oil because in terms of stock performance they could perform as well as oil companies once had. I didn't question that analogy until someone made me see it differently. If you think in depth about the analogy it doesn't really make sense. Semi's aren't a resource at all, they are something we build. Oil is a resource to be mined from the earth not something we build, so like any resource we extract/mine it's more comparable to other resources. What is the new resource of the 21st century? Data is the resource fueling the new digital economy and AI and everything that exists in this new digital world. So the "new oil" is data because it can be mined and extracted and processed like a resource. Semiconductors are infrastructure we build that helps us extract process/mine and transform the data. So semi's are the new infrastructure. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it this way because semi's are actually infrastructure only they are tiny compared with bridges, skyscrapers and the electrical grid and other infrastructure that enabled past growth but they are nevertheless the infrastructure of the new digital world. They facilitate the mining of the new resource which is data. So data is the new oil and semiconductors are the new infrastructure that facilitate the extraction, processing and transformation of that data into all the things that we need for the digital world. When you think of it this way I think it makes a lot of sense. If you still differ in your opinion I'd love to hear why. Love the informative and entertaining content! Data isn’t the new oil because data needs semiconductors. Also, semiconductors create geopolitical tensions and countries are now jockeying to build foundries and be relevant in semiconductor production and manufacturing. This is why semis are the new oil. I know this probably isn't one of your stocks, but just in case you might have looked at it: Do you think JYNT might go back up to $65-70, or do you think I'd do better buying some of yours: ESTC, Navitas, ON? If you did have JYNT, would you sell it, and which one stock would you choose for the $? It's been down for a long time, but I can get out of it, with the DCA. Not financial advice, just what stock would YOU choose for your $? The guy who recommended JYNT also recommended TRIB, & ICLK.....(I lost thousands).
